Its a new owner and shes very nice and very talented everything is clean and sanitized. If you want to get your nails done right the way you want it then you must go to Golden nails too I promise you its worth the money.

Went for an eyebrow wax and I got absolutely awful wax job. Where are all of the original employees? I am so sad!

GREAT SALON! They always take time to make sure you like what is being done, and make you feel comfortable! They know the regular customers by name, and always are friendly to them. Didnt want to have to give a negative review, but Donna has disrespected me too many times.I had been giving Golden my business for over 15 years, but last night was my last straw.Through the years, Ive tried other places and found a spot I liked but the lady who was doing my nails at that shop moved back to the country she was from. So I went back into Golden last night (with 2 of my friends who had never been there before) to have Helen do my nails. Previously Donna said she wouldnt do my nails because Im Too picky. Donna asked me where I had been before coming back, and kept pressing the issue on why I dont just go back to that place. Told her why, and she argued with me until I told her, no worries I wont be back and I wont refer any of my friends or anyone else I know wanting their nails done (as I always did.)I wont be spending another dime with Golden Nails, and if you DO decide on going there, I recommend you ask for Helen and not Donna.

Have visited this salon two times, the staff is very welcoming and nice. There was a roach just walking around the salon while I was getting my nails done and it was acknowledged, but nothing was done with it. I will not be going back.

Not impressed with the employees attitude and shotty work. I got my nails done twice here (dip powder) and while they looked okay, I had multiple nails break, and broke midway through my nail-so like... into the meat of my finger and it hurt. I gave them another shot and still had broken nails. I get that nails break, but Ive been getting my nails dipped for quite a few years and never had broken nails like I had from this placeI think the issue is that they use UV lights to dry, which you arent supposed to use, thats kind of the purpose of the dipping powder.Also, the place is kind of dirty, and its super disorganized. To pick out color you have to go behind their desks, also where they do the eyebrows/perm makeup.

I just went in get my nails done just re manicure. You when they take care hang nails. Get the skin around the nail take care of. Not hear. All she did was paint my nails. Nothing else dispointed .

Wonderful! Friendly, personable, funny, quick, and talented. The prices are fair and my nails looked top quality. I got a full set acrylic. I will make this my regular salon at last.

They took care of (as always), but I donated plasma my Last visit before coming to the shop aND mid way to me getting my pedi, I was feeling fatigue and woozy, I cried out to the young man working on my feet. After 4 min they had a fan going in me, rubbed me w bucks and was very attentive. I was able to walk and leave but they were Angels. I am very grateful. They didnt have to take care of. I really appreciate that experience and I will never forget the kindness!

I would recommend this for nails and pedicure.. The eyebrow wax wasnt going experience for me. I would still go back here for nails and pedicure.

Just went to GOLDEN NAILS 2 NAIL SHOP! Today, August 20, 2016. MERLE HAY ROAD I HAVE BEEN going there for over 6 years. No other customers, owner Donna was there she tells me Teddy who normally does my nails not there! She tells me he will be there in about 15 minutes,I say Ill wait! Then she trys to give me to some strange man Ive never seen or had do my nails! I said no, she says I dont think youll like him! why would you suggest him? So I say why cant you do my nails, she says waiting on a customer. I say shes not here,she says another 15 minutes or 20 shes waiting! I say if shes not here and Im a customer why cant you do my nails! Her response Teddy does your nails! THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME SHE CALLED TEDDY AND HES PLAYING PING PONG, I asked when Helen was coming she says 2-3 this afternoon. I tell her she is treating me rude, and I have been a customer for years and I am not going to be treated this way! I told her if you dont want to do my nail just say that. She says its just my feeling! Really? I ALWAYS TIP! IM done, Im not going be treated like that! Unbelievable!!!FB FAMILY AND FRIENDS ANY GOOD IDEALS! Broke my nail off and need a fill!

Ive been going here for 10 years and I have never been disappointed! After knowing me for so long the staff treats me very well and always has, and anytime someone asks me where I go for nails and eyebrows I always send them here!

The girls are very sloppy with the nail polish and didnt take their time. Rough with the nails. Never coming here again
