I got my nails done here; they were so cute! However, two of my real nails have broken within one week of getting them done. I’ll probably go back, but I’m just sort of sad.

I just wanted a french tip acrylic nail. so uneven, rushed, and lumpy, so much extra acrylic left under my nails. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and wish they would have slowed down and took their time so i actually could get nails that i love.

Always very good and friendly staff. They will find a time that works for you, even when they’re booked completely. I always get the dip manicure, and they are one of the most reasonably priced locations in town :)

Okay so the old place that I used to go to change the way they do things and I didnt like the service anymore...I have tried a few other places and decided to give this one a shot....this is the best place! Super cheap.. the girl doing my nails took forever... In a good way!... She made sure that I was happy.... I showed her a picture once and she didnt need to keep looking at it... And my nails turned out beautiful!

Nails done very poorly. Polish literally fell off nail and the bottom layer was still wet a week later. It was shellac so that should have been dried. There was barely any acrylic on the nail tips that the only thing holding the tips on was the shellac so when that fell off so did the nails. My friends ripped the whole nail off (including her real nail) because it was done poorly. Will not be back. Used to do good but the last few times weren’t the best and this was the final straw. I could do my own better than they did.

I came here with big expectations and all of them were met, the set that I got was identical to the picture that I showed her and everything was just so clean so nicely put so organized I can say that this is one of the best nail salons ive been to.

I got the $50 pedicure and $45 gel acrylics with a design, not only did my total randomly become $130, my thumb, index finger and BOTH big toe nails had to be fixed after I showered (24 hours later) because the gel peeled and bubbled. The toes fixed was done the same as yesterday (barely under the light), Im sure the will mess up again, but im not a fan of rude people, so I just wanted to leave. My thumb nail was fixed so horribly, you can see marks from the dremal and the GEL polish is sheer as heck (I have black nails) they were super rude as well when I was getting them fixed!!! Horrible experience! Drill bits used that were dirty as well, and not once did I see any stations sanitized after someone left, and I was there from a little before 1pm to after 3pm...

Horrible experience and not only will I never go back but Ill suggest to others they go anywhere else. Just because you have wash your hands signs up does not make you Covid clean. They do not space people out, very close, almost hovering over others, no sanitizing between people. My nails have bubbles everywhere and my fingers have cuts and were bleeding from getting a fill. When I said ow, that hurts, Im bleeding she didnt even apologize, she kept going and cut me more. Worst experience ever!

Dont go nails broke while getting them done and they re did it but fall off two days later and my nails underneath never grew bad service also

This place is amazing! Its beautiful and open with great natural light. The lady who did my manicure (I didnt get her name!!) was so meticulous and thorough I was amazed. She so sweet & kind & do an amazing job on my nails. All of the ladies are great! I will definitely be back when Im ready for another manicure!

Thanks to my coworker for this suggestion California Nailsfor me. All the ladies are really nice, too! Dont expect too much because the prices are so affordable. The lady who did my nails took care of my cuticles and skin before applying anything to my nails. I love my nails. I will definitely come back. In my opinion, this is one establishment that has really earned every positive review its received.

Their website says theyre open until 7pm on Sundays. They are not. We drove all the way up there on a Sunday because their website said they closed at 7. Got there 4:40ish for them to refuse any service. They were really rude about it too.

This place will be my go to nail salon from now on. I got French nails and wanted to changed the tip color and I love how they turned out! Really lovely ladies and very attentive. Everything was clean and sterile. I like observe for fun, It was pretty busy while I was there and all the nail techs where treating everyone wonderfully and all their costumers where happy.

Its really incredible what a little self care can do for a girl. Being in the healthcare industry for many years I have to say the pedicure tubs have always concerned me on a bacterial/fungal level. Wanted a full set of acrylics and found California Nails. I was so lucky to have been paired to do my nails. His attention so detail is incredible and he made sure I was happy along each and every step of the acrylic process. No wait time either and never felt rushed. The owner made sure I was happy too. 100% going back, and highly recommend !!

Besides the parking, I always enjoy myself at this nail salon! My nail tech was on vacation so I just went ahead and called to make an appointment (about 45 min prior to arriving) and they gave me no problem! I got a refill on my acrylics, with gel nail polish.

Great at eyebrows but 2 of the 10 acryclics broke the same night.

No wait time. However, after my pedicure I now know why. They were nice people but poor job on the heels of my feet. My heals looked just as bad as they did when I went in only more dry.My friend was seated at a chair and water was running when my friend noticed that the foot rest was covered with toe clippings from previous client. She complained and was moved to a new chair. Then she couldnt get the massage to work on chair and her rep pretended not to hear her ask for assistance so I asked my lady to help.Carpet next to foot dryer is gross very dirty needs to be removed. Needless to say, no going back for me.

Horrible experience... my daughter asked for a manicure with a design. She ended up not getting the manicure and design she payed for and the design was terribly sloppy. When confronted about being charged for services NOT rendered the employee argued with me and said we didnt ask for a manicure! The lady that did my daughters nails even told her she needed to cut her own cuticles! They were very rude. Just a very bad experience... will not be going back there!

My technician did an amazing job doing this blue ombre with dip power for me. I love it. She was very patient and did a wonderful ombre, I am super satisfied.

Apparently, while the boss is away the staffs work lacks. It was not busy (only 2 customers) and the place was filthy. One staff member was curled up in a pedicure chair on her phone. The others were laughing & talking and not engaging their customer in conversation nor was focusing on work. So when they had to re-do my nails, Im the bad person?! My first experience was wonderful! Im hesitant to give them a 3rd try.

I use to love going here to get my nails done but the last couple times have been terrible today was the last straw for 2 reasons.1. one of the nail ladies came up to me rub my stomach and say pregnant I am not pregnant and when told her I wasnt she laughed.2. I wanted the tracing of a deer antler and instead I got horse that looks like a toddler drew it

If I could rate a them a no star ... I would. Unprofessional ... & not customer oriented in any way. I was willing to spend $100 at the most, but when I asked for a service all the workers looked at me in confusion, said no and didnt even try to understand what I wanted.

I do not recommend.I came to get my nails done and on the same day I got them done 2 nails broke in the same day and the polish started to fade. So i got them fixed after that the nail polish just keeps fading it’s ridiculous it’s never happened to me b4

Very dissatisfied. Went in for a mani and a pedi. Got a manicure and even picked out the shape of how I wanted my nails. Rather square with just a little rounding on the edges. Told the nail technician several times they were too pointy, they were too pointy I dont think she understood me. Got tired of trying to explain it to her I dont think she understood me. I came out of there not one bit happy because I did not get what I wanted and it wasnt cheap. The only reason I went there was because my regular salon for whatever reason was closed. She said see you next time and in my mind I was thinking no, you wont. plus she put tips on the ends of my fingers to make them a little longer my pinky nail sticks out sideways.

Always busy. Always. The staff does a nice job on lashes and nails. They only accept cash tips (wish theyd change that) but do accept cards.Lashes are the least expensive in town but also very handsy. The lady who does them makes them look very nice but pokes your eyes, hard. I wish she wouldnt push on my lids or hold my face. Salons never do that. But its also half the price of salons who take a lot longer and offer equal quality work. Salons cost $200+ initially for lashes with $60-80 for refills. This place is $45 the first time if you do clusters or closer to salon prices for individual. Its a little awkward behind the curtain right next to the pedicures. Lashes get done way faster than expensive salons.Nails always seem to take a long time. I wish they would offer service to do manicure/pedicure at the same time. I agree with another reviewer the push to do dipping powder every time is annoying. I tried it once and hated it. It thinned out my real nails, made them look too thick with the powder, and the French version looks bad because its not a solid pink color.I prefer shellac. They do a great job with that. Some of the women are very good with art but not all. Had one lady do my nails with shellac but she did the art over it with normal polish so it smeared.Its my go to place and I recommend them often but to be fair they have quirks.Rating the service:★★★★ Overall★★ Communication (poor - some speak English but the team is pushy about selling dipping powder)★★★ cleanliness (meh)★★★ speed of service (kinda slow - expect over a hour even with an appointment)★★★★★ nails when you leave (look great! My favorite place to get a mani/pedi and get my eyebrows waxed.

My shellac mani/ pedi turned out ok, Ive had better & Ive had worse. I didnt enjoy being asked/ told over 15 times to try the dip powder. Im all for upselling but when the customer says no thank you, dont keep making them say it. Are they making some sort of commission on selling dip powder? Why so pushy? Im sure the dip powder is great but I will never go back again based on that experience.

Made my mothers nails look absolutely awful and then charged her bank account 7 times for one set of nails and said they didnt even when we showed them the bank transaction had to threaten them with the police still no apology

Went there today to get my wife her nails done after they were done they try to run our credit card and said they couldnt run it so my wife paid cash for it we dont even leave the mall in here they charged my bank account seven times for a $35 pair of nails that my wife paid cash for because supposedly are Bank of America card in at work so we contacted Bank of America they agreed they do see where they charge 7 times in a row and they were supposed to stop it well we get home a half hour later and they turned around and charged our card again seven times without even having our card so be where they are recording your credit card information and attempting to use it long after youre gone we are filing charges criminal charges and I am taking the police to their store in the mall because they are obviously committing crimes and thinking they can get away with it and they even were acting like they didnt understand what I was talking about but they understood what I was saying just fine when I wanted to buy a set of nails
