Excellent work and excellent customer service. The off-road mods they made to my Subaru Outback make it completely unstoppable, a million times more capable than any Jeep or 4-Runner. Well, that might be a slight exaggeration, but still its pretty cool now.

I have been going to Dales for many years. As a single female Im always worried Im going to be taken advantage of at car repair shops and the like. I have had ZERO issues at Dales! Theyre open, honest, and stand by their word. They let you know months in advance if something like a break replacement or new tires is needed. Theyll also tell you what isnt needed, like replacing front and rear brakes together. They can be done at different times as the front and back wear differently.

Dale and his team are the best. Don’t go anywhere else. They saved me thousands (versus a few other shops) on new tires, rims and a leveling job. Fantastic experience! More than 5-stars!!!

Dale has been taking good care of me and my vehicles for years. I recently picked up a nail in a front tire, and the tire couldnt be repaired. I bought a new one from Dale. I later thought that perhaps I should have purchased two new tires so that my front tires would have equal amounts of tread. I called and asked Dale his opinion. He said no, I didnt need another tire. How many repair shops would be this honest and turn down an easy sale? Just one of the reasons why I am a loyal customer.

2 visits stand out with Dales & both have nothing to do with my cars. I worked close to their location & was riding my motorcycle to work.As I was approaching their shop I was having a problem with the bike. I pulled in & was helped by one employee to get the bike going again.He spent probably 30 minutes helping me & I was only charged for some high-octane fuel,no labor.I had to leave the bike there & return after work to load the bike into my truck.It was late & there was 1 employee left (Dale?) who took the time to help me load the bike using one of the U-Haul car dollys! I hadnt even been a customer yet! Great people,great place.

Requested a quote from them online, reply with quote received within a very short time. Tires had to be ordered, but totally cool with that. Made appointment, I called to confirm everything was still all good. Showed up just a few minutes before, within an hour all 4 tires installed and I am heading out the door. Staff is AWESOME!!! Dales was honest and came in well below the other guys, as well as telling me I did not need to replace an entire part on the front of my car, but instead to just install one component. Thank guys!

My Window broke couldnt get it to go up. Dodge wanted me to wait 2 almost weeks for service, man it was about to storm 3 days. I called Dales they said no problem get her done today. So I show up (never been here before) lady called me by name as if they already new me, was nice. Gave me a quote to repair it but when they were done they called and told me it wasnt what they thought and my quote changed. went down, yes down over $100 I was exstatic. In a perfect world my car will never break again but when reality hits I know who will get it done Wright.

Stopped at a gas station and found out our Uhaul mini trailer had a flat tire. We ended up calling Road Side service and they gave us this company. Troy did a excellant job of replacing our tire quickly! I recommend this place

I cant say how much I love the staff at Dales Wright Tire. They work on all of my cars from my new vehicles to my old ones. They wont try and upsell you if you dont need it. They will let you know whats wrong and be honest on what can wait but also let you know what cant wait. Ive been doing business with this family for over a decade now and I hope they will still be there for me after another decade. Finding an honest mechanic is hard to do but this place honestly believes in taking care of the customer and not their bottom line.

The day before Thanksgiving, everyone stayed past 5 to ensure my Uhaul was hitched correctly. They were so helpful and nice. Cant recommend enough!

They were 50% less than the dealership with a better product that had twice the warrantee...need I say more. Yes, friendly, honest and accommodating!!! Looks like a great place to rent a U Haul.

My husband and I both needed new tires on our cars and ended up at Dales based on Google reviews. Their prices were even less than Costco, and our tires have warranties for 70k miles and road hazard included. I also had some car troubles recently and got a quote at Smart Honda for over $1,400. Thought Id get a quote for the same work at Dales, and it was $1,000 less. I absolutely recommend Dales to everyone.

I recently had a couple tires replaced, and Dales Wright was the lowest of the 3 places I compared. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and got the job done in a timely manner. I appreciated the comfortable waiting room/area.

I rented a u-haul and the paperwork they gave me said the truck was full of gas and to return it full. When I received the truck it was more like 1/4 full. so I sent pictures to the owner and spoke with staff and was told it to return it at 1/4. so 2 weeks after theyve been paid they decided to take $105 for a fuel surcharge i didnt even owe from my account without authorization because they all forgot they screwed up the paperwork. So even though it was their mistake ive had to call at least 15 times over a month and they still havent refunded all my money. I did get a partial refund after a few weeks but only a partial and i litteraly had to beg for it. This place took my money without authorization and by their mistake and then cant even take the time over a month to refund my money. They straight robbed me and no amount of asking for my money back is doing any good. Id beware leaving your credit information in this companys hands. I still have not received my refund and dont expect to at this point.

This review was written by my husband Jim - I ride a rare vintage motorcycle.I was on my way to work when a problem developed with my bike.I was able to get it to Dales & was assisted by two employees who helped me diagnose the problem,which was not repairable there.I was able to leave it there & go on to work.Returning after work,I was trying to load the bike onto my pickup & the employee who was closing up helped me load the bike using one of their U-Haul trailers! I had never done business with them but they were willing to help me without charging me for anything but a gallon of racing fuel to try & fix the original problem.After this above & beyond help I have told numerous people about them & hope they have benefited from their willingness to help me.
