I drive 3 hours to get to Sams, they always have everything I need for my pickup parts and theyre really good at backing up there warranties I highly recommend. Really nice employees and have just about anything you could possibly need for a pickup truck. Thank you Sams!

Horrible customer service, called & paid for rear bumper cover over the phone they gladly took the money and charged 3% extra to use a card then proceeded to say we need two to three days to retrieve the part I figured that was their average they told everybody that well its been 3 days theyve hung up on me twice theyve transferred me three or four times to the same guy that never answers and I leave a message and never calls back now I call and they just put me on hold and it never ends nobody ever answers !! again it literally took me 15 minutes to remove the bumper cover I need replaced off of the truck, 15 minutes and Ive been waiting 3 days. Ill never use them again for anything!

I purchased a wrecked 2018 F150 Lariat for myself here a few months ago. We have bought plenty of salvage vehicles in the past but this is my first time using Sam’s. Buck was especially helpful in the purchasing process and they were very transparent with everything on the vehicle and I received exactly what I expected and everything was right in my budget. I’ll be sure to use them again in the future

Purchased steering gear on last Friday. At that time they had 5 to choose from. So Ted said. On Wednesday I call back to see if my paid for part was ready. Then I get Ted arguing that it was a holiday. So again no part no delivery date. I called this morning. No answer from Ted. So I took a chance that maybe after a calendar week I could possibly get my part. And good old Ted said all their parts were no good. All 5??? And I can just kick rocks. Well guess what Ted. This shop and any urbandale shop I communicate with will learn of your lousy business practices. And my shop. Will Never call upon you guys again. And I will be certain to share my experience with Ted.

I would not recommend. I placed offer on vehicle and a return call was never given. It’s like the don’t really want my business. When I called back the other individual who answered sarcastically told me he was to busy to return calls. We then agreed on a price and he sarcastically told me he needed 2k to hold the vehicle one week non-refundable. I was going to pay cash for vehicle but the customer service is down right atrocious. Run the other way as fast as you can. I’ll take my cash to another place and even pay more to do so. Bad business and customer service should not be rewarded!

Have called the parts department many, many times to no success. They like to really let the phone ring out as long as possible probably hoping you just end the call before even reaching anybody. Have waited 2 weeks for easy parts to be pulled and they’ve pushed back dates on me multiple times. Unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unfortunate to have staff that act in this manner when people are literally just trying to give you money for something they need. Try shopping local to support out marketplace but then places like these make that unnecessarily difficult.

Love this place. Ive been there quite a few times. They have some real nice trucks for sale also. Vans, boxtrucks, semi tractors. Stop in and take a look. They also have Semi Tractor parts.

Sold engine that was not compatible with the vehicle that was called about.. Was over 30 days since the engine was purchased before mechanic was able to put it in & then he found out through a tech call that the engine has something different internally with the crank shaft thus vehicle would never run with the new engine. Would not budge with being past the 30 day warranty or even offer a compromise.

Sams Riverside is great if youre looking to save money on car parts.Their online parts inventory is up to date and they have a substantial amount of parts.It was easy to place a phone order, and they had the part ready when they said they would. The office staff was helpful too.Pricing is very fair. I found it to be cheaper than used parts on Ebay.

Someone in Lincoln where I live recommended this place, they had the part I was looking for, took my payment information over the phone and overnighted the part, the customer service was excellent and the used part appeared to be in excellent condition and has been working well! I would definitely do business here again!

I made 2 request for a part i needed in the past 3 weeks and they said they would call me when they had it pulled. Havent had a call back and when i called to ask they said they had pulled it but couldnt find it. Would not recommend for auto parts specially if you need the soon.

Great place to buy used parts and rebuildable cars. We have been doing business with them for over 40 years. All of our cars and trucks have been purchased from them and we have never had a problem. Friendly, knowledgeable counter help. If they dont have the part you need they will locate it for you. The hard-working owner Gary and his sons are almost always there and are very involved in the business.

Fast shipping but poor quality parts. Bought a fender and it has more cracks and tears in it than the one Im replacing. Im throwing it in the dumpster because it cost the same to ship it back as the part costs ($150). To bad I couldnt upload a picture of this.

Called Nick about a carrier assembly they had. Over the phone he told me they had just gotten the car in and the parts still needed to be pulled off the car. He had the parts removed from the car and at my door in less than a week!Even though I had an issue with one of the parts that was sent. Nick called me up the very next day to remedy the situation.Very happy with my experience!

We were interested in a vehicle that we had test driven. The Vehicle was able to be financed so we told them that if we did not finance the entire amount, we would be able to make a down payment on it with no doubt. My husband provided his income information over the phone, the next day Billy took down my information and I was told I would get a call that same day. Two days went by so I called and I was told that they would still needed to talk to the finance department and he promised a call back by early Friday morning. I have yet to hear back from them. I never received anything in writing regarding my loan request. Who knows what they did with all the personal information they took to provide to the finance department.

Been rebuilding and working on Mustangs for years. This has always been a great place to find parts for my SN-95 and later projects. Pretty easy in and out to get what I want. When I wanted a new daily driver, I snagged a rebuild that probably saved about several thousand from the dealer. Definitely worth the value.

I have dealt with these folks for years and have been satisfied with every deal and every transaction. Every person I have talked to does what they say when they say they are going to do it. Awesome inventory that is constantly changing....I would highly recommend.

Post pictures of parts they dont have in stock. Told me they would hold a part I found online. When I drove 5 hours to pick up the part they still had my name in the computer as holding the part. The awesome thing was they didnt even have the part there in the first place, never bothered to check inventory before I drove 5 hours to get the part. And after all that had not even a hint of feeling like what they had done was messed up. No consideration for others is the nicest way I can describe these folks.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I was unfamiliar to their location. For anyone else going there for their first time. I suggest going thru Pleasant Hill, if you should take the road that goes past the fairgrounds beware... its bumpy and there is a slow train yard that blocks the road.

Can you give a zero? Zero integrity. Zero help. Will never even visit their website again. Went to buy a car on a Saturday only to find out it had been sent out for repair (website did not say this) but was told they would call when it was back. Emailed daily for updates saying we wanted to buy the car. Finally one day they say it came back the day before and sold that same day. Did I get a call? No. An apology? No. If they smell money they will hop on it with no regard for what they told someone else.

The guys are way easy to work with! They even offered to throw my part in a bag so I wouldnt get dirty carrying it to my car. Luckily my dad raised us girls to get the job done! I appreciated the offer and declined the bag. Lol

I had a great experience with Sams. After breaking my car mirror they helped me find a salvage part for replacement and this saved me hundreds of dollars.

Very good service. Found part on the internet. A call to staff located the Inventory item that was confirmed to be in the yard. Shipped to me in Michigan within a few days. Part (door trim panel) was well wrapped with at least 20 of bubble wrap. Part arrived in good order and as shown on the photograph. Cant ask for more.....

Went into auto parts on a Thursday for a tail light. I was told it would take two days. I called on Tuesday the next week to ask about the tail lights. I was told hopefully I would get it the next day. I was then called later that afternoon and told they actually dont have the taillight. Ordered it cheaper cheaper on Amazon and got it 36 hrs later.

I have a Lincoln MKX and they found a rim, sensor and a tire for me at a GREAT PRICE. They saved me more than $1,000 compared to the dealer. I had to wait three days for it to arrive, but it was well worth the money saved. Gary and his staff are great and I trust them.

Called and asked them to pull a Sunroof for me on a Wednesday and was told 2-5 days. Called Friday and it hadn’t been pulled, but I was in “Queue”. I made the drive over the following Tuesday and they had the glass pulled and just hadn’t transitioned between auto salvage and their glass shop, so I was able to get it myself from their auto salvage depatment. I’m 100% happy with the service I received from Tom in the glass department, as he personally handled tracking down my part for me and made sure I was able to leave there with it. My only advise to other customers would be to make the drive if you are local, because money talks and BS walks. I’m sure they pull many parts for customers who don’t bother showing up. I have been spoiled by the “Pick-a-parts” where I am from, but a 5 day turn around is ok in my book, especially since the “Handling Charge” was only $4.50.

Found Sams quite by accident while traveling from California to Ohio. Had some trouble with the A/C and Sam was able to get the part I needed So I could be on my way. Very nice guys there who know their stuff! Highly recommended!!!

Sams riverside does have a good selection of used parts, and that is the only nice thing I can find to say about them. Some gruff guy answers the phone and is rude to you. I have money to spend, but I hate to spend it with people who refuse me a pleasant buying experience. I ended up just buying new parts for the extra 25%.

I purchased a 2009 TL 3 months ago, it was a salvage title but it was already fixed up. Cars been reliable and havent had any issues so far. Only thing I had to do was get it detailed. I paid about $8000 less than what the Acura dealership in town wanted for a similar one.

I needed a gauge for my Peterbuilt tractor, the gauge was obsolete so I couldnt order a new one. They had a center dashboard panel with the gauge I needed, and several other gauges for $50. I installed the gauge over the weekend and it works great. Thank you very much.

Bought a low milage t444e, good running engine. Was what they said it was. Appreciated the fact that they took the time to tape off the turbo and fuel line to prevent contamination.

Went in to buy a used rim and tire today with my dad and daughter, everyone was very nice except for the guy at the desk taking our payment, I dont know if hes racist or what the hell his problem is but we felt so uncomfortable he was very rude even my 7yo daughter felt uncomfortable. When we asked if they could put the rim on the tire for us the mechanic said yes and the guy at the desk said no, they didnt have any time. When we went to pay, the CC we gave him was declined and instead of just telling us that it was declined he just stared at us and shook his head with like a hateful look. Terrible experience with that guy 😡

What a joke!! called 2 weeks ago for a mazda steel rim and said it would be a week before they could get it off the car due to 6 inches of snow. then called a week later to see if it was pulled yet and they said it would be another week. now thats 2 weeks later and they told me today they dont know what happened but it wasnt pulled and someone will call me on Monday. they dont even deserve 1 star

Worst customer service experience. Staff took forever to return calls updating me on a part I was waiting for and when I had to return it because it didnt work the staff became extremely rude stormed away and wouldnt even make eye contact with me when handling my return.

Emailed to get information on an engine and didnt get a response. Called and talked with sales, said he seen the email bit was too busy at the time but would email me pics and more information later that day or next morning. 4 days later and still nothing. Patheticccc people selling broken parts... I bought a VW transmission from here and hauled it for 150 miles when the mechanic put in apparently it was a broken transmission... then I have to fight back and then the mechanic also talked to them several times and finally they sent another one.. BROKEN one again... all together it cost me $4000 (four thousand) behind fixing my VW yet it is now driving and cannot sell for even a 1000...I almosttt sued them ...had all the paper work ready... there ass is lucky I moved to Texas on another job and got really occupied and busy....Pathetic cheaters...
