Always good advice on what tires to buy. Been going here for many years never a problem.

I trust the advice of Russ, Mark and the entire staff. They take care of me like I am family. They store my tires so I can drive safely on snow tires all winter. If you need tires, brakes, oil change or have vehicle questions, you must call Bills.

Spent $600 on four new tires. Less than two weeks later vehicle started making knocking sound while coasting.Turns out four of the five lug nuts on the rear drivers side were so lose you could turn them with your fingers and the knocking sound was the entire rear wheel about to fall off of the vehicle.Called the business to let them know and they said “I’m not sure what’s happened to it the last two weeks since we’ve seen it but sorry I guess”.Nothing has happened in two weeks other than normal daily driving and a trip to the car wash.They took no responsibility and acted mildly put out by the call.

An up to date throwback to a bygone Era in car service. These folks are the only ones Ill let do tire and wheel swaps for our familys 5 cars!Bills has been around for??? years but their staff is up to date and as sharp as they come.They do my tires and wheels for my Tesla so very up to date on car tech.My wife and grown kids go there and are always well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Had a flat tired right across the street where I work. A kind gentleman filled my tire so I could drive it over into their garage, he patched it, all within 15 minutes. So helpful!!

Car broke down nearby and was in sort of an emergency. I know nothing about tires or cars in general- Bill couldve charged me $100+ (and maybe he shouldve) and I wouldnt have batted an eye, but it was less then $50. Good guy, great service.

These guys are great! I have taken multiple vehicles to these guys and they always do a great job. Multiple sets of tires and extensive brake work done on different vehicles. Had one bad caliper new out-of-the-box, and they took care of it right away under warranty with no problems.

One of the best auto shops Ive ever been to. At my last oil change, completed by my dealer (Willis Volvo), I was shown abnormal tire wear on my year old tires. They needed replacing already. Willis mentioned that my control arms would need to be replaced. I knew they were just taking shots in the dark with that diagnosis, so I took the car to Bills to see if I had to replace just control arms, or shocks/struts, or tie rods, etc. They saw me promptly, and determined that all my suspension components were fine. Saved me a ton of money, and didnt charge me for the visit. They also recommended that I get my alignment checked at Merrill, down the street. I did this, and found that my alignment was true, and my tires were actually the issue, as I had suspected. Turns out Michelin run flats just dont work well with my car. But either way, I emailed Bills and they got me in within two days, and also gave me advice about the tire sets that I had been looking at. The people who work there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and most important of all, theyre honest. If it werent for Bills, Id be a couple grand deep in suspension parts and locked in my garage for days on end trying to get it done. Thanks to them, Im riding smooth on a new set of tires. Ill be taking my car here for any suspension/wheel needs.

$773.00 for a set of tires plus mounting balance and alignment. Thats a good deal right? Maybe. Steering wheel vibrates at 60mph. Steering wheel was left with a good scratch too. First time I didnt go to the dealership and this is what I got.

They completely messed up my rear brake replacement and now I have to pay to have them replaced again, this time by the dealer.First warning that I should have noticed was that they told me they may break my caliper piston when trying to re-seat it, and that I would be responsible for the cost. That did not happen, but it should have set the tone for the quality of shop I was dealing with.They put warped rotors on my car when I had the rear brakes replaced. This caused vibration issues so I took the car back. They put on a second set of rotors which were also warped. Their supplier said they had to order another set of rotors from a different brand. So they sent me home with the second set of warped rotors.When I went to pick up my car which is a stick shift, they had it out front in gear, but did not have the E-brake on. So I set the E-brake while I got situated and started the car. When I released the E-brake, unknown to me, the pads did not fully release despite the handle being fully released.I did not notice the issue till I was on 235. The pads were rubbing so hard that the drivers side rotor formed a white crust on it. Possibly it got red hot to do that? After parking the car and setting and releasing the E-brake again, the pads stopped sticking. So when I took the car back to get the third set of rotors. They saw the crust and asked me what happened. I told them how the brakes were hung up on my drive home.All they did was then put the new rotors on and sent me on my way. As anyone may have guessed, the pads that had been stuck on became glazed. Now my pads and my rotors are glazed and it sounds like a school buss when I try to stop. It squeals very loud, obviously glazed.So now, because this shop put me through two sets of warped rotors, causing the need for my brakes to be removed several times, and the fact that they did not make sure my E-brake was working after they messed with my rear brakes, and because they saw the crust and knew what had happened and said nothing about the pads, just stuck them back on, I now have to replace everything. Not just the pads, but now my rotors are also screwed. Had this shop done the correct thing and also gave me new pads or at least told me I should pay for new pads due to glazing, I could have at least got some use out of these new rotors. Now all of it has to go and I have to pay hundreds of dollars a second time.Do not go to this shop just because it is close to work, I did that and it cost me hundreds of dollars. I should have went to Ford and got Ford parts and service.I had previously bought a thousand dollars worth of Continental DWS tires from this shop, and this is how they treated me.

Great experience at Bills Whitewall Tire. After two bad experiences buying or trying to buy tires, I just did a Google Search and read all the reviews of the top rates tire shops. Chose Bills Whitewall because they had all positive Google Reviews. Even the lone 4 star review was very positive. I bought snow tires and will be back in the spring to buy tires for the other three seasons.

I was in town for business, and my rental had super low tire pressure. Called last minute to ask if they could help me out, and they did. Super friendly. Super helpful.

Absolutely great. Appointment at 10 AM to have some tires mounted that I bought on Tire Rack. Not that easy a task to mount tires on a Corvette, but they took my car in right away and were done within an hour. No high-pressure to sell me something else, very courteous and friendly service. Will definitely keep Bills in mind the next time I need anything that they do, and I will tell my friends.

To start of they where quick to answer all my question even gave me about 5 quotes and gave me his recommendation on getting good quality for the price. I liked how quickly they got me in and completed my tires was done in about 30 mins. Great customer experience.

Great service and honest staff. Was told by my dealership I needed new 2 new tires because they had nails and could not be sealed. Bills White Wall removed the nails and told me my tires were actually self sealing. Dealership price $750 vs Bills White Wall $16. Wont ever go anywhere else.

These guys are a little rough around the edges, but they have treated me right every time Ive gone there for service. You leave feeling like a friend. No complaints at all. In contrast Ive had terrible experiences at a couple other tire places in town before finding Bills.

I took a ball-field chalker with 3 of 4 flat tires to these gentlemen. The local gas stations low air pressure, and my air pump werent going to fix this thing. These guys pumped up the tires and lubricated the axel for free. Thanks, on behalf of the Johnston Girls Softball Association! Guess where Im getting my next set of tires?
