Big Toe was great! If I had to spend $338 dollars again to retrieve my vehicle from an impound lot, it would definitely be Big Toe. I was going to purchase a dining room table, but who the heck needs that?! It was my fault for parking at Sushi Harbor (8th & Ash) thinking it was my dilapidated apartment complex. They should pay me for the number of mice I have humanely put down on their side walk while walking my dog.

Brian did a top notch job safely towing my motorhome off the interstate shoulder and into town where a diesel mechanic could more easily obtain parts to facilitate repairs.

I had a hub failure on my RV. They came out and picked up the RV. They got my RV over to their shop and had the hub apart the next morning. All other RV repair shops had months of lead times. The driver who showed up was just awesome.

I called to get my car picked up since it wasn’t starting. They told me it was going to be a hour and fourth-five minutes for pick up. Which was fine. How ever they took over 3 hours to pick it up. I didn’t receive a call saying anything about delays or any calls for status updates. Then lastly they didn’t leave my keys in the car. They had to drop off my keys the next day.

I had to have my tool truck towed to a shop. Mario showed up and got right to getting my truck onto his flatbed. I was beyond nervous, my entire life is that truck and all of the tools inside. Mario assured me that he would make sure everything went good. Once he got to the shop, he shot me a text to let me know he made it. I could not be more satisfied with the service that Jason & Mario at Big Toe provided me. This is the 2nd time Ive had to use them in the last 3 weeks. Roger towed me the 1st time and he was also amazing! Very thorough and professional. Their prices are more than fair and they provide VERY dependable service. I can not say enough about Mario at Big Toe Towing. My sons truck broke down in such a way that he was half way into the street and we could not move the truck. After dealing with another towing company, being strung along for over two hours, our insurance sent out Big Toe. Mario contacted us right away, he gave us his name (the other place didnt even do that small courtesy), told us everything would be ok, and he would be to us within 30 minutes. Mario took the extra time to explain what he was doing and ensure he did the tow properly so as not to further damage the tire and front end of the truck. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to call Big Toe Towing for any future towing needs!

I think big toe towing needs to work on their communication. I understand times are hard with covid and that I might not be able to ride with a tow truck driver as we used to in normal times. But when I was told that someone had agreed that I could ride with them and that they would be there in an hour and 90 minutes later I was still sitting in my car stranded Mario came to my rescue, and we worked out something that was comfortable for us. My five stars is specifically for Mario who was very professional, kind, compassionate, and experienced with what he was doing. Thank you Mario!

This was a while ago They towed my car one day that i was parked at club karma for a concert they said I wasn’t supposed to be parked there but dude there was dozens of cars parked there. My bumper popped out when they towed the car and I didn’t notice until the next morning. Till today about 2 years later my bumper is still bad.

My son was involved in an accident at the end of our street. He was visiting me for the first time in a year. So here is the short version of a rough end to the day.After having the first tow company show up and say he couldnt do the tow because the car could not be put into neutral and was locked with the front axel badly damaged my sons mom found Mario online and he showed up in the exact same type of truck and handled the tow with ease. After I told him the car was dead and we can not get it into neutral he showed his expertise in style and bounced the car off his truck in the perfect spot in front of our house. He was very professional and I was impressed with the skills he showed in handling this tow. Highly recommend this company and especially Mario.

This place is great! Jason came out to help me on towing my horse trailer after my truck broke down and he is a life saver… I am still shocked the owner heard about my problem and knew that all his drivers were busy but took time out of his day to come help me. 8/1/21......My motorhome was broke down near my home. There was a hiccup or 2 getting a guy to me. Not a problem. Driver showed up. I believe his name was Phil. All smiles. He noticed my fuel pump wasnt hooked up and he offered to fix it in the spot. I had bigger problems. He as knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. This was a difficult job. He had to get into and out of tight alleys and parking spaces. Never once showed signs of losing his cool. Everything was done right the first time. I cannot say enough nice things about Phil. 5 stars to the power of 5. Fabulous service.

We drove a 16,000lb forklift off the sidewalk onto the grass and sunk it down to the frame. The normal tow truck I called first shredded his winch cable trying to pull it out. Big Toe Towing towed our 42 Diesel Pusher Motorhome out of a small campground. This service was top notch. The dispatcher answered numerous panic phone calls from me with professionalism and courtesy. Four towing companies turned us down; Big Toe said yes immediately and scheduled the service. The tow technician was prompt, texted us with arrival ETA and was very competent. He had us hooked up and towed to a service center within 3 hours. Cant thank these folks enough!!!

My CV axle fell out and in a parking lot and I had to use AAA for towing. They quoted me an hour and a half wait, and Mario from big tow was there in about twenty minutes. Because my wheel fell off, it was definitely a complicated job, but he figured it out and got it back to the shop without any problems. This company is amazing. We had a tow company scheduled to come out for days, and at the last second they no called no showed us and wouldnt answer. We called Big Toe and not only did they give us a cheaper price, they showed up within an hour. Our driver, John, went above and beyond and was very careful with our car while loading and delivering it. He even helped push the car into the shop when we got there. One of their drivers accused me of following him all over I-70 for no reason other than he saw a similar vehicle on the highway. The driver claimed his name was Roger, he was very rude and disrespectful, not to mention paranoid.

Just had the family VW van towed from our house for repairs. Gary from Big Toe was great! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Hope I don’t need a tow again for awhile, but if I do I’ll call Big Toe and ask for Gary.

Not recommended for mountain towing or adverse conditions. The employees were inexperienced, negligent, and were swearing at the customer, witnesses, and those whose property they damaged. Big Toe spent 36 hours towing one vehicle half a block; they tried to charge $10,000 for what should have been a $300, 3hr job.This company put their straps on a 35ft Aspen in front of our house without our knowledge and pulled it down across the street. They abandoned their customer at 11:30pm and did not return until 1:30pm the next day. It was 10 degree weather. We let him sleep at our home in the middle of a pandemic because we felt for his situation.I’ve read the reply by this company and am not surprised. We have footage of an employee swearing at the customer and witnesses. As for the lack of honesty, we have recordings of the customer reporting the situation to Subaru and requesting the tow company put in chains. None of this was headed by Big Toe. The lack of proper communication within Big Toe is not the customers fault. Again, this is not surprising, as during the entire 36 hr ordeal, Big Toe blames the customer, the property owners and the terrain for every mistake they made. As for the $10,000 quote, this was said by Jason, the owner, on Dec 31, 2020. He was hoping to extort this money from the road side assistance company, but was unsuccessful.Read the replies by this company, and other reviewers, and see how they treat people for yourself.

I had this company tow my motorcycle to a mechanic on January 16th at 1:30. The tow drivers name was Koda the truck info was MC116747, license plate #AFFC40The driver drove past my garage, I attempted to waive him down. He didn’t see me. He called my phone, he was yelling and screaming profanities and threatening violence. He was angry because I wasn’t at the entrance o my garage waiving him down properlyHe turned around and pulled up to me he insulted me verbally and threatened to attack me.He parked his truck and ran at me. He got in my face and threatened to kill me! I backed away slowly and attempted to deescalate the situation but he was too irrational. I asked him to leave, he didn’t. He calmed down enough to load up the motorcycle. I was to afraid of him to protest. He is an extremely violent person.

They pulled my van out of a ditch and were willing to get a special truck able to handle it.

These guys are awesome. Highly recommend. I had a tire blow out in a heavy snow storm in the mountains a few months back. Jason came and picked me up and took care of me. I was in an f550 with a service body/crane and he drug me back into town. My fleet service dropped the ball and made an appointment at a shop that was closed. I live in Greeley and couldn’t leave my truck outside of the shop they wanted me to. We had no luck with any shops that would replace the valve stems and re mount the tires. Jason took me to his shop, called up his mechanic, who was at home, and drove over with the correct stems. We were in the snow swapping the valve stems and manually mounting both rear tires at 8:30pm. I ended up making it home that night and not having to leave my truck full of tools in a bad area. He could have easily dropped me off at the indicated location per his work order and just gotten paid. Jason and his crew went above and beyond for me that night. Jason runs a tight ship and I am very thankful for him and his guys.

We were in the mountains in a very remote campground and parked in a rather difficult spot to be towed out but this did not stop Clayton!!!! He safely towed our truck and slide-in camper about 15 miles to the campground we were staying in and waited while we off loaded the camper from the truck. He then towed our truck to a diesel shop where he quickly and proficiently unloaded it from his tow truck. He then gave us a ride to a gas station where we could get a ride to our other vehicle. I dont write many reviews, but Big Toe Towing got me out of quite a jam this evening. After a day of so much going wrong, our Jeep decided it was time to stop working. I attempted everything I could to get it to start again, and it wouldnt. Big Toe came along an hour faster than the AAA app estimated. After towing our Jeep home, it didnt want to leave the tow truck and figured that would be the time to not shift out of park or turn the steering wheel. As frustrating as the situation was, the guy from Big Toe stayed calm and positive throughout it all. He couldve gotten frustrated. I was frustrated with what our vehicle was doing and felt bad that he had to deal it, but he endured through situation and tried anything he could to solve the problem. Its an older vehicle, and he even managed to show it respect. I definitely recommend them!

If I could give 10 stars, I totally would! We were pulling a travel trailer from Spokane, WA to Houston, TX, and the trailer blew a wheel bearing about 20 miles outside of Limon, CO. These guys were the closest company that had the proper equipment to tow the trailer. Our roadside assistance company gave them the wrong info about our trailer. So they didn’t bring a big enough truck, but the driver improvised and chained the trailer axel up so he could tow it back the 20+ miles to town at 20mph. It was the middle of the night, he drove 2 hours to get to us after his shift was technically over. He totally could have just said he didn’t have the right equipment and left us there, but he truly wanted to help. So thankful to have found such GOOD PEOPLE when we needed it most!!

Jason was great. Very professional. My Class A motorhome was broken down on the side of the road. He kept me up to date on arrival time. Once there he quickly got it loaded on his flat bed. Amazing process for a vehicle that big. He then delivered it to the repair shop without a dent.

** AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ** If I could give this company a negative 5 star, I would. I had a disabled Avis rental in the mountains that needed to be replaced with another vehicle on 28 December. After Big Toe Towing accepted the job, Aviss roadside assistance contractor provided their number so I could reach out and coordinate directly. I called them, Jason I believe, and he was very courteous on the first call. He said to call back in 2 hours as that was the estimate he provided to pick up the replacement vehicle at Avis. So I called 2 hours later. His driver wasnt even close to picking up the car and had no estimate when it would happen, he said I asked too many questions, he said he was going to cancel the job and then hung up on me. It was unbelievable. I only asked when his driver would be at Avis to pick up the vehicle since it was 11pm and I just wanted to know if I would need to stay up all night waiting for the replacement vehicle. He made up excuses and lied to me. Roadside assistance then called him back. He said he would take the job again. Then when they called him back 90 minutes later, he cancelled the job. So that was 3.5 hours wasted on Big Toe Towing with zero results. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. (The good news is that roadside assistance then put me in touch with Century Towing and they ROCKED it. Amazing service. Had the entire job done in less than 3 hours and my location in the mountains was 2 hours away.)

Edgar came and picked up our F350 and dropped it off at the dealership for us so that I could take the baby home. Great service, professional, and helpful.

I was waiting on the side of the road for 3 hours. We called to get updates and they said they would give us a call back in 5 minutes. I waited and called again multiple times just for them to finally answer 1 hour later to just say they canceled the service.

Driver drove down wrong side of grocery parking lot, yelled at me, chased me through the lot, flipping me off. Cant recommend. D+.

I called at about 12:30am in a case of emergency asking a simple question, i then tried to call back and ask for an estimate when the phone was answered rudely with “no we don’t [gave answer to previous question] you’re calling the same number” when that’s not what we were calling back for in the first place. i hung up, they lost my service immediately.

Our roadside assistance contracted with them. We were told to wait 70 minutes and after that time they never showed up nor did they give us a call to let us know that they wouldn’t be showing up. And when we tried to contact them their mailbox was full. Our roadside assistance tried calling them at least 10 times with no answer and we were left hanging. It’s been four hours. Not only are we disgusted with their service but we are exhausted and still trying to figure out how to get home.

They arrived sooner then expected and the driver was friendly and efficient!
