When we moved from California to Colorado, we had a lot to think about. Fortunately for us, Lisa made finding a perfect family home simple. She was incredibly resourceful and easy to talk with. Distasteful & morally questionable business antics.Nomad refused to give us our security deposit back stating the funds were needed to repair scratched wood floors but then neglected to fix them before the new tenants moved in (we knew the new tenants). So, they kept the money and used it for their salaries. They also charged an additional few hundred dollars to repair a couple nail holes from hanging pictures in drywall...for spackling paste & paint that costs no more than $30 at a hardware store. Oh, forgot to mention the $700 carpet cleaning fee they charged us even though we got a $200 quote from another local contractor. Someone made a pretty good paycheck that day for $500 in labor for no more than 30 minutes of work...Nomads firm is a scam and disgrace to the local Denver area. They prey on their tenants and up-charge them for normal wear & tear on their residences. Avoid working with them at all costs...literally.

Some miscommunications but in the end I was happy to work with Will and settle every thing in clear and concise manner. Good people
