If I could give them 0 stars I would! I made an appt For Saturday 7/31 for a shellac manicure. I was told by the man that I talked to on the phone that they provide excellent service at this salon and I believe it, also the reviews were great. Unfortunately it was not my experience today. The lady working this morning asked me very rudely who I was and what I was there for . I told her about my appt time and what I needed done and she looked at me like I was crazy. She said she will not be able to see me and that I was not scheduled. Customer service is just horrible, very rude lady, I wish I could of got her name. I do no recommend this place unless you like to be treated poorly.

Came here on a Friday and got an amazing gel manicure and pedicure from David. He took his time and shaped my nails very nicely, the lines on my French manicure came out smooth and even. I was very happy with his work and will definitely be coming back. Glad I gave this place a try, David is very talented and wonderful to converse with.

I was so absolutely impressed with this salon. It’s super convenient that it’s inside a Walmart and then David did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job on my dip. He was so kind also and easy to talk to also. He’s been doing nails for over 10 years while doing physical therapy also. Hard working man. He put care in his work and has perfected the skill because I absolutely love my nails. He listened to what I wanted and actually did it unlike most. And to top it all off, the owner/manager was so kind and welcoming and I got water AND CHOCOLATE given to me while I was there =D 100000% recommended this spot and David.

Linda recommend dip powder which was the same price as the gel I was planning on getting anyway and I LOVE IT! It looks more natural, not bulky, and so far its very strong (just got them done and already jammed one into the steering wheel). Definitely recommend!

Me and my little sister had such an unpleasant experience at this nail salon. When we first walked in we weren’t even greeted until once we sign in and sat down then they acknowledge us. Once they were done assisting other clients we were approached by nail tech named Linda who was very hard to understand due to a language barrier. We explained to her what we were needing and she didn’t quite understand what we were requesting until we showed her a pictures and seemed a bit frustrated at first with us.She proceeded to do my little sisters nails after she picked out some colors from the selection they had. Through the process I told her my sister wanted more glitter look on her ring finger and she just said she could do another coat but it wouldn’t look good. So we just left it like that even though we had requested something different from the beginning. Once done Painting she topped her nails with regular nail polish. I asked her why they topped her nails with regular polish when they usually close them with UV gel so that they don’t chip. She said it was all this extra money to get that type of nail. At that point I was very unhappy how they left my sisters nails and told them I wouldn’t do mine and would just wait for Hers to air dry. Linda insisted she could make things right and I agreed since she said she would do a better job. I just had simply asked for French tip acrylic nails nothing fancy or any designs. When she finished my nails they didn’t look like good quality product was used and some had bubbles inside and no pink polish was added to make them French tip just a clear polish on top with white tips and some nails had a weird shape. When I turned to see my little sisters they were horrible the polish was wrinkly and just bad quality in all her nails once they had dried. When I approached her to tell her of the problem she said it was because we picked the cheaper stuff and we would need to spend 50+ to get good quality nails. She wasn’t nice and had an attitude because I had told her of the problem. She blamed me and my sister that it was our fault for what we choose.I asked her for her name and she was hesitant to tell me since we weren’t happy with the end product of her service. I called the owner and made him aware of this occurrence and he was more friendlier than his staff but still made it seem like it was the bad quality nail polish that was the problem. I explained to him it was not only that they carried bad quality products and that that is not the costumers fault but that it was his staff with a bad attitude. I will be attaching pictures so that you yourself can see of the poor quality products they use and overcharge for. This was my first time going in to this nail salon and I will never go back again. I will be spreading the word to my family, friends, and acquaintances to not come to this nail salon. I’m still waiting for the agreed resolution with the owner but overall it has been such a bad experience. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

My daughter - a black and white stiletto. Amazing! Linda was fast, thorough, sweet and artistic! It was worth the drive from Westminster and money well spent. BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE BEEN TO!Today was my first time coming to this place and was honestly kinda nervous. I have graduation coming up and after seeing some reviews it seemed like a good place so I went ahead and got them done. No regrets!!! The gentleman that did them, David, was very friendly and made sure my nails were what I wanted. They feel very nice and look super cute. Highly recommended :)

I came here because I noticed a lot of customers come here because of David. However, David was off the day I came in and another worker took me. She did beautiful work, but the whole process was absolutely horrible. She kept jamming her sharp finger nails into my cuticles to push them up, which I told her it really hurt to which she didnt say anything or even look up at me and continued to do it. No communication or remorse whatsoever. I didnt want to be rude. She made my finger bleed because she was using the buffer on one of my nails and it gave me a deep cut, and she cleaned it but again, the woman didnt say sorry or seem like she felt bad about it. I wanted to have simple jewels on my nails, but they always charge an extra $5 usually so I did those myself when I got home (as seen in my picture). Before all of this happened, when I first came in she said my nails would be $35, and then when it came to me paying she charged me $60. I asked her why the price change because I only got white tips and she went a whole rant about how the products she used for me were more expensive than she expected. I didnt want to argue, or be there any longer. (I was there 11:45am-1:25pm). It was ridiculously time consuming, painful, and overpriced.

Great atmosphere, great personality and excellent work. Appt only is great for the covid standards! I got a ombre glow n the dark set which comes in many different colors and a deluxe pedicure, Linda was the best!!

I get my feet and nails done every two weeks

This was one of the worst experiences in a nail salon I have had. The lady wasn’t personable at all. I got a manicure and pedicure which I try to get regularly but haven’t had time lately. I drive a truck and usually use the nail salons at Walmart because of parking. She cut my toenails and done the cuticles and painted them. No massage, not even a little one. The same thing with my finger nails. I was the only person there and now I know why. I consider the massage the best part of the mani-pedi experience and usually tip well for a good job. I only tipped $5 because I feel it was half done. I won’t be back.

Linda is AMAZING!!! I felt extremely comfortable. I just got off work next door at subway and they told me a 30min wait for a full set and pedi, no big deal since there was only 2 nail techs available, an hour later i was about to walk out but then theOWNER came and made sure i was taken care of right away and even gave me a discount for my long wait!! Extremely professional and well worth the wait and price!

Horrible customer service! Lady tricked me into getting an upgraded version of a pedicure. No one speaks english so its frustrating when youre trying to get some customer service! All around wouldnt recommend! Also got a foot fungus from them as well! Be careful going there, its not classy at all

Linda has always been so amazing and she has been doing our nails and brows for a few years now and I wouldn’t see anyone else. I LOVE LINDA! I love this nail shop. It is more than nails, they have quality and personability too. I notice that the pedicures are very technical and cuticles, dry skin, calluses are fully removed. It is a smooth process. Prices are upfront. They ask you what services you want and they give u a quote, then you choose how to move forward. Linda keeps track of our conversations each visit and I always feel like we pick up where we left off. Every employee is so positive and social, at the same time they dont over talk. The best part is the nail service. They come out perfect each time. I order the deluxe pedicure with 2 different colored regular polish and a shellac 2 different colored manicure with 10 freestyle designs on my hands and one big toe design. Designs are acceptably nice, not regrettable designs as most Denver nail shops give.

I came in with possibly the worst set of nails you could ever get from a different salon. They were lifting and yellow after a week so i went in and was instantly greeted. Mimi assured me she could fix my nails but in doing so she had to take them all off and redo them. She educated me by saying that it was in my best interest to just get a new set because the lifting can trap water and cause my nails to get a fungus. I’m glad I went with her idea. I told her to create her own masterpiece with my nails but to still keep them classy and not too flashy. Mimi went beyond my expectations!!!!! I am in LOVE!! Then I got a pedicure from Le and she did a marvelous job and dug out my ingrown for me. My feet feel heavenly. This salon is clean, personable, and each nail tech is talented. 10/10 would recommend!!!

The service and the attention was outstanding the job that they did with my feet and hands was good. Nevertheless be sure to ask what are they are charging you for before they start working, I and up with a $377.00 bill. It was super confusing to know what services they were charging because each person charge separately also diferente prices for services One charge 180 and the other one 150. The place is charming and definitely offer a high-quality service. Just be aware of prices.

Located inside Walmart. Got me in right away. Super friendly. Great job. Pay no attention to the bad reviews! I got a fill in that was WAY overdue with one new nail and fresh color, which I absolutely love. While applying the second coat, she noticed that it was still kind of thin so she offered to put a third coat on at no extra charge. Paid close attention to detail. All that for only $30! I was happy to leave more than a 20% tip which was NEITHER asked for or even hinted towards. Just a great experience all around. I will definitely come back.

Must see Hannah ! Just love this place! They do not disappoint. They always go above and beyond. Ive paid more at other salons and have gotten way less service. They use the best gel polish out there on the market! Its organic and it doesnt chip and it lasts a long time. Very few nail salons out there carry this brand!

I just moved to the Stapleton area and was looking for a reputable nail salon. I saw the google reviews and decided to give Regal Nails a try. I could not be happier. I’ve had my nails done by both David and Linda. Both are amazing nail techs. I highly recommend getting the dip powder because. It’s all natural and they have over 250 colors to select from.

I was shopping at Walmart and saw I could get a manicure at Regal. What a treat! I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever had! Its fine as long as you have no other options, services are not that great and the employees (esp the manicurists) seem unlikely adventurous esp when it comes to costomizing your own nail art. Usually their in a hurry and do it haphazardly. Did not like my experience! And i paid full price for a job half done!

Mimi is THE BEST! I havent got my nails done in a couple years because I hated how fake they always look. She shaped them so good that people ask me all the time if they were real. Her designs are super unique, shes a nail visionary! You get what you pay for and shes totally worth it!

I have been coming here for years, and have good experiences every time, some better than others, depending on the technician. Today was an extra special example of such great service. MIMI, my technician convinced me to get gel nail overlays, as I had horrible looking nails!!They turned out perfect, then she gave me the best pedicure! My feet have not felt this good in a long time! She was very meticulous with detail. I would highly recommend this regal nails to anyone who wants good nail and foot care!!

I came to this Salon to get a manicure that would help my brittle nails. David suggested a gel manicure. The gel that he recombended was organic. It has been almost 3 weeks and my polish hasn’t chipped and my nails still look shiny and fresh.The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The salon was extremely clean and well kept. David was great and I highly recommend him.

I had an appointment at 4:30 pm and I schedule for a full set also a pedicure and the lady didn’t want to see me. It’s not my fault they schedule me at that time she kept talking to me over the closed gate which I think is unprofessional saying she will be there till 8 pm so she couldn’t see me.

My mom and I came here over our trip to CO for Thanksgiving. Her heel was razored so much she is still have pain while walking 6days later and her cuticle was cut so much (and incorrectly) she bled and may be getting an infection. PROCEED W CAUTION AND BE WARNED!

I have to say after two weeks our nails still look amazing. We both had a gel full set. the nails look so good we will not need a fill for at least another week and a half. In regards to our actual experience in the shop, what surprised us the most was how attentive the owner was. We have been to other independently owned Regal Salons before but by far this was the best experience. Not only was Viet charming but he was not bad on the eyes either. The women (Hanna and Linda) did an amazing job with our full set.Overall this is the best nail shop I have been to.
