I made an appointment for 3pm. Front desk lady looked at me, said something to someone in another language, and pointed me to sign in w/ those on waitlist. Here I sit and wait at 3:20pm. My surmise: they say they take appointments, but they really don’t. Very annoying. I will wait today because I have the time, but will keep looking for a nail salon.Also, most clientele & male nail tech NOT wearing 😷 masks.

I feel like I’ve been robbed $45. What i asked for vs what i got. Wanted to look like Bride of Chuckie, came out looking like I’m going to the 8th grade dance. Not to mention the excessive use of UV light. and going over my cuticles THREE times? Girl puhlease.

I went with my friend for pedicures. They kept cutting her and making her bleed. I was traumatized. She didn’t speak up and she is so sweet she would never complain. You cut me once and that’s it. She got cut 3 times!!

Not worth the money. Paid 80 for gel nails and it just looks so bad. I wish I could have said something while I was there. I don’t recommend this place at all,

It’s been a very long time since I came to this place, They skipped me in line by 3 people with no appointment, also My nail tech for some reason was not understanding that all i wanted was a simple shellac nail change and a pedicure. she for some reason kept going back-and-forth with the price and couldn’t get my color right. it was taking her a very long time to get her tools from the back. I literally waited there for almost 2 hours and all I got was my nail color removed. i Understand getting your nails done takes a process but the service I received was ready for an unexpected.

I go to Selena for my nails she does a wonderful job and she takes her time. You can really go to anyone for your feet. By the way the men in the shop do nails good too!

I loved this place!! They did such a great job on my pedicure and I got a set of small tip with Dip & spent a good 100$ including tip 😁 happy customer here!!

I use to go here all the time, this was my first time back since covid. It was horrible I just went for a pedicure and the girl cut me twice and made my toes bleed. She tried to say it was a hangnail on the first one than cut me again because she was rushing. I asked for a simple design on my 2 toes and she had no clue what she was doing. I wont go back!!

This place is amazingly the best ever! I highly recommend it! My 9 year old son even got his first pedi and manicure so cool! Kimberly is amazing and so is John:)

The first 2 pictures are from getting my niece and my nails done here. I hated my nails so much till I had to get them done again thats the 3rd picture. I literally had to spend $80 just to get my nails done. I pick the color 227 and that color wasnt even right. I think the lady who did my nails just doesnt know what she was doing. I will NOT be returning to this place.

I went in two weeks ago to get an acrylic rebase. I was charged $60 simce it was long nails. To remove my old nails the guy used a fake nail which hurt and I kept telling the guy it was painful. Within a couple of days my nail polish on my acrylics was chipping and a nail fell off. Not worth the price I paid as the quality wasnt there.

Great experience. The woman listened and talked to me. Made sure I liked everything as it was happening. She was sure to take her time even though they were swamped and she gave a beautiful design. I couldnt have asked for better.

Me and my daughter went to go get out nails done yesterday 10-4-2020. Both nail tech burned us with there tools also the lady that was doing my nails cut me by filing my nails to hard my nails are bumpy not polished right not all nails shaped right .

I came here for the first time about 2 weeks ago and had a full set done. She left my nails so wide and thick and didn’t even buff them down... i went back to get them fixed and even after she “fixed” them i told her i wanted them thinner and she asks me “thinner? it’s already thin” almost giving me attitude. mind you i paid the most expensive manicure. No conversation at all super unprofessional. i don’t recommend this place. I fixed my own nails at home and they came out even better. so disappointed

My girlfriend went here and the lady cut and burn her with her tools. And then tried using super glue to stop the bleeding. Horrible experience. Also, they didn’t do a good job on the nails. Still wanted to charge $80. Horrible

First time client and LOVED my deluxe pedicure!! They do quite a bit for the price!! Only thing I didn’t like is that my nail tech didn’t try to talk to me, she only said hi; then talked to the tech sitting next to her the whole time.

It has been a long time since Ive been to a nail salon that does great quality work for the best price! My nail tech Tracy was very welcoming and did an amazing job on my full set. She really took her time to get it right and Imvery pleased with the work I had done! Will definitely be returning here!

I’ve been to this place a few times but after today I probably won’t come back. My pedicure was great. However the lady who did my nails completely rushed through them and left me with a horribleShellac manicure. This isn’t the first time they have have messed up my nails. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m over it. I will be finding a new salon ASAP. Don’t waste your time or money here!

I was really excited about trying out this place I had read such awesome reviews about it unfortunately my experience here was not. My nail shapes are so off some are thinner than the others, one looks like the leaning tower. When I told him he tried to fix it which was nice but before that another woman told me there was nothing they could do about it. They do give out punch cards which is a really great idea but I wont be going back

3 hours. Over 70 $ for uneven bumpy manicure and pedicure. I did not enjoy either! Cashier mumbled the total as she snatched my card having me ask 3x what my total was. I went with my friends none of us liked our experience. Do people know what Tip stands for??. I cant believe I was there for 3hrs🤮 half assed job seriously. If google could let me rate less I would. Unwelcoming vibe still gave it a shot, wont have me coming back. Good luck to the people that go there. Such a waste. Now my other family and friends know where NOT to go.

Went in since they opened last week I needed a mani and pedi done the lady who did my toes took the side of toe nail out and I was bleeding now my toe is infected and I have pain and on top of that they arent doing a good job at santizing they dont clean after there next clients

I came her on Sunday and received a manicure with a full set, instantly they started putting the tips on without cutting down my cuticles, filing my nails nothing. Then started pushing the gel colors (which cost more) so I got gel and they looked pretty good, but three days later one just broke off by bumping it against something and I called and asked to get it fixed, they said okay come back I came back and the guy that fixed it rushed my nails making it bigger and not the right shape but didn’t charge me. later that night I was scratching my back and another nail popped off, I noticed all the nails were brittle and broke off easy. There acrylic is cheap and service needs work.

This nail place is a joke rude workers that do not have a clue of how to make nails look nice plus they use harsh chemicals. Went 3 times hoping they would get it together because they are in walking distance from where l live but will never step foot in that place again. Again another business that just wants your money and doesnt care how you feel or if the product is even good.

I was in and out in just less than 1 hour. My technician was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Price was fair for what i got. The atmosphere here was really inviting and clean. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone!

Ive had my nails done here by multiple people. The very first time I left satisfied with my nails. Every other time has been terrible. Im not sure if they took extra care knowing that I was a first time customer or if it is a great game of chance when walking in. Youre lucky if you get someone who takes their time and knows what they are doing.

The girl was clearly on coke, and rushed so fast it looks like a first grader did my nails. She literally threw my hand away everytime she was done with it. Complete waste of money, Im going to have to get them redone.

Just left Crystal Nails & Spa, I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with the customer service. I came here against my better judgment and and won’t be back. I went in with my sister for a shellac manicure and a full set, I was greeted by a man who was very curt and rushed through service, I unfortunately did not get his name (there are two other men there named John and Henry). He took care of my sisters full set which was awful, she’s a young teen and would have left with the full set had I not been there. It was lumpy, there was nail polish all over her cuticles her real nails shone through the sides of the acrylics and the nails were crooked. I brought this up as a concern and his response was that it just needs another coat of the matte nail polish. When I pointed out the issues, he just said no, where? Where? Very rudely. I responded that This wasn’t something another coat of nail polish would fix. He was frustrated and sent us over to another nail tech—Salina, who fixed the full set. The full set came out beautifully after it was fixed by Salina, however, we were charged for an entirely new set of nails! We paid for my sisters nail services twice! I essentially paid them to fix their mistakes! This is a completely unprofessional business model and you can definitely trust I will take my money and my business elsewhere. They don’t appreciate or respect their customers.

This place is very clean! My permanent prizma powder full set nails is absolutely beautiful where is they have a wonderful powder color where it doesnt leave yellowing of the nail! Perfect salon really makes me feel comfortable!

Worst service ever and 25 dollars for a manicure simple manicure Ill never be back

I got a full set about a month ago and it was the worst experience of my life, the owner Tony is just horrible, rude and very unprofessional. Its not the first time he acts like this, a couple months ago we went to get our nails done and about at closing time, he was throwing books around and the nail polish and arguing very loudly. He is so freakn rude. I was kinda scared since he was yelling very loud. The next time I went a month ago Nov 23,2018 I got stuck with Tony and he was just mad and kept jerking my hand, was mad because I was having a side convo with my sister. He didnt paint my nail fully so when I asked to fully polish the nail, he got upset and said it was my hand and finger and he couldnt do that. What do you mean you cant fix that? He rushed the whole polish and very rough to my nails that they were sore. Im all for men learning but girls dont go get pampered to get mistreated. Please avoid him and go with Tracey, my sister loved her. Or seriously go somewhere else until that guy gets it together.

I went into the store for a pedicure. The woman I got was great, but about 1/2 an hour before they closed about 6 men came into the store to play cards. They were right in the middle of the store, laughing, joking, running around, etc. There is no way the experience could even be enjoyable with so much childish behavior.

I was I from.out of town and decided to get my nails done. This place was absolutely AMAZING. They work quick without sacrificing quality. They TONS of colors, and the pepole are so nice. Their prices are very reasonable and you get a lot for your money. The only reason I dint give it five stars is one of the works had their little girl come in and she was screaming and running around like crazy. I have five kids of my own so I understand to an extent. It just created a very unprofessional and stressful situation.

HORRIBLE!!! Overcharged me! Price was $45, charged me $50. Do not know how to do ombre!! Nails were different sizes and shapes!!! Went back for them to fix and got so angry with how she was doing them that I just left! Dont even deserve the 1 star!!!! Ruined my whole day!!!!!!!!

I was driving around shopping and I found Crystals Nails & Spa. I figured I might as well get me nails done. So, I went in and the first thing I notice is the the staff is energetic and friendly. I also, love how nicely my nails came out. Ill surely be coming back the next I go shopping around the area!

The owner did my nails. One was so uneven and when u asked him to fix it he tried to blame it on my finger.... He removed the whole bail and did it over again. And not only did he do it half assed, he gave me a super wide nail that clearly didnt fit. .. I didnt really notice until I left how uneven all of my nails were because I was in a hurry to get out if there, so I called and he told me to come back the next day to get them fixed . when he charged me he didnt even tell me my total and ended up charging my card $60!!! So when I came back the next day he wasnt even there and all the lady did was reshape my nails and left my gel polish as it was. Didnt bother to retouch it. For what they charge it is definitely not worth it ..Will never go back.

I have been going here for years, at least once a month, i get the Deluxe pedicure, and sometimes a manicure, and my eyebrows, friendly wise they are ok dont speak very good English but the last time i had Rose do the pedi for me it was very good

I was hoping a really great job but the lady that i got was so rude. And didnt have the time to focus on putting the nails she was in a rush or something. Then she didnt file them like i ask her to do twice and look all square ass nails. I recommend you not to come here even if its cheap because this place wont have the time to do your nails right.

Been coming here faithfully for 12 yrs, I wouldve recommended this place to any one and have to many NEVER AGAIN! Worst service the last couple times and today was the topper. I havent had my feet done in a month due to funds so.....still not reallly able to afford I came in because my feet are killing me. I type this as Im sitting getting my pedi, my toe is bleeding my hang nail is still there, my foot is throbbing 2x as much now, bottoms of my feet are still rough! SMMFH!!!!!

My daughter and I love coming here to get our nails done. They always do such a great job and are always beyond sweet to us. Also because my daughter is in highschool she always gets a 10% discount. Well I do :) thank you guys for all you do.

It was an okay salon. The lady who did my pedicure was just horrible rushed through everything. My toenails werent completely filled with the nail polish. Some lumpy parts of nail polish. However i did love the lady who did my full set. Wouldnt go there for a pedicure for sure!

Had to run out of there! The owner was the one doing my nails. He was very rough and was not focusing on the work he was doing. He was putting the acrílic over my cuticles and filing down on my skin? I had taken my hand away from him because he was hurting me so bad.... I let it go.... but then he did it again and again. I finally said you are hurting me, I am going to leave and he said OK. So I walked out. If that is the customer service the owner provides, I cant imagine his actual staffs customer service. Disgusted with the place.

Well I had called and made an appointment and they still acted as if I were a walk in. I told them I wanted my acrylics natural looking, so he made them lumpy, did minimal filing to try and achieve the shape I wanted (and failed btw) and put the wrong color acrylic. I had also planed to get my toes done but quickly changed my mind when I saw my nails. It was also very cramped. Like shoulder to shoulder with the ladies next to me. All in all. Will never wastes 45 dollars there again.

Always a bit of a hit or miss here. But quality and prices are great! Just need to be a tad demanding if you like your nails a particular way.

This place is horrible! Went in to get a basic manicure and a wax job yesterday and before my nails could even dry, one of the lady taps me on my shoulder and says, “hey, come now. Time for wax” and takes me to get my wax done. By the time I was finished, there was still some wax left behind on my face and my nails were completely messed up. They are so unprofessional and careless on how they run business here! I will never come here again!

3 months ago it was 5 stars. Today its a one star. Only the younger employee cares, lee, henry& salena. The other employees are rushed and are not great nail techs.Ive been coming to this nail place for 2 years & I am very disappointed now.

All they care for is their money. I was a customer for a while at first they did a good job after a while the technician I would go to didnt care for what I wanted. When i would ask for thinner nails of something to get fixed she would become rude & very rough with nails. After a while they all became rude. Last time I went was the worst of them all. Never going back there again!!!!

Don’t waste your money if you are going for a gel full set. I paid $40 and had to go to another nail salon for them to fix their mess.

Terrible service. The first time I went I needed to get a pedicure and a rebase. I had taken my youngest daughter in with me cause she wanted a pedicure also. We were the 3rd people there. The had to wait our pedicures cause not enough people. They left us soaking for 30 min. When it was finally our turn they told me that they were getting to busy to do my daughter pedicure. Then for my rebase I sat for 25 min waiting for I am guessing the only nail tech they have. I had to walk out. Tried to give the place another chance took my oldest daughter for a pedicure. Walked in told the guy we both wanted pedicure. He said about 15 min. 45min later they started my pedicure and forgot my daughter. When I told them she was also on the list and that I told him she wanted a pedicure also they acted so put out. I will never be giving them another chance.

Worst place ever. I went in on Friday afternoon for a regular manicure and by Saturday the nail polish was coming off completely. The customer service was the worst as well.

If you dont go in the morning.. Your nails dont look as good as they would in the morning...
