It was my first time in today and Jenny did the most AMAZING job on my nails. She didn’t make me feel like I was asking for too much, and told me it was a great design choice. And then she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much, I will be back!!

I will NEVER be back. These are some of the most rude unprofessional people. I paid $110 for a pedicure & full set both shellac. They always let me down. The regular lady who assists with check ins is ALWAYS rude. The icing on the cake for me was how I left with my nails looking. Never again. They wont get another dime from me. They talk bad about you as you are sitting in their face, and act as if they dont want to give you the service you are PAYING for. I cannot.

I booked a same day appt as a first time customer. I was placed with Jenny and was very impressed with her level of care and attention to detail. I had a gel, French-tip manicure and she spent about an hour on making it look perfect. The service and time she spent with me I thought would be reserved for a longtime client. I will definitely be back and I will be asking for Jenny!

Its pretty busy but i would recommend it. Just not the eyelashes. I have gone to many places and I found a place far away from me that I absolutely love. I was hoping I could find a place near where I live that I like how they do the eyelash extensions. However this is not the place. just not satisfied with this place. They dont put the lash where they are supposed to go. They becomes bothersome because they dont sit correctly. I will not go back for eyelash extensions. Nails and Mani and pedicure are great.

They deserve no stars honestly. I just got my nails done and the lady charged me extra for a material on my nails to make them last longer. Less than a week later my nails are breaking. These are my real nails so it hurt really bad. I have gotten my nails done at plenty of other places for a cheaper price and last longer. Come to find out even though they over charged me for my nails they are going to charge me to fix them. $5 EACH Nail. Thanks Kelly for messing up my nails I will never come back here again. They also don’t disinfect any chairs before different customer use them. In addition I got a pedi with cold water. Worst experience ever.

This salon was friendly and professional. They accommodated myself and my daughters together while we had my 2 grandbabies with us. They were patient and friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience great for us all and all of our nails look amazing!!

HORRIBLE service first and last time I come to this place. The lady in the front doesn’t greet you properly she just sits there on her phone eating peanuts as if you didn’t just walk in, I paid $50 for a PLAIN SHORT SET. I didn’t like the first design and asked to just remove it and do a clear coat, the man who did my nails was so upset that he cut most of my fingers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

I got my nails done by lily many times and every time my nail separates two days later and I have to constantly go back to see her. This was my last straw she charged me 70 dollars for a French tip. On top of that my nails started lifting 3 days later! I called to see if I can get my money back and they kept telling me they’d fix it but I don’t have a lot of time to keep going back to the salon. I said I can come in and get it looked at and asked for my money for I will not be coming back. The manager told me it’s been a week and my hands are in water a lot which isn’t true it’s been 3days!! She even started laughing at me while I was talking. I understood what she said when she was speaking to her employees about me (she thought I couldn’t understand them) it was the worst experience ever and I’m really mad at the fact that she was talking about me. She didn’t want to give my money back. She didn’t care that I was upset about the fact that this is the 4th time I’ve had to come back to get them fixed. I don’t suggest this place very unprofessional and overpriced.

I had ivy and she used dirty tools which resulted in me having a raging infection on my indemx finger. The surgeon had to drill a hole through my finger to release the infection. I will post pics... Ill never get nails again!!!!

Review changed due to recent bad experience: Mimi does an amazing job but she is the ONLY reason I have been going in for the past year. Every time I go get my acrylic nails done they are poorly painted but they never broke so I kept going (plus Mimi was there). A week ago I got them done by Kelly and she used a power color I did not even want, charged me extra for it ( even though I did not want a pink power I wanted a clear one ) and tried convincing me telling me “nails last longer” but 2 of them broke in under a week. This is my first time I have broken a nail in over a year, I work an office job and I wear gloves to clean. How funny that all of a sudden I get them done by someone different and they break easy? Kelly did a mediocre job. I love my pedicure lady but it’s not worth it I’m never coming back to them again. I paid $60 for simple nails and then when I called them they have no interest in making it right instead they will charge me $10 extra.

I got acrylics done the person who did my nails were nice but I asked for one hand black and the other white with a smiley face and a sad face but he did both smiley faces and added something on the nails I didnt ask for

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve come here 4 times and although they do a great job at doing nails, their customer service is absolutely horrible. It’s laughable how horrible they treat customers. All 4 times there has been some kind of drama going on but I ignored it cause I wanted my nails done. Well today, my two friends and I booked for 3 full sets at the same time. They said no problem and booked us. When we got there, they had one technician for all three people. Expected us to wait an hour for each full set and the technician was rushing so the only set she did, came out crooked and not the color that was asked for. While waiting, they had us sit at a table and wait for the technician. They asked us to move twice so they could take care of customers that walked in AFTER us... After waiting an hour, my friend and I decided we didn’t want to wait to get ours done. The technician proceeded to up the price and charge my friend an extra $15 for the loss of business BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ll probably never come back to this place again and I am ashamed for recommending it to others.

I absolutely love my experience here. Myself and 3 of my friends decided to get our nails done. Two of my friends wanted to get shellac/design done for Denver Pop Culture Con, another did an acrylic rebase, and I did a full set dip.My 3 friends got their nails done by Trinh and I got mine done by Hannah.What I absolutely love about the salon is how quick AND efficient they are. A quick turnaround with stunning results. They 10000000% listen for what you want and delivered it.They made sure to give you the right technician for what you want for the best results.15/10 would recommend!!

My friend brought me here from my birthday for a full set. I wanted a cute flower design, but the lady couldn’t do it so I got another tech, John. He couldn’t do it either. BUT, he SLAYED my nails they are so cute. The conversation was good and he was thorough! I gave it three stars because it was dirty and the biggest thing, another tech was eating loud as heck at her station. Like smacking hard AF. It was disgusting and annoying and hard To relax. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a “complicated” design. They’re definitely a simple basic salon.

Trinh and mimi are the best 🥰 They took their time with my nails and they were very clean and didnt reuse any nail files MI MI took her time with my feet and she was great at the pedicure and did everything perfect

They guy that did my nails was horrible. Had bad customer service and didn’t even do my nails how I wanted them. Got an infection as well . Definitely won’t be returning and definitely don’t recommend this place . Your better off doing them yourself

I really liked this place until yesterday when i got a pedicure and hardly anyone was wearing a mask. I don’t understand why your going to make me wash my hands if half the workers arent wearing masks right and customers are let in without them. Very disappointed

I am very disappointed. I had an appointment at 10 with three other ladies and everyone got seen at appointment time but me I had to wait an hour after my appointment to be seen and no one in our party got what they wanted.

They would not listen when I would tell them they where hurting me she would keep going if I told them. They would also be talking about everybody who was there getting stuff done . Didnt even do the nails Ive asked for

So happy I found them! I sent a request on Facebook for an appointment this morning and was told to come right then. From the time I walked in the door everyone was super friendly. My nails look fabulous thanks to Tam!! She took her time and they came out better than the picture I had wanted. To those who comment its pricey.. dont ask for an fancy design technique if you arent willing to pay for it.. Super Sexy nails are worth every penny!! I will definitely be going back!

My first experience was great. I asked for a full set because the previously place I went to did a HORRIBLE job and I only left them on for a week! I don’t remember my techs name but it was a male and he was super gentle taking the old ones off. The new ones looked so much better and were shaped 100% better. He took his time to make sure they were perfect. I’m hoping my nails continue to stay looking this pretty. As long as there is no chipping or breaking I will be returning.

First time ever getting a pedicure. My gf wanted me come try it out with her. It was a nice experience from beginning to end. You first check in in a tablet and you answer some covis related questions then you are seated. Little to no wait on a Saturday We were sat next to each other on massage chairs. The ladies here were very nice. Everyone in salon had to wear mask and place looked very clean. I have happy feet now. No appointment necessary.

They have always been nice and polite to me whenever I go get nails/toes done. The only thing I wish they would get better at is to keep track of peoples appointments.

I went into the salon, the front desk girl was eating at a table with no mask. The nail tech soaked my nails and was twisting and hurting my nail bed worse than I have ever been hurt while getting my dip removed. As I was getting my nails done I heard the receptionist to tell someone over the phone to “f@%# Off”. And As I looked around and saw how dirty it was. Not to mention my nails were done on a ratty old cloth. Less than 6 hours later, I was adjusting my bra strap and my nail chipped. I didn’t even bother to call to get it fixed because I didn’t want to go back, and I think I knew the answer I would get. All and all I would not recommend going.

Appointments mean nothing to these people! Horrible service all around. I’m glad I found another salon to go to even if it’s on the other side of town because the service here is that awful. So all in all, if you like being treated poorly and paying for crooked ugly nails, come to this place ;-)

Ive been coming here on and off for a few years and I used to love it and it was the only place I would go but it has changed a lot and their price increase is outrageous! It used to cost me $25 for a rebase and today when I went it was $45!!! They said they needed to take off 4 nails and put new ones on but they charged me for a complete new full set and and to take the nails off... Theyre new charge system asks if you want to add a tip with 15% being the lowest to give for a tip and it charged a $12 which i dont think was deserved because my nails did not turn out that great. For the $35 deluxe pedi, acrylic rebase with shellac, and a $12 tip came up to $92!! I will not be returning and I will gladly just do my nails at home for a small fraction of the price.

I used to love this place, but lately service has decreased a lot, I called several times to make an appointment with my nail technician and they did scheduled 3 different people at the same time, I had to wait for her all the time, last time I waited 1hour an 45 min, Im never going back there.😔

Ive been coming here for a while now it was great at first they have really gotten careless. Ive had to wait for a long time when I had a appt. The price I paid over 100 was not worth the job I can still see the old polish on the sides I asked to cut them she didnt cut them everything I asked for i didnt get I kept trying to come here because I know there are bad days but its not improving and when i pay lots of money i would like a good job done. Not sure im coming back here next time😒

Worst pedicure I have EVER received!!!! Lazy male; he didnt use proper metal exfoliation tool, shorter than average time for pedi (compared to the lady next to me with same pedi), and he messed up my small toe polish and didnt care to fix it right, just patched it, left it lumpy... okay, I would of made him redo it, but I didnt have time!! My 4 year old would of done a better job! Just saying...

Was not very happy this last time I was there. My nails lifted after 3 days. They werent filed evenly. The acrylic was clumpy and areas on my nail. The lady that helped me was in a hurry it was more interested in the manager and what was going on on her phone and she was my nails. This was the third time I had a bad experience there I wont be going back.

I would recommend seeing Hannah and Steve. They did a great job and had awesome customer service. The manager was engaged with everyone and made the visit that much better. Went there to get some birthday nails and they did amazing.

They always do a gorgeous job on my nails, feet and hands and always do exactly what I want or how i want my nails. Definitely love them hands down.

Every time I come here they always cut my toe nails so much they bleed! They then tried to put nail glue on a cut!!! Then to use that same glue on the next customers hand . And they didn’t offer anything to compensate my toe or me!!!! My toe is now full of blood and it was a waste to get a pedicure. My toe is bruised and all the lady said was here’s a q tip honey

Jenny! There are so many things I can say about her she is amazing always does what I want takes her time in detail an always makes sure I am comfortable! I recently moved all the way to Brighton but I drive the hour to see her ! She is worth every penny! Mary also does an amazing job on her pedicures !!! These two are the best here !!! We didn’t get the nail tech we reserved with. We weren’t informed it didn’t matter we had no choice of nail tech. I showed the nail tech the picture I wanted and he wouldn’t do how I wanted. Job was rushed, had acrylic stuck under my nails. They are not wearing gloves or sanitizing in between each customer. They aren’t even washing hands in between customers with not wearing gloves. We have gone here for years and we’re highly disappointed.

I was seated right away. They informed me of which nail polish was more expensive or less expensive. The nailpolish dried quickly. I was also treated to a nice spa experience with lotion and hot wax.

Pretty standard place for nails. Nice, polite service. I didnt have to wait to get my nails done, eventhough I didnt have an appointment.

Went in for eyelash extensions they didn’t even take 20 minutes to put them on, the lady that did them literally glued my eyelashes with the extensions, I came home and took them off right away couldn’t even close my eyes they bothered me so much. Such a bad place.

I came here almost 2 weeks ago I got a manicure and a pedicure. my big toe has gotten infected and it hurts its swollen and my skin looked black their has been yellow/white discharge Ive been cleaning it with peroxide salt water and alcohol I would not recommend this place at all!!!!!!!!I learned my lesson 👎🏾

Took my daughter and wife to get two full sets the appointment was at 3 my wife got there at 240 by 430 my wife was still not seen 3 people came in after them and only had to wait a few mins when we told the owner they still didnt want to take them wife stood a other 20 min just to not be seen and left.i suggest if you go here be ready to wait over 2 hours and if your new then good luck even getting seen because they pick and choose who they want to see. Worst experience ever went to elegant nails and got seen in 15 mins right on time..

It was a horrible experience. They said they could take me so I drove down there. I arrived at 5:30pm and didnt leave until 9pm. 85% of that I was waiting. Do not waste your time on this place. They were rude and did a really bad job on my tips. They look like stick ons. Do not go here.

The crew at Pretty Nails are always nice and helpful. If I feel there is an issue, they are always willing to fix it. My nails and pedis are always well done and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Jen not Jenny but Jen did an AMAZING job on my nails! I had a pink and white ombré done and she did a phenomenal job. The shape and everything are perfect 👌 and the pics I took are literally almost a week after I got them done. Jen is on point and a must to go visit but I’ve always enjoyed the women working at Pretty Nails! I wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ A+++++!

Wow! what a hidden gem, this salon works like a machine. I called in and asked if they had a chair for a pedicure asap & I walked in and was immediately sat down in my massage chair with my foot bath. I got the deluxe pedicure with a paraffin foot mask & oh my heaven. Highly recommend this salon

A friend and I both went, she for a full set and I for a shellac mani. Both our nails were crooked and slanted to one side. I tried to correct them myself, but the tech filed them crooked again. During the time I was there, someone came in to have his brows redone from an incomplete job from the previous day and another patron came back unsatisfied with their nail color. The environment is lovely and the staff is friendly but I would definitely never return. My perception is that not all techs are licensed.

Every time I would come here my nail tech Me (his name) is so awesome he is the best person to go to in there. Everyone is really nice and I love how the nail techs compete with each other and they like to brag which is so funny but cute to watch. Personally I love this place and what you pay for is very worth it.

Never going to this place again, super bad quality, had a shellac manicure, they didn’t have the color I wanted, after about 6 color options that they didn’t have, I ended up getting them done white. During the manicure, the guy cut my cuticles and I started bleeding, he used a dirty towel to clean it off. Not to mention, the shellac started turning yellow/ brown after two days, not even a week with the shellac, it started peeling off.

First time getting eyelash extensions she did such a good job I was a bit scared at first but I’m glad I did it I absolutely love it . She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows as well. I did not have an appointment and they took me back and got started just 5 minutes after I checked in . I will definitely be coming back !

They normally do really well with my nails, especially since I pay over 100 dollars for my nails and my toes...this time they purposely gave me an inexperienced nail tech who messed up my nails and polish. They also had an attitude....been going here since I moved here months ago, couldnt wait until they reopened after covid and...I will NEVER be back

First time here & it was the Worst service I have ever received!! I called to ask how much a full set with white tip was & they said 25 so I go in & after I get charged 30 for small white tip, no design!! I told them they said 25 n the ladie went to the back & came out with 5 different ladies all telling me its 30 . I can see why other reviews on here say they charge their own tip !! They did that to me as if i wasnt going to leave a tip!!They didnt do much of a professional job, my nails have small air bubbles in them & I wasnt treated any nice here . I Will never come back & will make sure to tell my friends & family NOT TO COME HERE !!!!!
