I had a perfect first experience getting a dip manicure with Tam! She paid great attention to detail, spent time comparing shades with me, evened out my weak/warped nails, and is just an overall wonderful person to connect with. She was thorough and professional and I will absolutely return to see her! My nails are still in great condition after three weeks. The salon atmosphere and customer service was on point as well. I dont often get manicures, but I highly recommend this salon.

I have had a number of acrylic refills with gel polish over the last 2 months here. Up until today I was very pleased with the service I received- they were always friendly and did high quality work.Today I arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time of 5:30pm. I am a regular customer that comes in every 2 weeks for an acrylic refill with gel polish. They seated me and kept me waiting until after 6pm at which point they told me it would be another 10 minutes. I was put off by the lack of consideration for my time. She comes back shortly to tell me it would be an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes until they could get to me because they didn’t schedule enough time to do nail art for another customer they were currently working on. Having already waited 45 minutes past my appointment I was unwilling to wait an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes to get my scheduled service.I would feel differently if the staff was apologetic and showed consideration for my time. I will not be returning and they have lost a regular customer.Bottom line, if you value your time and want prompt service DO NOT COME HERE

I went here to get a dip manicure after seeing the reviews. The salon is clean and welcoming; however, Ive been here on two separate occasions to get a dip manicure and each time it was chipped within a week. They looked great upon completion, but I cant justify spending $60 for dip that only lasts about a week.

I was worried because I was trying to get a specific design in dip powder and a lot of places I went to said they couldnt do it. This place were not only able to do my design, but they did a better job of it. Nikki did a wonderful job with my dip nails and even gave good feed back and recommendations on my designs. So did the lady who did my toes (Amy maybe). The prices can get high depending on what you get done. But they always informed me when it would cost more to do certain styles instead of just doing them. And communicated very well to each other and to me about matching my toes with my nails! At the end of it you find yourself not minding the prices because the quality is so good! Definingly going back there again!

Absolutely love this nail place!!! The acrylics were so nice and when one of them broke off my nail tech here fixed it for free!!! I’m 100% sure I’ll never go to another nail place again. I definitely recommend 5280 nail and spa!

I was visiting from Minnesota and I wanted to try a nail shop in Denver! This and another we’re in my 2 choices. I can’t remember but I think his name was DAVID and he exceeded my expectations! Never in Minnesota for this price and quality!!! We’ll be visiting again when I return!

The place looks a whole lot different inside than the outside. Caught me off guard. Very clean, and friendly. My nails did turn out a little crooked, but not too noticeable. Love it!

The store front is light and airy. The front desk service is great. I was helped immediately upon walking in. The color/brand selection is high quality. The decor left a little to be desired. I love the back wall with the marble tile, but some other aspects of the inside seem rushed or incomplete. None of the TVs were functioning during my visit. Mae did an excellent job with the shape of my nails - between oval and short claw. It appeared as though she was in a rush, and made me bleed in the area around my cuticle on my ring finger. This happens often for me, but its certainly avoidable with attention to detail and time to slow down. Overall good experience, but I dont think I will frequent this salon.

I went to this place because had a really good reviews! And I can say this place is amazing! Customer service, cleaning really good!I ask for a full set of acrylic nails, my nail tech was Mia. She is so kind and careful. Is the first time that I really got what I ask!! She made everything carefully and beautiful! My only advice is that you should to let us know about the prices, I went with an idea to spend between $45-60 for the price that they give me on the phone. When I paid my total was $83. I never paid this amount for a simple acrylic nails before! I dont know if was because I ask for a point shape and a simple gel design that the price grow that much. However I loved my nails and I absolutely gonna come back!I just recommend you if you visit this place ask about prices in everything that you want! Mia is amazing! Highly recommend her!

Staff is very friendly I did a gel pedicure which turned out very nice my acrylic manicure didn’t turn out how I wanted it the lady just free-styled the design and it just doesn’t look nice at all. The shape was fine just the design I should of just done one color.

I had an appointment today at 6 they didn’t receive me till 6:30 and took 1 hour and 30 mins for a gel set with diamonds on the ring finger. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she made my nails uneven, I had to ask her to fix them many times, she also almost cut my finger tips when she was trying to cut the nail shape coffin, then after she was done she left the under nail really rough and told me they were okay they didn’t see anything wrong

Ive been getting my nails done at 5280 Nails for almost 4 years and they do amazing work every time. 5280 Nails sets the bar high...so much so that I cry a little on the inside when Im out of town and I have to go to other salons. Super easy to schedule appointments, great colors to choose from, professional staff, clean and sanitized tools, and most importantly they just do good work (my manicures last FOREVER). I highly recommend 5280 Nails!!!

Here in the Denver area on business. I was looking for a nail salon close to my hotel. I did a Google search and found this salon with a high rating.Everyone was friendly; from the front desk staff to the nail techs.Mindful of sanitizing all surfaces during the pandemic. I was told to sanitize my hands before receiving service which I appreciated. Very pleased with my many/pedi. Prices are a lot higher compared to where I live in Florida, which is why I gave them a 4 star rating.

Being a fellow small business owner, customer service is a top priority.Upon entering the salon, it took a few minutes before anyone even greeted me. Fine this is OK. They must be busy.Two things that were off putting, outcome and communication. Most importantly, the outcome. I spent the most I have ever spent on a gel manicure and was pretty disappointed for what I paid. On several of my nails, there is no nail polish on the sides. Lastly, it would have been nice to communicate with me the price of the service before I did the service, or when I was checking out. Which by the way I never received a receipt.All in all really disappointed in my entire experience and mostly disappointed by the subpar outcome for something that wasnt cheap. I dont recommend and will not be back.

This is the best nail salon in town. I love how my nails look. The atmosphere is great and the prices are reasonable. The staff is great and I have already recommended them to all my friends.

They did an ok job on nails and toes. I was unimpressed with all the up charges on every little thing that should be included in a basic fill and pedicure like taking care of ones cuticles. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and what should be basic included the have you ask for so they can charge you for it. My nails and toes cost 1/2 the price for higher quality at my home nail salon. This is sad that they do this.

UPDATE: So I recently had my second appointment here, and the team is always fantastic. I had a couple of broken nails and Kathy made it work! Logan did my pedicure and Im the one that laughs, he made that process smooth. They both made the entire experience just wonderful and gave me feedback on general nail questions that I had. 10/10 service. This is now my new nail home.

I was in a rush to get my nails done and failed to properly check this place out before scheduling an appointment, so partly my fault and the reasoning for the low stars. I didnt like the atmosphere of this place, the furnishings were alright however the bathroom and most of the places wall paint and trimming reminded me of a cheap apartment. The finishing of my nails as seen in the photos (taken same day) were terrible. I think the finishing coat bottle was extremely low or dry because my nails appeared streaky and cheap looking. No idea why the nail tech (I wont name her) wouldnt get a new bottle or do some extra work to fix the finishing result, the end result is everything which I sadly wore for two weeks. I wouldnt recommend this place as youre just a quick payment to them.

This is my favorite nail salon. Their cleanliness standards are top notch and it is a very nice environment. Phoenix did my nails yesterday and they look phenomenal. My daughter had acrylics that had been done at another salon. Before Josie worked on them, they looked crooked. Somehow Josie filled and straightened them perfectly! Honestly, I have never had a bad manicure here, all of the techs are very professional.

Got my nails done a week ago. They were rude. Rolled there eyes at me told me they couldn’t do designs on me when they lady next to me were getting them. Two nails already broke one took off my real nail and for a simple design they charged me for 10 different things. I paid $100 for a rebase...

I pay sooooo much money here but I’ve never had any nails compare to here. They are in a whole different realm. My pedicure always comes out looking like I have perfect Barbie feet, which I definitely do not. It is time consuming but so worth it. My fake nails on my hands are seriously perfect. I’ve been going to this place for two years and they are ALWAYS detail oriented.

They always did a great job on my nails, but when their card machine “wasn’t working” they double charged me by asking me to Venmo when the swipe on the card went through. Sent multiple screenshots of the charge and it wasn’t until 2 days later that I had to threaten with a bad Google review that he sent back the money. Later goes on to tell me I’m ENTITLED and hostile for complaining for the loops I went through, which is baffling as I have always tipped and just don’t want to be scammed.Don’t go here if you want to risk dealing with my experience, and deal with an owner who is unprofessional. I should have been refunded much earlier, and if I didn’t go jump through the adamant loops I did, I would have never received my money back.

Place was a bit pricey for just acrylic but the manicurist took her time and she knew what she was doing very clean and to the point I love my nails overall !!!

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Tiffani yesterday and I have never been more OBSESSED with a set. She took her time in the best way and was definitely a perfectionist but still got done in an hour! The shape is amazing, the diamond placements and sizes were exactly like the picture I showed her if not better. She made suggestions that actually saved money rather than the stereotype of salons up charging and overpricing. The salon itself was clean, vibrant and safe. They give you hand sanitizer upon arrival and even take your temperature. I will for sure be back. ☺️

I went here for the first time yesterday and loved it. I had a gel pedicure and manicure and both turned out amazing, my nail technician paid so much attention to detail and made sure my cuticles and everything were perfect and checked to make sure I liked how everything looked. Everyone there was super sweet and welcoming. I also loved to see that they were using proper hygiene, unlike a lot of places. The liners were always replaced in the pedicure tubs and they got out a new set of tools every time, both of which are very important. I’ll definitely be coming here!

I came into this nail salon like a hot mess. I was getting married Friday (eloping in Breckenridge from Kentucky) and had a million things to do. My fiance and I landed in Denver Tuesday morning. That same afternoon I had made an appt with them (I did it via text which was awesome and convenient) and ended up being so late. They were still able to take me, I ALSO forgot my wallet in the hotel room so they let me pay with Venmo (again, super convenient). Tam did my nails for my wedding. I came in needing a full set. I was so spastic and nervous for my wedding. I think Tam picked up on that quickly haha. She made my nails look amazing and quickly. I love them! As she was doing my nails I told her about how I had eye lash extensions done 48 hours prior and my one eye had like 2 extensions left. It was a mess. Tam came in ON HER DAY OFF at NINE THIRTY for like 2 hours to redo my eyelash extensions. THANK YOU TAM!
