I love this place. They always do a great job on my nails. Sometimes, I get a mani/pedi too. The pic is gel nail polish.

Today I went to JC and got a pedicure. I need of callus removal, trim and polish. Settled with the classic pedicure. The pedicure was okay. The tops of my feet were burned with the callus removal gel and hot stone. Then I was over charged by $20.00!! After leaving a tip of $5.00 because I knew I was over charged and after asking the lady multiple times if she was right about her math she rolled her eyes and stormed off. Super unpleasant experience.

It was good but would I willing go there again no.

These women got us in last minute, and did a phenomenal job with my five year old. They were super patient and kind. Added tons of sparkles to her color, and were just so sweet. They also did a great job on my toes!

I should’ve listened to the reviews.. This place was $40 for a pedicure. My feet look exactly the same as before... None of the dead skin was removed, I didn’t have my calluses softened. My experience felt rushed. I paid $40 to have my foot sit in lukewarm water for 15 min. Not only that but my friend who ordered the same pedicure, and sat right next to me, had a completely different experience. And I got to watch. Not happy at all....Will not be returning.

My hubby and I went here today and did the hot stone pedicure it was AMAZING!! We called ahead made an appointment and they were ready for us when we got there!! (Other nail places you still have to wait!) we would definitely recommend JC Nail Spa. Place was clean, employees were nice. Attention to detail was great. We walked away happy and will definitely be back!

They were friendly at the nail shop. However oh, I was charged $35 for a polish change. I could have gotten the full service for almost the same price. Im very disappointed.

Great local area nail salon. I’ve tried lots of places in Denver and Aurora for pedicures and manicures and this one is by far, one of the best. They are professional, clean and do a great job on natural nails. It is my go to place.

Disappointed!! My daughter and I came for pedicures and they were not busy yet flew through our pedicures. 20 mins tops and it wasn’t even the classic. We will not be coming back. I have gotten way better service pretty much anywhere else!

I am African American woman came in for a pedicure and manicure. I didn’t have gloves but was wearing a mask their policy is that you wear gloves and in fact they have gloves there but I wasn’t offered any however when white women came in they were provided with gloves. I asked for a hot stone pedicure and received basic and I didn’t get a manicure because I was rushed out the salon. I will never go back there again and I will encourage other African American women to do the same.

My manicure looks bad. It’s not smooth or glossy she painted my cuticles and left them ragged.I came in 40 minutes before they closed so maybe I got what I deserved- huh?

Bad experience, I asked for shellac and a manicure they didnt remove my cuticles and there was nail polish left on my skin. Then charged me 40 dollars it was the worst experience Ive had with a nail place.

I came in an hour before they closed with a friend to get a pedicure. I understand that we came in pretty late but we felt so rush during the whole thing. I had 2 techs. My 1st was a man and he was a bit rough taking of my glitter polish. He cut me a couple of times on my toes. Then when cutting my toenails he was a bit rough with that. Almost cutting to deep. Then he was replaced by a lady. She didn’t talk much. She did everything so quick. My friend didn’t even get polish and was done so quickly. They could of instead massaged him a bit longer. We will not be returning. I just felt that we were not wanted.

Ive gone a couple of times and tried different pedicure masks & everytime the service is rushed. Definitely can use improvement on the message. To have a better sequence process, a flowing process to be relaxing. It depends on you get get really.

Absolutely loved it. We got the Deluxe pedicure and my person was very thorough. She did an EXCELLENT job on my toes and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely be back.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO. I went in for only an eyebrow and lip wax, and it was the most rushed experience I’ve had. I called before I went to ask about wait times and ask how busy they were. They told me to come in about 15 minutes, when I got there, they were rude and they looked unhappy that I was there. I waited about 10 minutes (which I was completely okay with, it’s not a long wait). And when she took me to the back she waxed me very fast, moved my head to where she wanted it rude as if she was mad, and didn’t bother to ask anything about how I wanted my brows or if I liked them afterwards. She didn’t even take time to pluck or check if it looked even or anything at all. When she was done I got up and not one word was said still, until I went to pay. When I put my card in the machine they have automatically asked for a tip, not giving an option not to tip (again, I was okay with this because I always tip) but she pointed to it as if I HAD to tip and again rudely. The place looks amazing, so nice and welcoming but the customer service is horrible and overcharged. The vibe was also horrible, I didn’t feel like the customers were wanted there. I won’t be coming here again.

Fast, professional and competent

Hanna did my gel manicure and it was great! Hubby got a pedicure and liked it too. We were in for the weekend for work and short trip but if we lived closer we would come again. A little on the high side for pricing. It was $75 for pedicure and gel nail manicure...but maybe I’m just used to St. Louis prices. Very prompt to say hello and ask what we needed. The chairs are recliners!!

Made Pedi appointments for four at their specified time to accommodate all four of us.. two of us had to wait for over 30 minutes. $40 Pedicures were absolutely SUBPAR and lasted 15 minutes at best. One of the ladies did not even wear gloves. Beyond disappointed!

Omg! First time here and I loved it!!They take such great care of you. Sarah took amazing care of me, she is fluent in Spanish and I never felt that silent awkwardness. Definitely recommend this place. Worth every penny❤️

This place is the BOMB! For $70 I got a shellac manicure and pedi (both shellac), with shellac removal, and a hot stone massage. Super friendly staff, greeted, and sat right away. They even provided a neck warmer and after my pedicure was done moved me to a recliner to have my mani done. Love this place and will be back.

This is the only place I come to for my nails and toes and have been coming here for over 6 years. If you want to come on the weekend make an appointment as they are incredibly busy because they do such an amazing job and it can be a little wait. Dont worry though plenty of shopping to do if there is a wait. Love the staff, especially Tracy.

I have been coming here since it opened, and they consistently give a great pedicure. Specifically, they paint across the front edge of the nail so that the lacquer doesnt chip. My pedicure from here often lasts for a month! They are delightfully nice people, and now that my daughter is old enough to go, they are especially sweet to her. We have tried other nail salons in Stapleton, and this is the best in the neighborhood, hands down.

I love this place. They don’t do acrylics, but I definitely recommend them for pedicures. I brought my 4 year old here for her first mani/pedi and they were really sweet with her, while I got my own pedicure. Reasonable prices too!

I got the chocolate pedicure and manicure and it felt amazing and smelt amazing . The price for everything was very reasonable just as much as everywhere else but with a more positive environment . I also love that it does not have strong odor like most nail salons do. It was nice to be able to breathe clean air while being pampered. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Over priced nail salon. They charge double then all other salons I have been too. For the price you will not have to wait to be served and you get a 1 minute massage at the end. The place is clean. The lady doing my nails was poking jabs at me most of the time with rude comments. Overall...I would not go back or recommend to my terrible neighbor.

I have been going here for at least 2 yrs and the women are super sweet. Great job on my nails! Most of the time. Its very clean and if busy, you dont have to wait to log. Sometimes, Ive had to come back after about an hour because theyre super busy and/ or short staffed. But overall a super place to go to.

Just love this place! They do not disappoint. I have tried to use places a little closer to my home and have had major disappointment. They always go above and beyond. Ive paid more at other salons and have gotten way less service. And one of the best things is you dont get hit with the normal nail salon sting in your nose when you walk in. Great Place! We are OTR Truck drivers and we were able to walk in and get a great Pedi while stopping and Shopping. The girls were fabulous, very sweet and cater to your needs! They did a nice job on my nails BUT I noticed that they overcharged me by $10. Make sure you get a detailed receipt of what youre paying for. I am waiting for someone to call me about this.

Went here for my birthday a few months ago and they really helped my friends and I feel welcome. I did make a reservation for all of us to get a pedicure together and though they told me they could accommodate us all at once, we did not all get a pedicure at the same time. We were happy with our service, but the point of making a reservation is to allow us all to be taken care of at once. Have gone here twice and the services were solid.

Ive had a pedi and a mani on 2 separate occasions. Both very relaxing and done well. We had appointments both times but the second time we had to wait quite a while which was a bit annoying. My nails look awesome tho.

Tracy was wonderful. I felt like jello when I left because I had an amazing manicure, hot wax pedicure, and should/arm massage. OMG, it was exactly what I needed. Tracy is very sweet and gave excellent service. Was a little expensive, but worth it.

Beautiful place. Otherwise not a great experience. My friend and I were rushed. We were the last seated at 11 and I was the first one done. My technician maybe spent 15 mins on me. I pay for a service and I dont expect to be rushed through like Im cattle. Not worth $40 for a pedicure.

I absolutely, love this nail salon! I came in and was greeted by a very friendly staff and was seated right away. My nail technicians name was Young and she did a fantastic job on both my nails and toe nails. I highly recommend her! Ill be back many more times.

I went in wanting a relaxing pedicure and got everything but that. It took me longer to pick my color and get seated than the pedicure itself! The lady doing my pedicure rushed through the whole thing & didnt even finish she left me halfway done and had someone else finish my polish while she went to go start a manicure with another costumer their was only 4 employees there me had about 15 costumers but instead of telling everyone it would be a while they half ass did everyones services! I have tried this place on a few different occasions because it is very clean but definitely not going back there again!

Ladies were very nice, great pedicures for my daughter and myself. Was able to walk in and get in right away.

Everyone is very friendly and the salon is comfortable. My shellac manicure has held up pretty well over the last week, but its starting to lift and crack now. I got nicked in a couple of places while my cuticles were being trimmed which is why I gave 3 stars.

The nail/pedi tech Tracy was very rude and try to tell other tech to take us, because we didnt look rich enough for them.Since I lived in Korea for few years. I understood what the nail/pedi techs were saying and Tracy was very rude and very unprofessional. She was saying that we are probably not a big tipper in Korean.AVOID THIS PLACE!

What a wonderful, relaxing experience! My mother and I came here randomly for a pedicure. $50 for the pedicure plus a hot stone calf massage seems like a pretty incredible deal. The manager and the techs were friendly and professional. I will certainly return.

I drive over from GVR because this place is so much better than any of the GVR salons. Comfortable chairs, clean, friendly staff, and my polishes last. The hot stone pedi is my favorite! You may have to wait a few minutes depending on what time/day you walk-in, but that’s because they are a good salon.

Who said they are reasonable????$35 regular pedi cure is not reasonable in my book! Mary was rough, rude and should probable only service men. Please dont turn down a service they offer...they get even rudder! The atmosphere was a 10! Good Customer service is what Im all about and was not what I received. So you wealthy folks keep spending $50 on a basic Mani/Pedi😉

This is my favorite salon ever! It’s always super clean and they provide amazing customer service. My nails last and they look awesome! I drive 25 minutes to go to this salon.

From the moment I walked in I was rushed. The lady doing my pedi didnt listen to what I wanted at all. She did the wrong pedicure. I had to ask her to trim my toe nails. They were jagged and looked terrible. It was suppose to be a Mothers Day treat and I just felt like I wasted my time and money. Hustled! Will never come back!

Edited on Sept 5, 2020. I just had to come back and elaborate on this place and their cleanliness during the pandemic. When you walk in, they give you hand sanitizer, and they also really clean the chairs between each use. I’ve been nervous to come out since the pandemic, but JCNails always makes it such a relaxing and pleasant experience. Even though my fave tech Bella isn’t here anymore, this is still hands down my favorite nail salon in Denver. Would highly recommend it here!I stopped in here for a last-minute mani/pedi. It was about 10am and I was seated right away. First, I’m giving them 5-stars for their massage chairs alone! I haven’t sat it one that strong and powerful, it truly got the kinks out of my back! Secondly, Bella was my tech and she did an amazing job on my basic mani/pedi. The salon is clean, they play beautiful relaxing Jazz music, and the reclining manicure chairs are an added plus. I’ll definitely be going there from now on. :)

I used to love coming here to get a hot stone pedicure it was my favorite everyone was always friendly but I recently went back and got 2 pedicures I wanted a hot stone and my friend got a chocolate pedicure. I never recieved the hot stone pedicure instead the guy decided to give me a regular pedicure and the lady doing my friends pedicure was judgemental the whole time and calling him hairy and shocked that he wanted a pedicure to begin with. She also said other stuff that she shouldve just kept to herself. At the end I paid for both pedicures and gave a $6 tip which is optional wherever you go. You tip according to the service and the lady gives me back the clipboard and demanded me to tip her 20% which to me was very disrespectful. I was unhappy with the service but still decided to tip and for her to demand a certain tip to me was very rude. After she told me that I immediately wanted to leave and quickly put my sandals accidentally chipping the polish on one of my toes. I didnt even ask for them to fix it I just left . They are pushy on the services they want you to get and pushy on the tip they want you to leave. I am never going back again!

I am from Illinois and I had a wonderful expierence! I was in a party of 5, but mine came out the best! I thought it was weird they don’t do acrylics but I like it a lot. Was way worth it! Would 100% reccomend

I have never had issues at a nail salon before. I asked the lady 3 times to cut my nails a certain length and to help me with the pain of my big toe (she cut it wrong) and she refused to fix it. Overpriced and don’t want to do their job. I will not come back here!

I typically go for a mani/pedi combo, and it is the most relaxing hour of my day. The massage chairs are incredibly strong, and the lounge chairs for manicures are so plush that its easy to fall asleep in them! Hot tea and cold water is offered during your stay - very thoughtful and easy to do, but its the only place Ive ever been that offers it! A quick arm/shoulder/neck massage at the end of each visit is also included at no charge. Every nail artist Ive ever had there takes their time and my nails always look flawless. This is not the type of place that rushes you in and out, simply looking to make as much money as possible. This is a spa that takes every step possible to have you leaving happy, beautiful, and relaxed. The prices are more than fair for the services they provide - they could easily be charging much more.There is so much I could say about JC Nail Spa, but Ill leave it at this. If you want flawless nails, and a truly enjoyable experience, its the only place to go.

ZERO STARS!!! Went in with my sister and we were rushed! They ask for your payment right away like theyre not gonna get paid! The lady who gave my sister a mani asked her three times if she wanted to pay already and when she did pay she looked at the receipt after she signed it and made a face turned around and said its 20% tip she made my sister change the tip amount on the receipt!! Never have we gone to a salon where they tell you how much to give them! The service they give you is not worth it, over priced plus they ask for tip! Dont come to this place! They rush you! The hot stone massage sucked ass! The massages suck the punch your lungs out! DONT COME HERE!

Very clean, serene and modern nail shop in Northfield. I had been going there for 4+ yrs before I moved to Aurora but I went back recently and the service is still geeat!Easy to get to and free nearby parking. They offer true full service at better prices than most in the area. You can have your pedi in the massage chair but your mani is done in a comfy lounge chair with your feet up and a soft pillow on your lap and the manicurists works on u while u lay back. Their extra massage perks are a must! And every service gets a mini shoulder massage while you sit at the nail dryer, and its no wimpy finger tickle, they get in there and it feels grrrreat after an already relaxing mani or pedi!

The environment & customer service is great, although I always go in the morning. Absolutely love the big leather recliners you can sit in while getting a manicure. Prices may seem a bit costly, but personally I found it to be worth it. Khanna came through with my simple prom nails & she was awesome.

Do not go here! I was treated very rudely and I was rushed. First of all, they were 25 minutes late for my friend and Is appointment. Second, the manicurist was very rough and she made my cuticles bleed which was quite painful. These two things made me tip less than a 20% . I ended up giving a 16% tip. My manicurist looked at my signed receipt and tells me that I need to tip 20%. I was appalled! In my opinion a 20% tip is for exceptional service not for the lateness and making your customers bleed. My manicure was also cut short because other customers without appointments walked in. They started doing my manicure and my pedicure at the same time. Their massages feel like you are being beat up. I will not be going back here.

Stopped in today with a group of 5. We were next door getting lunch and we made an appt to return within the next hour & half. Well we got done early do they took us early. Im a nail tech myself and I dont like to think I am picky but I do see things that maybe not everyone else notices. They started my niece maybe 2nd and she was almost done within 15 mins. My niece said her tech asked if she wanted more massage and of course she said yes. Well she upgraded to the hot stone and when she checked out her total was $55, not $40 which is stated on the menu. I didnt know this happened until after we left otherwise I would have said something. Anyhow, my tech at least somewhat took more time with me and completed my pedi in 30 min. She was a little rough with cuticle trim on my big toe and it stung a little when she used alcohol before polishing. Massage was ok. Our toes look decent but overall it was a mediocre experience. Expected more for a $35 pedi. We all still tipped 20%.

Ive been here many times before but today Amina gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had! Start to finish she paid close attention to detail, gave the best massages, and made sure I was satisfied with the ending product. Absolutely amazing and just what I was looking for! Thank you Amina!

My nails were terrible! They didn’t put hardly any color on and the main lady who did mine was so worried about everyone else it was terrible! I got my acrylics taken off there and they didn’t soak them they pulled them off with their finger nail and my nail bled. I do not recommend this place to anyone it is terrible!

Got a pedicure for vacation and will be having to get another before I leave. Was very rushed, 20 minutes max. Mary was my technician and she was awful, didnt even clean under my nail or do my cuticles. Really upset I waisted my money on this.

Their chocolate manicure is the best one I have ever got! They used warm chocolate to filed the nails and treat cuticles! Love the place!

My 16yr old daughter went in alone, paid $62 for her mani, pedi, and eyebrows and the person who swiped her card forced her to pay before she was finished and add a $10 tip to the total. Tips are based on service!! Never tell anyone how much they need to tip! I feel like they tried to take advantage of a young girl!

Above posts, good and bad, are pretty accurate. They do a great job much if the time but can be rushed and not do as great of a job other times. They try to squeeze too many people in sometimes and there are a few people that work there they will use when it is busy and they dont do as great of a job. They can also be pretty blunt and rude as well instead of thankful and appreciative if you dont say or do what they think you should do, like tipping for example. They will make a comment if you dont tip what they want or if someone comes in I have seen them be short and curt. With all that said though they are clean and as I said earlier do a good job more of the time than not. And if they like you then they are friendly.

We live right next to the mall so I took my roommates and we loved it. It was very relaxing and the people and atmosphere was great!

I took my wife to get her nails done here & she was really exited for it. but She totally hated it she even cryed she got a clean color but it didn’t look nothing like the display. Great service they offer a variety of spa services for your pedicure (masks hot stonemassage) and even give you a slight shoulder massage while you dry. They dont do tips or designs really.
