Absolutely the best gym, hands down, that I have ever been a part of! I have never been stronger, faster, or happier than since I’ve joined Rise! Caleb is an expert in fitness, and his programming reflects that. Not only will you get the best coaching around, you truly become part of this family. These folks are my best friends, and I thank them for making me feel so welcome. Your fitness is a reflection of your feelings towards life: what does yours say about you? If it’s not what you want It to be, I suggest stopping in.
My husband and I started going here a couple months ago and love it! I was only a few weeks postpartum and they took really good care of me making sure I went at a good pace and didn’t over-do it. The coaches are great, the workouts are fun and the owners are amazing people! We also did the nutrition program with Jackie and had a great experience with that too! Highly recommend this gym. They also make it possible for us to get to the gym with a baby. We bring her in her car seat and keep her close enough to be able to keep an eye on her. The staff even helps if she gets kind of fussy and keeps an eye on her for us. Happy to call project rise our gym.
I have never been to a gym more accepting and inviting to all walks of life. I have witnessed people that have never lifted a weight or ran 100 yards in their life, come into Project Rise and feel welcome in minutes. Not only is it beginner-friendly, but it is a place that you can come as a seasoned athlete and thrive. They are some of the most knowledgable and friendly coaches I have ever met and they truly want to see you get better. They have a killer nutrition program, personal training and everything you need to be successful. They are great people, and I highly recommend!
Project Rise has been a second home to me for the last 5 months. I initially joined through the first belly fat blast challenge and have not looked back since. This is an amazing place to train for multiple reasons. The accessibility to be able to train through out the day is a huge plus for me with multiple convenient classes, very accessible open gym times, and large open training spaces with the necessary equipment. The classes allow all levels of fitness to be able to participate and get a good workout, so it makes training more attainable for all! All of the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall great people. I cannot speak highly enough about the owners and coaches in how much they go above and beyond in caring for the community that they built within this gym! Bottom line... amazing facility that breeds great fitness and a great community environment.
A year ago I went there after a referral of a friend. I took personal classes with Erik, and Lexi for Nutrition guidance.And I’m so thankful for both actually for the whole staff! They were awesome! And sure the owner and his nice wife.I was suffering having emotional problem and lack of confidence. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to continue with PRF because I moved out of the country. But since then and until now I do appreciate every single/tiny thing they offer me. Thank you so much for changing my life. It meant so much for me. I dropped the excess weight that ruined my life with Combination of nutrition and personal training classes. Thank you!
I signed up for 12x/month a month ago and Ive already seen results! Your workouts really depend on YOUR ultimate goals. You can truly progress at your own pace. Although Ive only done Sport, the facility allows either a life OR sport workout every class. It takes a little curiosity and humility learning all the proper forms of the workouts, but stepping through those front doors was the hardest thing youve done yet. The coaches AND other regulars are more than willing to teach you and help you in a very welcoming way!
This gym is amazing. Staff and coaches are super helpful and positive. Ive been coming for just over a year and fell in love with the gym on my first day.I was able to participate recently in the 28 day body fat blast challenge. I lost 6 lbs, 6% body fat, and gained 2 lbs of muscle! The on line portal was super helpful, the food recipes are not only healthy, but delicious, and the coaches were there to help out and check in every step of the process.
Project Rise has been my fitness home for the past 7 months and in that time, Ive participated in 2 challenges and lost 8% body fat. The full program is absolutely spot on and without a full focus on food, fitness, and lifestyle, I wouldnt feel so incredible now. Come check out a class and enjoy a huge transformation.
Having never been to a gym before, I had a ton of anxiety going in...but all of the instructors and fellow participants were awesome from day one. I cant believe the results Ive been able to achieve there. Ive got muscles in places I never previously had before. Highly recommended.

I never thought of myself as an athletic person, and I hadn’t worked out in almost ten years so I was super hesitant and a little nervous to walk into a crossfit gym for the first time. As soon as I walked through the door of Project Rise I knew I had nothing to worry about. The coaches instantly make you feel confident in your ability to achieve your goals - both from a fitness and nutrition perspective. I’m so thankful for the Project Rise Community, and that I’ve found a dynamic and fun place to change my life and my body into what I want them to be.
If you are motivated by working out in groups, with dynamic, ever-changing workouts, this is your gym. The nutrition specialists, coaches and owner are all super supportive. I was part of the six - week challenge and lost 23 lbs and 6.4% body fat. I would recommend this gym to most anyone.
Awesome place! The coaches are amazing and really know their stuff. They do an excellent job of explaining everything and making sure you are doing it correctly. I would especially recommend this place to someone just starting out that needs to learn how to exercise and be healthy.

I highly recommend Rise! The community is friendly, inviting, and fun. The coaches there really know what they are doing and genuinely care about people. The coaching Ive received there has changed my life for the better physically (obviously), but also mentally and emotionally. I feel they have helped make me an all around better, more happy person than I ever have been.

Could not be happier to have found Project Rise Fitness. The community is outstanding, coaches are knowledgeable and great people, programming is well thought out, and whole health focus means there are a ton of great programs to take advantage of. I have trained at 5 different gyms including Crossfit affiliates and weightlifting gyms for longer than a 6 month period, and strongly believe that Project Rise is at the top of the list .
I’m in Denver for the week for work and I chose to purchase the week pass to Project Rise. I have enjoyed the coaching, class times, programming and community. Thank you all for making it easy to be away from my home facility. I would definitely recommend Project Rise to anyone looking for a gym to call home or a gym to drop into while you’re in town.
Coach Jackie is the best! She is positive, fun, and gives great advice!Lexi the nutritionist gives great advice and is helpful with figuring out your macros. She helps to give alternative ideas about food to make it work for you. The positive vibes you get when you walk in is great.
I started going to the gym because it was near my office. But even though I have since switched jobs and moved, I still make the 30 min trek each way, 5 days a week because of how great it is! Ive been attending for almost two years now and not only love the programming and fitness element of it (Ive noticed way better improvements than I ever have working out by myself), but the community is really great. Its low ego, low intimidation, but still pushes you to get the most out of your workout to meet your own individual goals. Everyone is here for a variety of different reasons, missions, and each of us are able to get after that to the best we can while encouraging each other along the way. Its also so great to have such diversity in people that make for a really unique and inviting atmosphere!I also really like the overall mindset the gym has into focusing on long-term health and fitness. The owner, Caleb, is always asking Whats your why? - if its not rooted in the right things, then the warmth of the bed will beat the sweat in the gym on a snowy morning any day. But by making sure we understand the long-lasting impact our health has, the effort is worth it every time. Its not about trying to lose a few pounds/add some muscle to have a better looking summer body (although thats certainly a nice side effect!), but its about making sure well still be healthy 10, 25, 50 years from now.I love that the gym has an in-house nutritionist, and understands how much our physical health starts in the kitchen just as much as it does in the gym. And while I dont get to go to them as often as I like, the gym puts on lots of seminars teaching on very specific topics that are designed with long-term health in mind.I dont have any kids, but I like that RISE has a program for families with teenagers that you can clearly tell get great community and fitness out of it. I also think its great to see a lot of parents bring their kids to the gym while they work out. Theres no daycare or anything, but they all have fun hanging out at the front while the parents work out - it shows that the gym is focused on removing any obstacles you may have to make sure you can get your workout in!Overall - an easy 5/5. I love it here, and have no plans to leave anytime soon.

This place is amazing!! The coaches are phenomenal and they have created the most fun, caring and positive environment. No matter where you are physically, you are welcomed and your health/goals are truly cared about. They are knowledge about what it takes to be healthy. I went here after a difficult divorce and was feeling very insecure and low. I can honestly say my time at the gym kept me going. The support and care was like nothing I experienced. It’s like a family!!!!
This place is incredible. The staff, the programming, the community, the support-Ive found a gym that I genuinely get excited to wake up at 5am and brave tough weather to attend. Id been an athlete for much of my life, but like many people I let the daily responsibilities of work and family be an excuse for neglecting my fitness and diet. I knew I needed a change, but wasnt sure how to make that change stick.I had tried personal training (too expensive to sustain), 24 hours fitness (over crowded, not good on my own), and Orange Theory (great, but Im not a runner and I missed weights), and none of them was exactly the right fit for me. Having enjoyed the group experience and accountability at Orange Theory, I decided that Id check out Rise.I called, met with owner Caleb, and attended my first class.I couldnt be more happy that I did. I love that I show up, work hard for an hour, and am surrounded by people, both other members and staff, that are invested in me hitting my goals. I was one of the skeptical Crossfit injures people and had heard the horror stories of people being pushed beyond their capabilities. At Rise, I feel pushed, but not to any one standard; Im pushed to do the best that I can.If youre looking to get fitter, have some fun, and join an awesome community, I cant recommend this place enough.
Superb gymnasium! Ive been going to Rise for about 9 months and the place is overflowing with positivity. The staff are knowledgable, welcoming, and conduct themselves in a way that makes it very obvious they are in this to help people better themselves. Their attitude trickles down the class attendees and creates a comfortable environment for people to hang out and get a great workout. The classes offered at Rise take less time than what I was spending at a traditional gym and are significantly more effective. Combine that with the nutrition training they offer and I do not know what else you could want.
I have been a member of several gyms around Denver over the last 10 years but havent had results like this! I signed up for a six week challenge at Project Rise in April and lost 5 lbs and almost 5 inches of fat! Since then I have lost a total of 30 lbs! I feel fit and healthy and better than I have in years! The trainers are knowledgeable and the workouts are fun and constantly varied which is appealing to me because I tend to get burnt out, lose interest and change gyms after a couple months of the same workout. I am so pleased with my results and recommend Project Rise to anyone looking for real results!
Love this place!! Great gym with fun workouts and quality classes for all levels, and great coaches who take the time to work with you, but the community is the best, really fun and welcoming. They are really focused on overall health and fitness, and they have nutrition coaching, group classes, strength training, and a ton of fun events, like workout/happy hours, lifestyle seminars, and outdoor fitness events.
Everyone in the gym is very welcoming and it felt like working out with friends from week one. I absolutely love the motivation you get from the instructors and coaches. I feel energized and I love the intensity of each workout.

I have been a mentor of several CrossFit gyms. Project Rise Fitness offers nutrition and wellness and fitness to all ages and fitness levels. It’s more of a family. Project Rise Fitness help get healthy in preparation for major surgery allowing me to recover more quickly. When I was ready to start working out again they were there to ensure that I was easing back into the work outs and preventing injury and fatigue. I will never go anywhere else.
I started at this gym with a 6 week challenge after a friend suggested it. I saw the results and I keep going for general health. The people here are very supportive in your journey and it doesn’t matter where you are in your journey. Any shape, size are truly welcomed. It’s great to be part of a community that Im helping to build!

Hands down one of the most influential and significant communities I could possibly be a part of. Early last year I started nutrition coaching with Lexi and over the course of the year lost over 20% body fat and my athletic performance skyrocketed.Most importantly the experience helped me change my lifestyle instead of being just another failed diet. And I didn’t really have to eat that much salad and I could have beer!
I went to Project Rise after a short stint learning lifting movements at another gym that ended up closing down. After 2.5 years I live in a different part of town and work in all of the wrong directions, but its still worth the drive to workout with this community. The people are supportive and competitive - pushing one another to achieve personal records on a regular basis. Coaches are focused on form to prevent injuries - and great about offering modifications when needed. Classes are designed to fit all types of people with both functional training and heavier lifting and gymnastic movements. The desire to help people be successful in their health and wellness is awesome and apparent in the offerings of nutrition, seminars, and one-on-one coaching in addition to a fairly accommodating class schedule. I really cant say enough good things...

I started with their 6 week challenge and asked to sign up before that even finished. What you get for the price is well worth it, in my opinion. Theres always at least one trainer per class. They emphasize form over ego. Every employee here knows their stuff and is always willing to give nutrition advice as well as put in that little extra effort to make sure your form is safe and consistent. It definitely feels like a family community, not just some doucheville gym filled with meatheads. Plus, theres definitely some sexy looking trainers here (cough Beau cough).
What I love about Project Rise, besides their knowledgeable coaches, is the 2 different workouts available to choose from. One is more of a Crossfit workout and the other boorcamp-like. They cater to all fitness levels and meet you where you are. The fact that they also offer nutrition counseling is key to total fitness! Theyve got it all covered!
The best gym i have ever been to, the staff was helpful and will allways take the time to help you. They also do beautiful and fun fund raisers for great causes. I have recomnded this place to everyone i know.
Great work outs and even better people!I have been a member for more than a year and still look forward to going to the gym. Not only do the owners put a lot of effort into making super efficient work outs, they make sure its a welcoming environment for everyone no matter the experience or athletic ability. They have different work outs that address different set of goals, whether its more crossfit/heavy lifting or more endurance/cardio based.PLUS they also host super rad events 😄

When I started at Project Rise I was absolutely terrified. Not only was I completely unathletic, but able to lift a barbell? HA! I was so nervous before my first class I was shaking like a leaf. I sat in my car for 15 minutes before class deciding if I should stay or not. Upon arriving I was greeted by all the coaches who welcomed me with open arms. They taught me the moves, explained the bizarre terminology and pushed me to work outside my comfort zone. I won’t lie, it was hard, but slowly my confidence grew and so did my strength. Needless to say, the rest is history and I have been happily (most days) wod-ing for over 2 years. Rise is an absolutely amazing place. Not only are the workouts challenging and rewarding, but the community is their best that there is. I feel so lucky to be a part of such a fabulous group of people who sweats together, supports each other and knows how to have a great time. I know joining a gym can be intimidating, trust me I’ve been there, but coming to Rise could be the best decision you ever make for yourself. I promise we will welcome you and help you with every step of the way.

I LOVE Project Rise!I have always seen this gym when I go to Snowlab next door, but never stopped in. Why? Well, maybe because 1. I am pretty lazy and obviously dont want to think about working out when Im wanting dessert and 2. Because of my own reservations, I guess crossfit gyms intimidate me.Well, I am definitely regretting not coming to Project Rise sooner. There were absolutely ZERO reasons for me to feel intimidated. I was introduced to Project Rise through a Yelp event, but have come back for classes.Lets start with EVERYONE and I do mean EVERYONE here, whether a client or a trainer is just so nice and welcoming. I have been met with nothing less than a warm smile, introduction, and general questions to get to know me better while also sharing something about them. I sure wish the rest of the world would acted in this manner!!It is so easy to look online and in the app the WOD and schedule. The 915a class during the weekdays is 30 min and comes in handy when you need a quick workout, but dont be fooled by the short class - this is a CF gym afterall.In every class, whether 30 min or 1 hr, you have the option to do Life or Sport. Life is more for endurance and Sport if more your typical CF class. You just choose the option that fits you for the day youre having....or want to have.All the trainers are really nice and helpful! I have been to other CF gyms where things arent always explained clearly or there are so many people that they cant always give you individualized attention, but Project Rise is different. Everyone trains at different levels and if you cant go as heavy as recommended, thats ok and NO ONE judges you for it. They truly understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but they will help you get to your goals.If you have questions, they have answers and they are more than willing to help and show you how to do an exercise or modify it for you. They are all patient and are very approachable when you have questions.If you are looking for nutritional help, they can definitely help you and set you up with a nutrition meal plan tailored to your lifestyle. You can get a basic plan or sign up for weekly meetups - it all depends on what you need and what your goals are.Project Rise knows how to build a community and ensures that all employees and clients emulate their values. Put your fears of CF aside and come in for a workout - dont be like me and wait over a year. Afterall, you have nothing to lose but calories and sweat!
