Highly recommend Monaco Row! My partner and I moved here a week ago and it has been an awesome so far. Erin specifically (in the office) has been phenomenal with communication and details leading up to our move across country to CO. She is awesome to work with and we can trust she will get things done!The location is great - quiet yet around a lot of things. The amenities are also perfect - cant beat the view from the pool!Overall, I love living at Monaco Row so far.

This place has everything I wanted. Its pet friendly, has walking trails steps from my door and our patio served as a nice spot during quarantine. The neighbors are friendly and maintenance is quick to respond, especially in an emergency. Monaco row was my home for 3 years and during that time the cellphone reception in the area has improved dramatically. I no longer have dropped calls mid conversation.

I am having such an awesome experience at Monaco Row! We moved in, early July! The apartments are resort like and for a great price! The mountain view from the pool is fabulous everyone is very friendly here, and the leasing staff is amazing!! Jessica has gave us the best experience from the start! Very friendly, as well as very thorough, and is always willing to help out with her quick responses! She has been the best leasing agent we have dealt with thus far! (And we have lived in a lot of apartments)Having a great leasing staff, great amenities, beautiful Mountain Views, I can tell our 13 month lease here will be great!! (Already talking about renewing )

This is my first apartment on my own and I could not be more happy with my choice! I was referred by a friend and the assistant community manager, Tayler Hamen has been nothing but professional and helpful. I am constantly asking her tons of questions and she reply’s right away and with the utmost concern and sincerity.The community is well kept and extremely safe. My apartment is beautifully updated and perfectly cleaned when I moved. I will recommend anyone who is looking for a apartment in DTC to check out Monaco Row and work directly with Tayler.

Ive loved living here for the past 2 years. The place is beautiful and feels tucked away from the city even though its right in the middle of DTC. The staff are very helpful and Tayler especially is amazing! She made my move in/out easy and is always on the ball. I highly recommend living here!

Although some issues occur, but the staff is very helpful to solve all the issues, even through the pandemic period. Strongly suggest this place! Have fun here.

I have had a wonderful experience at Monaco Row so far. I moved here in February, about a month before amenities and the leasing office had to close for safety/health purposes with the CoVid-19 pandemic, but have thoroughly enjoyed my apartment (with an attached garage!!), walking around the community with my dog, as well as the prompt and professional responses from the leasing office with my questions. I cant wait to use the pool when it is allowed to re-open, which has stunning views of the mountains!

Awful experience. Lack of communication. Lies. Try to charge for old carpets. Not responding to emails. Sent to collections.

Monaco Row is a great place to live im going on 2yrs there and I have had no issues with my Apartment or residents and the view from the pool is amazing . The staff is top notch from office to maint way to go guys.

Tayler Hamen hands down is the best community manager that we have ever had the pleasure to work with! She has been so helpful during the entire experience and I look forward to a year in the beautiful apartment that she helped us pick! Couldnt recommend a better place to live, it is close to downtown, parks for the doggos and its within 45 minutes to the front range. If you are looking for an apartment in the area this is the one! Make sure you ask for Tayler as she will find the right place for you!

Sent me to collections after 6 days! Also charged me a cleaning fee of over $200 when during my walk through I was told the place looked great. Paid them their bs cleaning fee and still in collections! Dont live in this overpriced dump.

I honestly do not know why this complex has all the negative reviews. I lived here through 2 leases and had no problems. maintenance staff were always nice and quick. Management were always friendly . Gyms always clean pools clean honestly i am moving to Texas and decided to read reviews of where i was looking and was shocked by negative reviews so much i did not want to lease there hence i decided to see what type of reviews my current apartment was getting and I am shocked by yet the negative reviews. It appears i cant even trust the negative reviews anymore and equate them to whinny adults that really ought to get a life.....

This is amazing Awesome apartments you have here.I would love to live there someday.But! Iam disable and i use a wheelchair to get around.Also! Dont know if you have any or some apartments.that are accessible for someone in a wheelchairm,etc.

Staff is nice but does not care about the property. The gym has never been cleaned or vacuumed in the time I’ve been here. The dog wash station is nice to have, but is always destroyed and not a place you would want to clean your dog.

If you have friends that visit you, know this about Monaco Row Apartments, there is no visitor parking and they will tow your friends vehicle unless you report to management when your friends come to visit you or pay for a parking pass for them.My friend moved into this place in April 2019 and I have visited her on a regular basis until late September (6 months) when my car was towed by management late at night. No notice or warning… $350 towing cost for the reason not having M parking permit. Sadly, there was even plenty of parking spaces open on the night they had my vehicle towed. Management is on a power trip.Whoever in management made the decision to have my car towed, know this.. Krama will find you soon enough and you will remember this post.

Weve lived here over two years and have had a great experience. Its a great location and the staff and maintenance are super helpful. I havent run into any smoking problems in my time here. Most people seem to be in their late 20s-early 40s with fur babies more than human babies. Youll hear the noise that comes with any apartment complex (stairway footsteps, especially), but most neighbors are pretty reasonable when it comes to noise.

We had a great experience living at Monaco Row. The management is very friendly and the maintenance staff is also polite and quick to help when needed. The pool and community area are always clean and often quiet. We also never experienced any issues with smoking or noise that was outside what to expect when you live in an apartment community. Overall, we loved living here and will miss it! Great mountain views and location- worth every penny. Only thing we wish we had more of was storage room, but it was manageable. Residents may run into limited parking but it might just mean they have to park in a spot that is not directly by their door.

The apartments and staff are wonderful and beautiful, but living on the second floor pose some challenges. Ive been in apartment living before and couldnt hear every step the person above makes which is not what I expected here. Either the person on the 3rd floor is a very heavy walker or intentionally stomping hard every time. Outside of that, its located in a great area with easy access to the highway. The community amenities are gorgeous and functional. Im highly satisfied with the different codes for each apartment building. When the lease is complete maybe Ill consider a floor plan on the highest floor (the hollow sounds from the hard walking is a bit frustrating when trying to study in peace). Overall, I really like Monaco Row Apartments.

The worst place to live in DTC! Everyone parties and plays loud music! It is brand new and I had BED BUGS! Absolutely disgusting place. They dont take care of their tenants and the staff is very rude! It is a non-smoking property, but EVERYONE SMOKES! Their pool is supposedly a sea salt pool, but it is always disgusting with all kinds of bugs in it! I would never want anyone to go through the horrible year that I did! Absolute disgrace.

I have had nothing but issues with this apartment. I can hear every footstep from the neighbors in the above apartments which means they do not have proper insulation/sound proofing. I have talked to management 3 times and they said they’ve talked to my neighbors but I still hear stopping every morning at 630am until 1030 at night if my neighbors decide to be up late. You get zero rest. Also, they have now decided to start charging people to stay over night. This was not in my lease and I was told parking is free but if you have a garage you need to park in it. So, now if I have family visiting they have to pay a fee to stay with me in my own home. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone. Very poor residential life here.

I recently moved back to DTC and decided to look for an apartment that I would call home for the next couple of years. Monaco Row was not on my list of places to view, but when I was out searching I saw their sign and decided to stop by. When I walked into the leasing office I was immediately greeted by Victoria who could not have been more welcoming. She is friendly, outgoing and did not pressure me at all to commit to anything. I had already viewed ten apartments within a mile radius and had narrowed it down to one so I did not expect to find an even better option at Monaco... but I was wrong. She showed me one unit that was a little out of my price range but had everything I wanted. I was receptive to her ideas and suggestions and ultimately signed a lease on the apartment she suggested. I could not be more happy with my decision! Before I moved in I had a few maintenance issues and cosmetic concerns and she made sure they were taken care of immediately. She responded to all of my calls and emails day of or next day. She has stayed after hours to help me with keys, mail, etc. Considering Ive lived in many apartments in DTC, she is by far the best apartment leasing professional I have ever dealt with. If anyone is looking in DTC, you need to meet Victoria.As far as my apartment and the complex itself, all of the previous reviews are funny to me because people are forgetting that this is an apartment... that they do not own... and therefore cannot get everything they want. From my experience looking at many apartment complexes in DTC, you will never find the perfect one. There will always be extra fees, parking issues, loud neighbors, pet feces, no cellphone coverage - the list goes on and on. Denver is booming and if youre expecting a huge apartment, at a low cost, with no neighbors, with more privacy - buy a house! I am very happy with Monaco Row so far and I hope people who read the negative reviews keep an open mind.

We been here for about two years now. Hopefully we can move out by next year. The first year we moved here we kept getting accused of smoking weed non-stop even when we were not at home at the time they accused us, just because a neighbor didnt like us for some reason. I am very asthmatic so theres no smoking here. thats beside the point they had the nerve to threaten us with an evection due to being accused of smoking with no evidence just because of that crazy lady. So beware you can get an evection for no reason. And that clubhouse is never open late enough for the people who work late and take late classes to print papers nor-does it work. The staff is kinda nice my favorite was Andrew who left. Oh and theres never parking for the people who live here . But over the area is nice to live in and my apt is nice but too pricey. We are only here still because my man doesnt want to leave yet.

They illegally searched my apartment including personal items I have a security camera and asked them why they did that and they lied and said they came in for maintenance when I have the recorded evidence.Pros: The place has NO CELL PHONE SERVICE ever. I have to leave to have phone conversations. NEVER ANY PARKING after 7pm but they dont do anything about visitors parking wherever however long. You will get warned for not parking in your garage by the apartment staff and if there isnt room to park a vehicle in your garage they will write you up. You CAN HEAR EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and cooking including every time they use the bathroom. The balconies are NO SMOKING and are very strict on that.Cons: Maintenance is super quick and the public areas are semi nice.

Dissapointed at how over priced they are here, by around $300-500 dollars overpriced for the square footage you get. $1690 for a small basically studio apartment, I understand $1250-1400 for the area, but $1700, WAY too much for less than 740 square feet!

Expensive, small units, charge wherever they can. Hard to find parking spots. Must pay to park now.
