Very unprofessional they will blow your phone up to try to send you to a job 15 miles away for $14 a hour. There are 2 lady’s that work in the front a Hispanic one that is very kind and and willing to help. But the white lady is VERY rude every time you call she will have a attitude and is very unhelpful. They will call you to put you on a assignment and say “we will call you back” never will I got tired of it they are the WORST staffing agency.

Totally unorganized! I applied for a position, interviewed by the client and the office. 2 weeks before I started I called and explained the pay card/ direct deposit option was not available. Before I started I called the office no less than a dozen times leaving a message every time with no return call. When I was able to get thru and speak with someone I was told ill pass the message. I was sent for a quality position but onsite I was placed as a machine operator. I refused the position and attempted to call the office again to inform them no less than a dozen calls with messages. No return call again. Another 10 days go by without being paid for time worked. After calling another office I was told a direct message was sent to inquire about why I wasnt paid. After calling the office 5 times in 1 day with messages I drove across town to the office and asked for a district or regional manager. At that time I was told oh, no one called you the issue has been corrected. The person who told me this was the same person(Bobbi)I told 3 1/2 weeks prior there was an issue. Luckily I was able to obtain full time employment. My current manager stated its a temp service what do you expect. You are a billable hour, not an employee. Lesson learned.!

That people there are so disorganization, the wifi is horrible, I couldnt even get my forms started cause theyre was internet issues...I walked out... Not to mention the location is horrible too ... It was a waste of time and gas ... I wouldnt recommend em !!!

The BEST job placement/staff agency I have ever worked with. Period. I dropped my info into a Craigslist ad. And was soon, thereafter, contacted by a **friendly** recruiter. The facility is new and immaculate clean. Beautiful wireless computers and fast WI FI if you want to do your application and onboarding on your phone or tablet. Thanks ResourceMFG 5+ $tars

Jason helped me find a great job. I have since been hired on and given a supervisor position. ResourceMFG cares about their associates and making sure they find long term placements. I definitely recommend them for high level placements in the manufacturing field.

They said they would have a company call today. No call and no reason given as to why there was no call. Unprofessional

Warning Warning Warning.I wish I can give 0 star for this unprofesional, rude agency but google requires the lowest is 1 instead.I was there before for the interview after I completed my application and pre drug test along with assesment test. everything seemed fine at first until JENNY WRIGHT (RECRUITER) MESSED UP EVRYTHING WITH HER UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER. she gave me her business card to call her to followup with my application status, she never ever answer my calls back and I left her more than 4 voice msgs and still didnt care.I suddently found out that my application has never been processed or sent to the job location as she promised for more than a week. And HER EXCUSE WAS LIKE: { I M JUST A PART TIME HERE } really!!!! so why would you bother to take my application and interviewing me if you just a part time there? SHE DIDNT EVER APOLOGIZE FOR HER LAZINESS. WOW HOW PROFESSIONAL IS JENNY WRIGHT.I filled complaint to customer service supervisor to send it to upper managers.I M GLAD I FOUND ANOTHER AGENCY THAT REALLY TOOK A GOOD CARE OF ME. So do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS IMPOLITE AGENCY.

Incredibly frustrated! I was contacted by someone at this branch of Resource MFG seeing my Resume on another site. I returned the call and not only could the recruiter that answered not take the time to find out who it was that originally contacted me (they don’t give names). I was then told that I now had to go to their website and register and apply. Which I did, I choose Denver Colorado as my branch and the website did a default to Elk Illinois. I was not able to correct this myself. I called the next day to follow up on the positions I had applied for and was again treated rudely by a recruiter. I got attitude when he found out that the branch was wrong and I pointed out to him I did not do this and could not correct it. He did not look at my resume that was uploaded, or the positions I had applied for he was irritated about the branch issue. I was then told to come in the next day, 7/28 at 1pm for a “group” orientation, safety video and drug testing. I inquired if I needed to ask for someone specifically and he said anyone would be able to help me then he ended the call. When I arrived at 12:45 on 7/28 first thing I was asked was “who was the recruiter I had worked with” Seriously? After asking my name and again what I was interested in, the recruiter could find no record that I was supposed to be there for this orientation. I was politely dismissed and told that they would contact me if something became available. Not only was it apparent that no one was going to take the time to assist me or talk to me about my job situation, they obviously do not pay attention to gender either. I got called “her” and “she” even though I am a 58 year old male (and always have been male). I felt like I was just an inconvenience in their day. Why is it that so many of the job agencies, never take the time to actually look at the ever so important “online job profile” that they want you to create?

I have worked for them and they leave you to your own devices if you need any help with scheduling, such as a doctors appointment. They dont contact the company that you are set up with in those cases, and the company thinks you are a no call no show. It makes you look bad, and I have seen this done to 3 other people from the agency.My aunt had it worse, they simply didnt pay her all the hours she worked. She would work 6 days a week but would only be paid for 3, if that. They seemed to lack professionalism that any job or company require, and I personally remember when I did my interview they stated that if they didnt like someone then that person would get the worse job they had. If you had an interview with them then you simply wouldnt get the job. I would suggest for anyone to choose a different agency all together then try to deal with the craziness that goes on here.

This place is bullshit they sent me to Green Chef which is a 40 degree big ass frezzer..I recommend nobody go thru this place they get no stars from me they get five dumbs down thanks Resource MFG for nothing
