Insight Global has been great with communication, routine follow-ups to see how youre doing, and getting me to work quickly once I expressed interest in the position offered. This is especially important during the age of COVID, since I had lost my job due to the impact the virus had on my previous company. All around great experience.

Though the communication was solid during the interview process (with Caroline T.), when I requested feedback from Erik Meyer on a position I did not get, Erik was apparently too busy to respond; zero response.So like most recruiters, once you are not in a position to make them money they will immediately forget about you. This is definitely true of Erik and shows the lack of professionalism at Insight Global.

My experience with Matt as my recruiter was exceptional! He made each step of the recruiting process positive and FAST! I was very impressed with his approach and he always made me feel like I was his number one priority. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Took them three weeks to run my background check I had to start late, I almost didnt get the job. I dont regret going to the company I work at I do regret working with insight global. 7 weeks to get my direct deposit setup. . I had to fill out three different background check forms before they got it right. I cant wait to be done with this company. Run away run away quickly

Was contacted by Matt who was very confident that I was a great fit for a position he had that was interviewing that same week. I said it sounded great and asked him to submit my resume and he replied asking if his coworker could call me. I spoke with her, and had the same conversation with her as I did with Matt and that is the last Ive heard from anyone. Tried emailing several times with no reply and when I call hes not in the office. If you actually need to find work, I suggest you go elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with this firm. They insist on sitting in on interviews. Have you ever heard of a recruiter doing this? They also misrepresent positions terribly. I would never recommend them to anyone. Go with a real recruiter like Parker and Lynch.

After interviewing with this company and being offered the job, I struggled to get any information out of them about my start date because they were being dropped by the company in question. They kept me in the dark about what was going on for an entire week, giving me a bogus story each time I called (which was every day) delaying my employment and invoking worry about my own job security while they tried to nail down my contract/their pay.Thankfully, my contract was picked up by another recruitment agency that was much more professional, attentive and responsible. What I will say in their favor though, is that they were very helpful initially and did get my foot in the door before things went sour with them and the company. I wish they had kept me better informed about the issue while it was happening so I didnt have to worry and wonder so much.

My Experience with Insight Global and Emily B. has been great. Another recruiter had reached out to me before Emily and I was not impressed. She got some info from me, and never heard back. Emily reached out to me later and it has been a great experience. I met with her on a Monday and on Tuesday, she had me two interviews. Since I have started at one position and she is always helpful and quick to answer my questions. I would recommend them. Great experience so far, and still a contractor for them.

The last gentleman I spoke with reassured me he would help and then I was never contacted again. This has happened with every single person Ive spoken to at insight global and too me who is trying to land a job gets very discouraging and not professional or not an organization I would ever want to work through. Yesterday I was contacted again and Expressed my concerns asked to speak to a manager and was told there isnt one available

I wish I could give less than one star. I worked with two different ladies over the last few months who dont even know their own company rules. I have fibromyalgia so I have my medical card, which I explicitly informed them of during our initial interview. It then took them two months to set me up with an interview for the position I was going for (which I nailed and was offered employment), signed all the paperwork and did the background check, passed absolutely everything except the drug test, which only came back for marijuana and nothing else. To which they tell me my job offer has been rescinded because I failed the test, when I had already informed them that would happen. Come to find out, as per company policy, they were never supposed to apply for any jobs for me that required a drug test. I quit my previous gig when they told me I was hired, and now Im in an even worse position than I was when they reached out to me. Im now having to completely start over from scratch, unemployed, and Im beyond devastated that they made me miss out on this amazing opportunity with that company. DONT EVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I worked as a contractor for this company for 6 months, after they found me a job they never spoke to me once,until they let me go. even though i sent them several emails and called, every time i called they where on the other line and would call me back... after 3 months my contract got extended and they got a raise, but they never even bothered to call me and tell me my contract was extended and never passed the raise on to me. after my extended contract ended, they called and told me i was no longer needed on a Saturday night. and said they would let me know when i can come in and get my personal belongings. 2 months later after 10 emails and countless calls i havent heard from them or got my personal belongings yet. unless you are desperate i would stay away from this company.

Insight first scheduled me for an interview for a tentative position that was put on hold, and then got busy right away on another role that was well suited for my specific career goals, not just another quick temp fix. They responded well within reason when it came down to contract negotiation and have done an excellent job following up with moral support well into the assignment.

Once we found a good job position fit, the team was extremely responsive and helpful. They worked very hard to get information and answers to my questions turned around quickly.

They have this mentality of only caring about their client and not the people they are placing. If you turn down an offer or interview they get mad and defensive, even if its not a good fit. They dont care about you, they only care about their commission check and making clients happy. There are way better recruiters out there.

I was referred to this agency by a former manager. The contact that regularly visited my former workplace would not respond to my emails. I asked my former manager to email her one more time. Finally I got a response that said your case has been assigned to someone else. I attempted to email this new person. Once again, my case had been passed off. After a couple more times of this nonsense, I had finally been placed with someone that invited me to come to headquarters to review my resume.Despite the fact that my agent was over an hour late for our meeting, I felt good about things after he told me I had an incredibly strong resume and he was surprised I was using a recruiting agency. He told me that I should be placed in less than a couple weeks, and to prepare for work. Over the next few weeks, he sent me zero interviews or introductions for positions. After attempting to email him many times, I gave up.My problem was not isolated to this gentleman. My case had been passed off multiple times with zero communication. I had to try extremely hard to get these people to unsuccessfully do their job. It seems to me that this company has a culture problem.

Amanda Miller, a direct placement manager contacted me for a position she said I was perfectly qualified for and I had a phone interview with her and the prospective employer.I wrote to her 3 times, OVER A MONTH requesting an update. She ignored every message, finally she answered a month later saying I was not fit.Now that is fine, not every job works out. But I wasted a month of my time waiting for this job and received no updates whatsoever.Incredibly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful company. Clearly she got the fit so she dropped me, it is very clear they care less about placement and just chase the revenue. Disgusting.I have put 700$ into a national Facebook ad, showing screenshots of our conversation to warn others not to waste their time.

They told her that they would contact her one way or another by the Tuesday of the following week, but they never bothered to call! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! After reading about them on Glassdoor, this seems to be common practice for this company. Stay away from Global Insight!

Haley Slaughter just called me today to tell me that after two months working at century link as a operations tech 2 that the contract has ended even though it was supposed to be for six months. She said that Dave the manager at century link said that i wasnt performing or that they wanted to add more responsibilities and i wasnt meeting up to their performance. This is ridiculous because first of all they never told me which responsibilities they were adding or in other words they are lying and i will suggest to anyone to stay away from contract or to work for insight global.
