This is the best staffing company I have had the pleasure of walking into. This business beams pride and is ran by professionals whom do not mind taking minutes of their lives to explain to you who they are, what they stand for and what their intentions are. They do not mind looking you in the eyes like a human being and setting aside judgements while they actually look at your resume and judge fairly what it is your able to help them with. These men are down to earth, and not going to waste your time. Even if I am not offered a job the advice I got from them is valuable to me as I move forward in life regardless. I have never gotten five minutes of a CEOs time and today the CEO took the time to answer my call first give me time with his vice president and recruiter who literally spent 20 minutes explaining exactly to a T, how they are changing the field of work and career services. I am confident that if you want to work and mean what you say that this company will do you a solid and invest in your future. More then fair all legit fortune 500 companies or newly expanded operations I was very impressed with how I was treated today and I will refer anyone who is looking for those hours to give these guys a call and ask if they have a position near you and that you can be confident you are not being placed somewhere you are not able to adapt and enjoy. The part of town is awesome a lot of positive things in the neighborhood with businesses going on. When I walked up to this address I knew this was where I wanted to be. It is very obvious that this company has saved no expense and has invested very heavily into being the best and from what I have personally experienced these people without a doubt will not waste your time . What really hit home was that they dont want to play with your money by auto assigning you a card, they only want your earnings deposited into your bank account and not only that, I havent had weekly pay since I pushed carts at Kroger. Really what attracts me is the sincerity that this team provides and the fact that they each shook my hand to separate me from Adam they each took the time to find out what makes me tick and they all took an interest in helping me with my goals. A+ job

I can’t say enough good things about Colin and Dustin. I moved to Denver in March after finishing a contract on a deep sea fishing boat in Alaska. I went to Valiant looking for some part time work to keep some money coming in while I lived off my boat money. Valiant had a reputation of dealing with Military personnel and their families and that is what attracted me to them. At first a Dustin found me some local construction projects to work on but once I proved myself to them as reliable and hard working it opened some new doors and After just a few weeks they had found me an job opportunity that is now my current career. I never expected to find such a great job through a temp agency but they came thru with something awesome and I couldn’t be more happy that I walked thru their doors. These guys are great!
