So unprofessional instead of talking g to you they text you and say you no longer work for ajilon then we I call or text back you get no answer...they do not help you get any job aspects they just want to get paid...Katherine Monks is the worse human being I have ever met shadows not listen talks over u n repeats the same answer for every question asked...how do u still have a job I guess brown nosing and sleeping your way thru....smh shame on this person and so called buisness

Pretty much same feedback as the other low scores. I had zero follow up after Ajilon contacted me to assist with a job placement. I had to proactively reach out to them for any updates and of course the numbers they list on thier emails just go to direct voice-mail. The person I worked with gave me thier direct cell phone and that was the only way to contact them. This company doesnt care about actually finding a job that fits for you. They only care about throwing candidates at a position. I eventually got the job cause I went over Ajilon and contacted the business directly. Waste of time use indeed.

I was hired on by Jarrett, he was so welcoming and upbeat from the first phone call that I got from him. He is the reason that I accepted the position, as I knew he would be supportive through my weird journey of being between work. He was responsive, helpful, understanding, positive, and always ready for whatever I threw at him. He made my experience with this company amazing. I was impressed with the hiring process and the help I received when I had questions. I had a few bumps during my employment period but he never failed to be there for my questions, comments, and concerns. I was always happy after our phone calls no matter what. I was getting very discouraged in my job search. Used all the search engines available that sent me countless emails or job offers that were hit and miss. Signed up to work for several temp/staffing agencies who suggested jobs that had little to nothing to do with my listed skills. Even applied at basic places and/or day labor jobs just to get a guaranteed check. So much time past and I was getting further into debt. More and more aggravated. A friend referred me to Ajilon and with in a week they found me a job that fit my qualifications, allowing my to demonstrate my skills and learn new things. I have job that I can finally turn into a career again. I worked with Ashley and Jarrett but everyone in the office has been a great support. I was so happy that someone finally LISTENED. I didnt receive any follow-up call from my agent, Justin, for a preliminary interview when I contacted the agency. I waited through a week of unresponsiveness. When I finally called Ajilon again the following week, the office manager calls me rude because Im skeptical that Ill get a call back from the same agent I just told her never called me back. Just high call volume, were working remotely, I wasnt here when that happened, etc., excuses that dont account for the week-long dereliction.

The level of attention to detail, and professional courtesy I have received from Ashley and Jarett has been critical in my jobs success story. My most recent experience with Ajilon was even better than the first one I had years ago.Ajilon is unlike any staffing company I’ve ever dealt with. Their facility is beautiful and clean. There is a level of class other recruiting companies just do not have. Each time I’ve gotten a job with them, it has paid $4.00 more/hour than the one before. They have so many resources, with the best companies! Although I was not looking for a career, I have found one. I have the perfect job for me! That is another bonus with Ajilon, they have a keen eye for talent. Every person that I have worked with from Ajilon has been a top-performing employee. They take the time to make sure candidates are truly a great fit. They also provide strong guidance on the whole process; making sure you have a method of payment set up and benefits elected should you choose to sign up for them.As much as I love this company, my recruiter Vito Pollock really made the experience insanely awesome. He was never pushy, but demonstrated strong support from the start. He was patient, but when I gave him the green light things moved quickly. He was on top of everything and connected with me all the time. He would guide me and offer tips. I came in to interview with him on a Friday, two weeks later I was offered a position at the company I am with now. I kept being so excited that I would scream into the phone, and every time he had great news he would call loving to hear the excitement. Did I mention, I actually did not apply to any other jobs outside of Ajilon?? I trust them more than myself to find the best possible opportunity for me. I have been spreading Vito’s good name everywhere, only wishing for others to have the positive life changing experience I have recently had. At this point, I owe them everything. Jarret and Ashley really took the time to speak with me about my career goals. They listened to my concerns and wants. It was only a week before they found a perfect potential employer for me. Before they even contacted me to inform me about the role, Ashley had already negotiated my expected rate beforehand so when she contacted me for an interview no time was wasted on either end. After the interview I knew immediately called Jarret afterwards to review how the interview went. Jarret immediately called the employer to get feedback. Let me start by saying, I wanted to come home to Colorado and have been working on it for a while. I decided to take a vacation to Denver and while on vacation see if I could find a job. I put my resume in with Ajilon and was responded to very quickly by a Micheal Wilson. Micheal did a phone interview with me of the most professional and informative kind. I was impressed and decided I would move forward with the company. Through out the entire process Micheal was there and made sure ever part of the process was met and helped anyway that he could. This place was all fine and dandy when I was doing the application process. However, the dude promised me a job downtown that pays $17/hr. Yet when I got there he instead gave me a one-day assignment that pays $17/hr. I did it and he promised me another temp-to-hire assignment that never came. I guess its probably because I failed the background check. I wish they had just told me that I FAILED the background check instead of not saying anything. If youre a great professional with a clean background, go Ajilon. But in my case I guess I should have known that a place like Ajilon is not for a black person like me; maybe a Carlton Banks like, but certainly not me.

My experience with Ajilon was great. I moved to Denver for a summer internship to finish up my last graduate school credit. After I graduated, finding a job proved impossible. I had the education but my experience was lacking. Applying and interviewing on my own not working. Ajilon reached out to me and within a few days, I had a meeting with Michael Wilson. He was super friendly and easy going which made him very easy to talk to you (unlike an interview where you may feel uptight and unlike yourself.) This allowed Michael to really figure out my skill set. After only two weeks, I was offered a temp position at an amazing engineering firm downtown. My position was admin support and receptionist. This was a great way to network and show the firm what I could do. After two months of feeling out the company and vice versa, I was offered a position as a technical writer. I am extremely appreciative for Michaels ongoing support throughout the process - Ajilon will truly find the job that is right for you.

My first job with Ajilon was over 8 years ago. I was a temp for about a year and was hired full time by the company I worked for and was there for about 7 years. I moved to Denver beginning of this year and applied with Ajilon again. I was contacted within a few days by recruiter Michael Wilson and was placed within about a week to ten days. That assignment ended and ended up with another recruiting agency that I will never ever use again. So I contacted Michael again and he found a job that fit my skills. Jesse was so much better about trying to find me a position that really entailed what I was looking for instead of just trying to find me a job. Jesse called me and kept me posted throughout the entire process. He also answered my emails and phone messages really quickly! Not worth your time. The Denver office, and Nicole in particular, have been zero help in my job search. It seems to me they use phishing posts to drag people in, but then the jobs suddenly arent available anymore. You are better off looking on your own or finding another agency to go through.

I left a very unhealthy job situation a couple of months ago. Like a lot of people these days, I was very over worked, underpaid, and even worse, under appreciated. I was so happy to be placed on a temp to hire contract with DaVita, through Ajilon last February. However, after 9 months of employment, I received a call at 10PM, the day before Thanksgiving, that DaVita was letting me go. After talking to this recruiter about why I was let go, she didnt have an explanation, and said shed get back to me as soon as she received one from DaVita, as it was quite odd to her as well that DaVita closed the position on me. I proceeded to tell my recruiter that the Supervisor for this department is very vulgur and rude and played favorites to the employees she oversees. Not just I but many others before me, employees while I was still there and after me that she had fired for no reason, or pushed them till they quit. After telling said recruiter she promised me a temp week job, starting that following week and said shed get with me about the details. 2 weeks goes by and I dont hear from her. I received an email in regards to my belongings being retrieved from Davita and after picking up my things, I never heard from Ajilon again. IInever got a real reason why DaVita let me go. I know for a fact it was only that one managers say as she was the only one there that day as it was a Holiday for everyone else. It sad because I really am looking for a company to grow a career with, and they havent even tried to reach out given the situation that they put me in. They knew what I was walking into as they heard similar stories before and after mine. I really feel like Ajilon needs to speak with DaVitas head of department supervisor for the team I was on and relay that not just 1 but MANY temp employees had the same issues with the same supervisor there at DaVita, for not only Davitas sake at keeping a great team and making sure their patients are taken care of, but for Ajilon as well. There has to be a form of trust and communication. And theres been nothing but broken promises. I was to be converted after 160 days working with DaVita, and after 9 months they still had me as a temp. No health insurance or 401K and no other benefits that whole time. After about a month later I decided to apply for other positions they had listed and NEVER received any call backs or follow up emails! I really hope my experience helps future employees! If they offer a position as a Premium Service Help Desk Representative, DO NOT TAKE IT! You will be singled out, told you have to work faster so you can help the others who are falling behind, and do not I repeat do NOT offer any new ideas to that team! The Supervisor of that team does not know how to take care of her employees and will ignore you and treat you so bad that you feel uncomfortable every single day! Then after awhiea she will fire you because that supervisor sees a threat to those who bring new ideas to the table! Stay away from this job opportunity! Shame on Ajilon for still working with this company! Its horrible what those of us had to go through here!
