I joined Maxim Denver in February and my experience as an RN has been amazing. My office is supportive, flexible and always available. I have recently moved into a new role in the company and the support from all the office staff is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and professional. I could not be happier.
I think Maxim healthcare is an absolute perfect place to work. The office staff are very nice and work really hard at providing the utmost care for the patient population with the services they require, not to mention the dedication in team work with the field staff. They work due diligently to cover shifts, provide training, reassurance and stability in ones life as they progress with this company. The insurance is great, along with the patient population is absolutely amazing. The experience that I have witnessed first hand, well lets just say, I couldnt ask for a better company to work for.
I love working for Maxim Healthcare services! I am a parent CNA and am very grateful for that opportunity. Maxim treats their patients and employees with kindness and respect. Maxim also has great employment opportunities. I would highly recommend Maxim Healthcare services for their great patient care and great treatment to their employees.
I wasnt getting paid for a month almost and they didnt tell me my routing and account number bounced till weeks after I wasnt getting paid. I when I went to alk to my recruiter about it he pointed the figure at me it was so unprofessional, I have to resend my paystubs that I sent my recruiter and send him a pic of were he missed up after he treated my job out of frustration. Plus it was weird because they were sending me checks in the mail with my last contact job then when I started the new contract they were just keeping the money or doing something that they werent Supposed to be doing. I dont know it was crazy and weird. I will never work for maxim again and I hope they never do that to anyone else. I felt so bad .
Great place to work! Flexible hours, amazing co-workers and clients, competitive pay. Highly recommend this place!
Im a travel nurse currently on contract at The Denver Hospice via Maxim. Maxim has not only been the worst travel company Ive worked for, its the worst place Ive ever worked for, period. Ive had issues with my pay since my first week, and no one in the Denver office knew what the issue was, my recruiter was useless, and no one in the organization cared enough to get to the bottom of this. It took weeks, many phone calls, and time taken away from work/patients to finally get the issue fixed. I work hard day in and day out, risk contracting COVID and bringing it home with every patient I care for. I deserved more from Maxim and they were happy messing up my pay for weeks. Thats what they consider a job well done. If youre a traveler stay away from this place. There are plenty of other companies who will respect you enough to at bare minimum pay you correctly. If I could give negative stars I would. Maxim doesnt deserve the one star Google makes us give.
This is the most organized, professional, and patient friendly home health service I’ve known and I know quite a few!!!
Have worked for Maxim almost ten years with no issues. A good company to work for.
I have worked for Maxim about 4 months and have enjoyed meeting and working with very interesting clients and families. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. After working in hospitals for over 30 years this has been a wonderful and exciting change! I get to be the bedside nurse (RN) that I had aspired to be.
I’ve worked for Maxim part time for almost 2 years. I love the flexibility and the admin and clinical staff. The clients I have cared for are also amazing! I am a very experienced nurse and I am able to pick and choose what type of work I’d like to do and I have learned so much working for this company. I would recommend any nurse looking for something different or flexible to give Maxim a call ASAP.
Maxim Healthcare has a wonderful team and culture! There are so many incredibly caring and dedicated CNAs and nurses out in the field who work tirelessly to make sure their patients are cared for. The internal team is dedicated to making Maxim a great place to work!
This company will neglect you, if your CNA calls out of work then they leave you in bed all day and night and no one will come out. They’re negotiating patients and no one seems to care at all.
I have worked with this company approximately a year and a half and I can not say enough good things about this amazing team! Always working hard to meet the demands of our clients. Can’t recommend them enough.
I was looking for a place where I could learn and improve some skills in this field. I found Maxim!!! In less than a year I learned more skills than I got before with the period of time. I can say for sure Maxim is just the best place to be. Their staffs are so helpful! In every situation they always find the way to help you out, they are friendly and they make your environment a GREAT PLACE TO BE !!! They are just PROFESSIONAL!! LOVE YOU 😘 ❤️ GUYS!!!
I have worked for Maxim for around 4-years now in the Denver area. I love the flexibility and control I have over my own schedule. The support from the office staff is great for technicians and they are very accommodating when issues arise. I applied on a whim when I moved to Denver and it has ended up being the perfect job for me. Thanks guys.
I have had the opportunity to work for Maxim Healthcare for approximately 4 years. The staff is always supportive, organized, helpful and professional. If you are looking for a temp to hire, timed contract, or just part time to supplement your income, this is the best staffing agency to work for. The facilities and hospitals they work with also treat me well. I have never has a bad experience in 4 years while working for Maxim- how many people can say that about an employer?!
This Denver office is no good very prejudice not honest they do not take responsibility they do not have any Spanish-speaking people they do not have any good communication with their nurses Nurses and consumers clients discharged us for leaving an honest review

Takes to long to get hiried
This company is amazing to work for! Incredibly flexible and supportive. Not many companies have someone available for contact 24/7 like Maxim does. Truly grateful to work for this company!
I absolutely love working with the staff in the Denver office!! They give me great assignments in facilities that I love. They try their best to keep your hours stable and workable.
They keep you on their mailing list despite multiple requests to be removed from it. Pay is average at best.
If you are looking for a great place to work, this is it! The teamwork is awesome and the support you receive is excellent! Flexible shifts put you back in charge of your life schedule!
Maxim is a great company that has the ability to accommodate your needs by being flexible and easy to communicate with. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Onboarding with the company was extremely smooth and easy because of Travis.
Im so excited to be a part of Maxim staffing. I love that I can staff different facilities to supplement my income. Ive had great experience working with other Maxim CNAs and Nurses. I rather like my job. :)
I wanted to share my recent experience with Maxim from a parents point-of-view. First, I will give a little background. I am a single mom of a medically complex child. We moved to Colorado two years ago from Georgia in order to access services that were not available in our home state. I currently work 52 hours per week as my sons CNA overnight, and due to health complications requiring surgeries, have found myself in desperate need of full-time PDN for my son.I reached out to Maxim three months ago after we lost our full-time RN (she was older and could no longer lift my son). I was told they were experiencing a Nursing shortage, and could not accept new patients. I preceded to call 12 additional agencies at the time (Aveanna, MGA and Evergreen were willing to perform intakes). After contacting so many agencies, my further decline in health, and realizing I truly need this help, I contacted Co Access Case Management (with the state) and they offered to join me on conference calls to these agencies to find out what was going on. Maxim initially rejected me again, but when Co Access announced their presence on the phone, Maxims story changed and we were transferred to a lady named Rachel. Rachel was very kind and professional, and was more than willing to schedule an intake so that we could get my son in their system and try to find a Nurse. We scheduled our meeting for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The night before, the city had a major snow storm. I doubted Rachel would be able to make it, so I texted, but received no reply. I called instead, and a woman named Zoey answered. She was not friendly, and upon asking if Rachel was on her way said Um, Rachel has been out of town since Sunday. She had a family emergency. Besides, we arent accepting new patients right now so I dont know WHY she scheduled an intake to begin with. Zoeys rude response triggered me. I had waited 3 months for that appointment, and now was being treated like their no-show was my fault. Funny how they were willing to schedule the appointment when the state was on the phone call with me. I was so angered by the response that, in so many words, I told her where to shove it and hung up the phone. After all I had been through just to obtain that appointment, it was well-deserved.As for Rachel, I understand family emergencies. My father passed away two years ago. I spoke with her this morning and she was unapologetic. I told her I have been in her situation many times, but always found a way to cancel appointments. She and the company had three days to cancel, but I didnt receive as much as a text, and was now being treated like it was my fault for asking why no one showed up. She told me the company had decided they were no longer willing to provide services for us due to my aggression toward Zoey on Tuesday. Of course, one-sided. I responded that I was not interested in utilizing their unprofessional company anyway.I hope others have a much better experience than I.
Been an employee for 10 years and have no reason to stop. Great staff and awesome clients. If you have a problem, they solve it.
I have worked for Maxim for over 8 years as an RN. I have met the most amazing clients and worked with exceptional people through Maxim and an very grateful for the opportunities.
Ive been with Maxim for over 2.5 years. Ive loved working with them. Its a pleasure to come to work each & every day & make an impact in the lives of our community.
I work at the Denver Maxim and find that employees are respected and cared about. There is opportunity for growth in my careerhere and education also.
Company works with me well! Worked here back in the 90s & they welcomed me back!
I’ve worked for Maxim for more than 5 years. I love my patients, families and Maxim HealthCare.
If your hospital breaks contract and you leave early ( which is well within a travelers rights) they won’t pay your stipends and will drop your last paycheck down to minimum wage. Keep looking.
I have worked for Maxim for 2 years, and love it!
Great place to work and the staff is absolutely amazing.
I have been working at Maxim for almost a year now and I have loved my experience so far! The team in the office is great with communication and working with amazing patients makes my days even better and more rewarding. Awesome company to work for with great employment opportunities!
I have been with Maxim Healthcare for years as a parent CNA and always have had amazing experiences with office staff as an employee and also as client for my daughter. Everyone is supportive, helpful and respectful.
I started working for Maxim recently and I am sooo happy working for them so far! They pay well and they are making life easy for me so I can care for my daughter at home and use an app to log hours. They always respond to emails, texts and phone calls with in minutes durring office hours. I highly recommend this company!
