I drive past this business every day to go to work, and the other day my battery died so I called and they are very professional and were able to get me in right away. So once I got my car there they also have a courtesy car that they will take you home till your car is ready! They kept in contact with me via text through the entire process, which is super nice so its not a surprise when you go to pick up! I definitely recommend using them! Great service and professional!! Repair was a head gasket replacement on a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, which is a quite involved repair involving an outside machine shop operation. I had the work quoted at several Shops and Christian Brothers was the most competitive. Communication was good throughout the process, and the repair was done right the first time I also appreciated the complementary shuttle service.

Well the first thing that I noticed walking in there is the great energy that I felt, It was the most relaxed environment I ever have walked in to at a motive and maintenance shop. My car was pretty much a mess and I wasn’t sure what needed to be done and when they did check everything they called and let me know the price which was reasonable for everything that had to be done. I am 60 years old and this was the first maintenance shop that these guys were the kindest most laid-back bunch of guys and they went above and beyond anything I could possibly think of to meet all my needs possible for my vehicle and to shuttle me if needed to my home and back if I needed a ride. The best part is when I drove my car oh my gosh it blew me away it felt and feels like a brand new vehicle I thank the Christian brothers for their kindness and all your help and going above and beyond to meet all my needs and the one thing that really blew me away is when my husband and I showed up to pick up the car they had the actual guy waiting for us who worked on our vehicle and then explained in detail everything that he did and the other guy had everything pulled up on the computer and showed my husband everything and answered all the questions I’ll-give a 20+ to the Christian Brothers thank you guys you are awesome and for the rest Of our life I know I feel secure in knowing that my vehicles will always be in good hands God bless you guys thank you so much you are the best of the best praise the Lord for the Christian Brothers thank you God bless. 🙏😁

They are always so nice, friendly, and helpful. I don’t know much about cars, so I appreciate that they send pictures of what they recommend doing so I can ask someone who does! They were very reliable and even finished my car early. Plus, it’s nice that they took me home when I dropped off my car! I definitely recommend going here!

I have never taken the time to do one of these before but this abuse of overcharging is well worth my time. Christian Brothers grossly overcharged me on replacing a water pump. I talked to three Toyota dealers, one in Nevada, one in California and one in Minnesota which was the Toyota dealer that quoted me a price to replace the pump (including labor) of $1040. Not only did Christian Brothers overcharged me, they charge me for labor not performed, and even went so far as to admit it right to my face. When I openly questioned their estimate I was told by their manager Travis that this was the most complicated job and needed six hours of labor which is approximately eight hours more than any of the Toyota dealers. They started my car Monday morning at 7:30am and I received a text stating that my car was done at 10:45am. When they handed me the bill I asked him why there wasn’t any labor relief and why they’re going to charge me for the full six hours even though they only worked on it for three and I was told by Travis the general manager that’s just the way they do it. This place is an absolute rip off and dishonest.As such I have reported them to my insurance company that pushed me in their direction, American Express which I used to pay the bill and of course the Better Business Bureau. Travis was my contact, and he was great. I had wiring issues from a different company that I couldnt figure out. Travis and his guys had the unfortunate job of tracing wires and finding/solving the issue. Communication was good throughout the job. Documentation and pictures to show work was spot on. Worked with us on price and got my truck back up and running. Gained a customer and I will be back when the time comes for future needs.

This is my entire familys go to business for anything auto. In total we have 4 vehicles and all of us have used Christian Brothers. They are honest, thorough and not pushy. They will make you aware of any future potential problems; but, they wont push you to do anything. I really do highly recommend them.

I brought my car in to have the AC fixed and they had to check in advise it first and the fee to diagnose it was very high. And then to fix it the prices on the parts are way way expensive I also have them do a level one inspection on the car and they gave me a quote for the suspension and my Lord they wanted an extra $1500 over what the price should have been. I think they think theyre parts are made of gold or something but overall they did a great job the second time I came to get my car when they called me and said it was done and it wasnt fixed right so I had to leave it and come back later to get it after they fixed it correctly but the a.c. is running great now. So overall did they fix the job yes

I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and had to pick it up before noon and these guys were great!!! They provided me with a list of things the car needed in a fantastic timely manner with a quote for each one of them, and were able to get the work done by the time I needed the car back. Although the main work was performed well (probably), the side effects were bad: the skid plate was wobbling on 2 screws (all side rivets were missing), the oil filter wasnt tightened, and oil was dripping. I visited them again, they fixed these things, but overfilled oil, so now its level is far away from the measuring zone on the stick. Also, from time to time I here a noise like something is slightly touching spinning parts, but Im not going to visit this shop again, sorry.

AC went out on my 2016 Tahoe. I needed it repaired soon because I have a family road trip coming up in August. First quote was around $2900, but after I complained about the cost, they decided that some of the work wasn’t necessary. Due to my distrust of my local Chevrolet dealerships service department, I wanted to give someone else the opportunity to earn my business. They failed in doing so for a few reasons. They have a courtesy shuttle that they never offered me resulting in me walking from and to their shop when dropping off and picking up my vehicle, and I think their pricing is a little too proud. I had hoped to find a dependable and fair auto repair shop in Christian Brothers, but I will keep looking. Very disappointed.

I had gone to two different auto centers to see if they could repair my front brakes that were grinding. The first place gave me a price which was good, but the soonest they could get me in was a week The second gave me a price which was about 80% higher and they could get to it in two days. I had seen the Christian Brothers Automotive on Facebook and went there next. I asked how much for a brake job and I was told right around $400 which was half the highest quote. The price was right so I asked when they could get to it which would be Monday or Tuesday because they are not open on weekends. The gentleman then asked what was going on with the brakes and I replied they were starting to grind. He said hold on and left for a second and when he came back he said since it is grinding it could be unsafe. He then said do you time to let us do it today and I about fell over. The service and accommodation was top notch.

I had an axel leak repaired last fall, and the day after leaving the shop, the undercarriage covering fell off while driving. It was scary to say the least, and I had to have my car towed back to the shop so they could actually screw on the covering. Mistakes happen but this was a pretty big one. They did put it back on for free so I guess theres that?

I was frustrated at first because I had a 9:30 appointment when I called around 3 pm the truck hadnt been looked at yet. I didnt hear anything else until Thursday at around 11 am .saying that the truck was ready. Im glad I had it diagnosed because the problem was not what I thought.

Took my car in for a diagnostic because the engine light came on. Charged me just to tell me what’s wrong with my car. They told me the brakes also needed to be fixed, which I knew, but I couldnt do both. I told them on the phone to leave the brakes and just fix the original problem. On the phone I heard the mechanic tell the manager that he already started on the brakes. But the manager covered it up and told me the brakes hadnt been touched. When I picked up my car--LOW BRAKE FLUID. It wasnt that way before but now they deny that they touched the brakes even though I heard the mechanic tell the manager this over the phone. Definitely feel ripped off and scammed. Would not recommend using this shop. UPDATE: Car stalled TWICE in the middle of the road on the way home. I paid $273 for an oil change and diagnostic and it was worse afterward than before I took it in!

My expidtion My battery charged the wrong way and reconnected wouldnt start. ..every one looked at it still nothing ..wasnt until. I brought it to Christian brothers and they did a fantastic job

Well to start off, the cost.... do any price check on the exact part you changed and your price was triple, that is not the cheapest comparison either, thats oem from the manufacturer... that does not include the labor, honestly thats where you got a star, it was quick. However being a person who is more that capable of doing this for less than 25% of what you charged i am disgusted. I am busy but even at 150 an hour I didnt save any money by letting you do it. I feel for the non mechanical people who are at your mercy.

I really like the inspection that they perform, receiving photos of items that need repairs or to budget for.

Ive gone to Christian Brothers for years now and they have always been good to me. When I heard they were opening a new location by me I was excited and wouldnt think twice about taking my truck there. I had an Oil change done and my AC repaired there which they did a good job with. Unfortunately they told me that my HVAC motor blower would need to be replaced and quoted me $299 for it. I was shocked but understood that they use OEM parts. I am knowledgeable about cars enough to take on this 10 min job that consist of taking out three screws and a plug to replace under my passenger foot area. When I did this I found a piece of plastic in the fan portion of the blower(not from that motor blower but from my dash(shown in picture)). I put everything back in place and it worked just fine. It shocked me that they would quote me that much without actually inspecting the blower especially because it takes 10 min to do.My next disappointment was when I walked out to my truck (which I had just washed the day before) and saw it covered with mud on both sides(shown in pictures). Nobody apologized or even mentioned this to me. Very disappointing and would not recommend this location.(responding to the owners comment)I did not take apart the HVAC blower to find this issue. I took out 3 screws and unplugged a connector and the piece of plastic was sitting in the fan area of the blower. NO disassembly of the blower was done at all. The Blower was just uninstalled.

I had a scheduled appointment for a transmission flush, and they had it done before lunch. I also had them look at a power steering leak and they also had that repair information to me before lunch. They are professional and my Over all experience was excellent.

Everyone I dealt with was nice. But I certainly feel like they were trying to take advantage of us since our vehicle wouldn’t start. They wanted $800 to replace a fuel pump, saying the part was $400 and the rest was labor. The part ended up being $140 and was installed in under an hour. They probably do good work there but be careful!

They dont tell you how much money to bring, expect to pay +$200 more than what will be said over the phone.

They quoted me a price but forgot that the shocks needed bleeder valves so they didn’t quote right to begin with and after I borrowed the money to pay they said they blew the bleeder valves so they had to get two more ans I had to eat the cost so I still owe 100 dollars for the mistake they made with the bleeder valves I’m a below the knee amputee so now I’m trying to earn the money this weekend to pay the last 100 dollars for the bleeder valves they ruined ans replaced so it wasn’t a good experience for me but they got a pretty penny out of me

I called to inquire about my vehicles extended service contract (to see if they are trustworthy as I can not afford to pay for unwanted diagnostic fees because Im currently unemployed due to the pandemic). Literally every mechanical component of my vehicle is covered under this plan, excluding wear and tear items such as tires/brakes, and it can be taken to any licensed repair facility. I spoke to an advisor to give him a rundown of my current situation and described how I cant afford unwanted diagnostic fees. What he didnt know, is that I was an automotive technician myself for years. I have already diagnosed my vehicles symptoms myself. I dont need them to charge me money to tell me what I already know about my vehicle that I drive daily. Id fix it myself if the contract didnt require a licensed repair facility to perform the work. I told him that I needed to establish communication between us and his technician to avoid these unnecessary charges that I can not afford. This is not a matter of not wanting to pay. Rather, its a matter of surviving until I re-establish employment. Which is contingent upon a properly operating vehicle, obviously. (None of which is their fault understandably). After I asked if this was possible, his response was, Unfortunately...That is when I hung up. I did not feel valued as a customer. This representative does not seem to care about you. All he sees is the money it seems. Certainly, he doesnt live up to the CHRISTIAN Brothers Automotive values and he has little integrity if any. If a higher up representative wants to remedy this situation, feel free by responding to this review and I will reconsider my rating if we can work this out. This vehicle is a like gold mine of repairs, so its worth a fair amount of money to your technicians, advisors, and company. I guess this advisor doesnt appreciate his employment and would rather have me take my money elsewhere. Because without us, the paying client, you would be unemployed sir.

So my normal mechanic sold his shop. Been going that guy for over 30 years. When my car needed immediate attention we remembered this place just opened up. its so hard finding good quality mechanic thats not out to basically make rent off ya. When I spoke with Jason he was so polite and helped me under stand the whole process answered every question I had. The Christian brothers went above and beyond my car hasnt driven this good in so long. Thanks guys alot. Even though it might be a little pricey for some people but believe me its definitely worth it! Its been since Thursday and its still good.

I changed my own oil and didn’t realize the gasket broke. I called Christian Brothers and asked if I could come by and have it looked at since I live close and they were welcoming. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the gasket for me without wasting my time! Thanks!

Christian Brothers did a diagnostic on my car and communicated promptly and frequently about the findings. It was great to receive text at each step of the process. However Christian Brothers were always available to discuss questions over the telephone. They gave me options to consider and allowed me the time I needed to research and process the decision. They were upfront about the cost and the timeframe needed to complete the repairs. The cleanliness of their shop was reflected in the way they took care of my car. Their office staff were friendly and professional and competent. Like what the HE double hockey sticks $500 for an alignment because my Jeep is lifted. But they knew what they where talking about well at least the technicians did. But the technician told me how to do it to save some money.

Besides the convenience of being only a mile from my house, CB made the process easy and smooth. They were courteous, professional, very organized, and a good value. Hardly seemed a pandemic was taking place but all precautions were being observed.

I had a good experience here. Needed some diagnosis confirmation on one of my vehicles. Bruce gladly showed me what he found and was very informative. They couldnt do the work as my vehicle is modified but changed my oil and was a good experience. Id take one of my other vehicles here next for the same service.

I was able to get both my vehicles oil changes and courtesy inspections done with it a 3 hour window.The facility was extremely clean, waiting room comfortable with beverages and entertainment.The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.The text messaging system provided a start time, status during automotive work, completion, and the option to approve further services was the absolute best !

Made an online appointment for an oil change with a link from Facebook ad for 50% off. They promptly confirmed my appointment. Dropped off my car and was updated through text message on the progress and given estimates for other work that needed to be done. I was able to approve 1 of them with just a touch of a button and declined the other work for now but they saved my quote for me. Car was done on time. No gimmicks or sales pitches. Great experience!

I know a bathroom shouldn’t matter when getting your car worked on but it was really nice to use a facility that was super clean and even had a beautiful changing table. Took my car in for an oil leak and they found a coolant leak and replaced some of the hoses and what not. They also ended up replacing the radiator and didnt charge me for it, which was a plus. They were incredibly communicative and sent photos of all the things they recommended to service. Theyve definitely gone above and beyond in my opinion. Would definitely recommend them.

Good for a free oil change, but wouldnt trust them much beyond that. I got a coupon for a free oil change, so decided to try them out. I was told that they had seen something (a high pressure something or other) leaking. They gave me a quote and I asked another shop what they would charge and the other shop (very reputable) said it would be $200 less than CBA. When I took it into the other shop they said they couldnt find anything leaking and that it is bone dry under the car.

I had my oil changed yesterday. The service advisor was nice and it only took about 30 minutes. Im just disappointed they didnt do or offer a courtesy inspection. It seemed like they just wanted a quick in and out job. Also I watched the mechanic spray something under my car which gave it an unpleasant smell for a bit. Overall ok experience, not as good as my first time.Update- the owner personally called me to explain what was sprayed and offered to have me bring my car in for the inspection anytime. He was very polite and professional. I will continue to take my vehicle here because of the courtesy.
