We had previously met with a different sales rep so when we called to speak with him we were told that he was no longer there and we ended up meeting with Charlie. Not only was he a way better salesman his attitude was amazing! Charlie gave us some great advice. We definitely plan on returning and purchasing 2 vehicles from Charlie. Amazing guy!!!!

Only reason I am giving this a 2 star is because my back ordered part came in sooner then expected. Bad communication and customer service, literally had to do all the calling around to my warranty and to their parts department to get get things going. Left multiple messages asking for a call back to check status on my vehicle which was there a month and questions I had that needed answers to and that never happened. Candace was who was “handling” my claim was discourteous and rude on pretty much every occasion I spoke with her. Definitely going to another location for any further services as I encourage everyone else to as well.
Ken was fabulous! He knows his product and explains everything so it is easy to understand.I have also worked with Candace as well and was very pleased.Both exhibited excellent follow up!
This place doesnt keep deadlines at all, and they screen calls so they ignore you when you try to follow up. I needed a new engine. However, there was a rusty bolt preventing the repair. The dealership literally kept saying they were working on the bolt for almost 2 weeks. My car literally sat around for weeks before it was ever touched after I gave them $5500. Meanwhile, Im paying for a rental car myself while getting the run around. They then told me that it had to go to a body shop and repairs were going to take weeks. I got my uncle involved, and when he went up there, suddenly, he was told that they could have the job done in 2 days and that it would be a priority. It took their body shop manager days to even look at the car. It finally made it to the body shop and then back to the dealership. That was a hassle and I had to go to the general manager to speed things up. I dropped my car off on 5/6/21 and didnt get it back until 6/2/21. $1300 in rental fees and $12000+ in repairs. The car seems to be running okay. Its louder than I remember. However, this was the worst service I have ever received. They made a stressful situation unbearable. I feel I wouldve been taken more seriously had I been a man. If my car broke down in front of this dealership, I would tow it somewhere else. The only way I would return to this location would be if something went wrong with the repairs that they made. This is only the tip of the iceberg. I dealt with Ken who would use all caps with me anytime I followed up. I give Larry H. Miller an F for customer service. Just awful!
It was an awful experience that left me unfulfilled and feeling as if no care or concern was put into my vehicle. Personal items were also missing from my vehicle upon pick up. The issue i needed diagnosed was not even looked at and i was quoted outrageous prices for repairs that were not needed. I even had to complete a repair myself that i was told would cost me 1600 in parts and labor. It truthfully took me 20 mins to repair myself with no parts or even tools necessary to fix it. And they had the audacity to charge me for two diagnostics as a result of labor they did not perform. To add insult to injury a set of spark plugs was needed so i purchased them from the dealership and they sold me the wrong part!!! Yes the same dealership that diagnosed an issue that supposedly would cost me 13000 to fix sold me the wrong spark plugs for my vehicle. 150 dollars for nothing. In total i paid 450 dollars for two failed diagnostics and a set of spark plugs i cant use and i still had to diagnose and fix the vehicle issues i needed by myself. Although i succeeded in removing the check engine light and stabilizing the gas gauge among a few small other issues, the level of service i received was awful and left much to be desired. I would never take my vehicle here again and if you havent already, turn around and drive away fast! You could do a better job yourself most likely with some patience and a few youtube videos. At least ylid be able to rest assured that yoi bought the right parts for the job. This dealership doesnt even know what spark plugs go with what vehicles and they claim to be experts? Experts at what? Its not vehicle repair i can tell you that with certainty. They dont even communicate whats going on until you call yourself and ask. Just everything about the experience was awful.
Everything was just fine and I’m so glad to have a great advisor (Kandice) you guys are having very hard working advisor she does everything to have job done right and on time to have customer been satisfied.Once again big time thanks to Kandice I’m very much satisfied and will recommend you to my friends for the services on there’s cars and I will be back for shore

I took my vehicle to have my oil changed. In the process they found my brake fluid was going was dirty so I had them drain & flush the brake system and then put in clean fluid every thing seemed to beI’m good shape. The brakes work well & everyone was courteous service was Done in a reasonably fast time.
Rick is ok the other guys on the drive are awesome but Candy is my favorite
