Ive used these guys many times in the past with fair results. The repairs are usually of good quality and the pricing reflects this. This time I made an appointment about a week ahead of time and went to drop off the truck on the scheduled date. My appointment had not been set, I walked into an office of confused individuals unwilling to assist. I left empty handed, with no answers and no direction. Nobody is perfect, but when you drop the ball it would be nice if someone would make some sort of effort to pick the ball back up. :(

I called in before I dropped my tow truck off Wednesday to make sure they would be able to get to it quick they said they’d have it in Thursday by noon never received a call I go by Friday noon still had it outside they got it in figured out what was wrong with it by 2pm Friday gave me a quote I confirmed to go ahead fix it after I got the quote they still had until 8pm to get the parts which are in town they failed to get it done they’re open Saturday still we’re unable to get it done here we are Monday 10am I just called to see what’s going on with my truck now they’re saying they gave me the wrong quote they had to add 300 more to the table which now they still don’t even have the parts nor my truck fixed also over priced for labor they’re charging about 1k fir labor few parts I need are about 200 if that.... I would’ve just took my truck somewhere else if I didn’t think I had a warranty on the problem I just fixed turns out it was a something else causing my truck to not complete a Re gen saying you’ll have the truck in by noon Thursday to possibly it done by Thursday night to still not having it ready by Monday is totally unacceptable I lost at least four days of work due to poor service not and sticking to their word

All of the personnel / people I dealt with here were very kind,courteous and helpful. I believe if you communicate kindly,decently with them,you will get a like ommunication in return. I had a severe electrical problem that was interfering with most of my dash gauges,transmission operations and engine protection shutdown.They located the problems. It took two separate visits,as the first mechanic/electrician/technician located the first section of wiring harness that was damaged. But did not identify the second section of wiring harness that contributed to the second interference of my truck engine protection system shutting it down for the second visit. After all was said and done. They got my problems repaired/ fixed and got me back rolling again.The first technician may have been terminated over this and past costly mistakes.??? I would go back,I would use them again. They have a great facility here,huge,nice trailer drop yard,nice lounge,parts rooms,one (1) nice shower upstairs in mens room. I would recommend them as a great staff,crew and facility.
Service received well worth the price. Work completed in timely manner. The quality of their mechanics is exceptional always kept updated on progress of work. All points considered......great place, very clean shop, great mechanics, your equipment will love being there.
I am not doing business with them because they are way overpriced! I requested an estimate to have my dpf replaced with a remanned filter. I drive a 2016 Cascadia. I was quoted over $4000 for parts and labor. I am having the service performed by there dealer for $2200.
If you are in Denver and have a truck or trailer brake down you have to call this guys, best service ever... Quick (they told my 45 min and showed up in 30 min) fair prices not BS! great guy on the phone Patrick and and service guy Brian West is the best!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I have a fleet of four 26 box trucks that we started to bring here for preventative maintenance. The first two were done efficiently, and we were charged the correct amount that was agreed upon prior to starting service. This is when the problems start. We bring the third truck in, and I get a call saying that they need to charge me two more hours for labor, because the fuel filter isnt easily accessible. I found this alarming, because all four of the trucks are the exact same year, make, and model. I reluctantly agree, because I need the truck the following day for moves. When I get the truck back to the office, I open all four hoods, and the fuel filter is in the EXACT same spot on all four trucks. I call Amber, and she states, that the tech was new, and it took him longer. Thats not my problem, thats your problem. There should of been an experienced tech helping train him. Then she proceeds to tell me from now on the PMs will be $100 more than the price we were quoted. After hearing this, they obviously have NO idea how to work on Hino trucks. That leaves the 4th truck. We drop the truck off for a PM and to have the check engine light looked at. After 7 days, Amber calls and tells me that the batteries are bad, and that unleaded fuel was put in the DEF tank. They provide us with a quote of $34,000!!!! The truck drove fine driving it in to drop it off, so more red flags went off. I told them to put the truck back together, and that we were coming to pick it up for a second opinion. We picked the truck up, and it drove totally fine back to the office. The next week, the truck was dropped at at MHC for a second opinion. They got back to me the next day, and it was a very minor sensor. The truck drives great, and there have been no issues. They told me I needed new batteries because they werent holding a charge, well the truck has fired right up every single morning in 15 degree temperatures. Avoid bringing your trucks here at all cost. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

Spoke with 2 employees and asked if they would install a new turbo in my truck, they said YES, however they wanted a 20% mark up on my part. Ok! Seems reasonable. Told them I needed truck by weekend for vacation to pull my 5th wheel. Said no problem and would be done by Thursday so I dropped it off Tuesday, called Thursday to see when I could pick it up. They informed me that new policy as of that morning was not to install others parts, then offered to charge me double what my part cost with zero core charge rebate. Thinking I’d be desperate not to have my vacation and bite the hook of their rip of scam. These guys are typical rip off. Liars! Not honest!! NOT a good ole boy shop. My friend who had fleet service there and referred me is going to pull his business as a result. Shame on this business!
Took a work truck here to get a DOT cert, they called to say everything was good except for some running lights were out and did I want them to go ahead and fix them. I said ok, but had no clue they would charge me $137 to replace 5 running light bulbs. I would have gone back there and replaced the bulbs myself had I known.
Were quite busy, & got me in with no appt (Air leak). Tim at the service desk was very helpful regarding my questions & concerns. Priced fair, & work performed was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Will use again.
UPDATE! I changed it from 1 star to three after we finally got a call.After disputing the payment with our bank we finally got a call back from the GM. He cut our bill in half and was extremely apologetic. Cant say that we will ever go back, but I am so thankful that they worked with us and handled the situation to both of our liking!Let me start by saying the guys that we worked with were all super friendly. But....-they WAYYYY OVERCHARGED US-Sent a tired mechanic-never contacted us backWe are converting a school bus and couldn’t get the bus to move so we had to hire a mobile mechanic from all fleet to meet us at our bus in evergreen. We were in communication with the mechanic through text 3 days before the scheduled appointment. We told him to bring a water pump because they charge per hour and it’s an hour drive to their shop from our bus. He said he would bring a water pump multiple times.Fast forward three days and he comes to work on the bus. He tells us that he is only running on one hour of sleep and super exhausted. He forgot the water pump and charged us $450 to drive to the shop and back......... he also told my husband that he just wanted to watch the bus run for an hour........ when he sent us the bill later that day we called and he admitted that he was just super tired when he wrote out our bill and he overcharged us. He also said it’s in his best interest to add hours because that’s how he gets paid.. He told us his boss would call us later that day..We never got a call back so we called them twice a day for 5 days. They said they would get it taken care of and then they charged our card for $1700 to fix a water pump... we finally had to dispute the claim with our card company!
It is consistently clean here at their drop yard. Paved over nicely. The drive spaces have concrete paths for the landing gear. Thats a smart thing to do to help maintain the overall quality here. No bent or pushed over fences here. Very easy drive to get here from I-76. The only thing I could ask for would be a food truck nearby.

Truly overpriced, they take advantage of your breakdown, sent a driver to get a simple fix done, water leak, and they charged $350. 1hr for diagnostics and 2hrs to fix it. How in the world did it take 2hrs to fix a leak? I have no idea, but they charged 2hrs in advance. Never again. They have no shame at all!!!
HORRIBLE! ABSOLUTE WORST DEALER EVER! I won my car on eBay and they were emailing me about it (MR. TIM), and then he STOPPED resending!! THEN! He claimed that I was not responding!!!! AND THEN TIM SAID THEY SOLD MY CAR! ABSOLUTELY ZERO NOTICE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!! EVER! NEVER! EVER!
Quick UPDATE so I came to pick my truck up they did Get the job done but my bill had an extra 450$ on top of my original quoted bill due to wrong estimate on parts fir a break job but they did deduct that 450$ and lil extra more $ off my bill and actually came under the original quoted bill so that was nice I always call before I drop of my truck to see if they’re busy or not so I can get in and out cause I run a tow truck company so just need to be more upfront about timing that’s all but overall I’ll they do good work and I’ll be back
We were blown away at the incredible customer service from All Fleet Services. We had just wasted a lot of money with an incompetent mechanic when we decided to call these guys. The person on the phone was incredibly helpful. They arrived to our location in a timely manner and followed our vehicle back to the shop to make sure we wouldnt have more issues on the highway. Then once at the shop they went out of their way to explain the full problem and outline all of our options. Their pricing was extremely fair considering the quality of service we received. The other comments and reviews on here are ridiculous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Hard to comprehend how they are still in business. Lack of communication, empty promises to lure the clients, inconsistent information. Stay away.

We just started using this company to maintain equipment dropped at COORS in Golden, CO. Our first experience is pretty fair, They explain all options to you and treat you right.
VERY Poor front office management waited over an hour for paperwork to be completed. Office staff dont seem to work together very well. Terry Hann the gentelman working on my paperwork kept getting distracted and answering phones while I waited for him to complete my paperwork.

All the times when I come here to buy fuel they stop the pumps and I never get suficient fuel and I need stop at another store for refill my truck I have sufficient money on my business account for pay any amount I don’t understand why they stop the pumps
