Highly recommend. Recently brought an E450 in for emissions. Unfortunately it broke down as we were pulling into the business. The mechanics were quick to run a diagnostic and seem to be fair on their price quotes, cheaper than many other repair shops. Communication has been quick and efficient. Their main contact is polite and professional. The emissions testing(which we could not complete yet, because of the breakdown) is much cheaper than every other shop we contacted.

I was just on phone with secretary at your shop. This individual is extremely dismissive and rude. I had work done there on my transmission. I explained that I was stranded without my van 3-4 months while at your shop. Your shop worked with a local Ram dealer to get transmission work completed. I explained this and secretary kept dismissing me and treated me like I was was not telling thd truth. Talked to me like I was nothing. Stated I needed to wait while they spoke with customers. So I am no longer worthy of respect because my van is no longer there? I need help right now. Not only was your secretary/receptionist disrespectful to a past customer but this individual hung up on me in a time of need.

I pulled up and was immediately attended to. I backed in and waited in the waiting room no longer than 10 minutes for my emisiones test to be done. James was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about diesels. I would recommend setting up an appointment before going. Also price point at $80 is the best I found around town. I’ll be back next year.

Very happy with service from Diesels Only. Those good folks did a major brake job on our Isuzu NPR truck along with several other fixes. The truck drives so much better and prices were very reasonable!

Job was done efficiently in a timely manner, & the gentleman that actually tested my truck did a great job, BUT the owner is Very unfriendly, I feel he needs help with his attitude! Sorry if he has bad days a lot of the time, but he needs to respect his customers. Im definitely Praying for him!!!

With my previous visits, the staff has never been extremely pleasant or warm/friendly, but, they were at least cordial and professional. Now, they are rude and angry towards Paying customers. I hope things get better for the staff, but until it does, my business goes else where.

Nice honest shop

The owner is a bad person. He doesnt warranty anything. The work in my truck last August on the high pressure oil pump and work for less than a year and they said is not warranty any more. And they fixed last Friday 08/14/2020 and 4 day later on 08/18/2020 the pump stop working. I take it back and they want more money. Because they dont warranty anything. No a good customer service from the owner he is an bad old man. Not good to anybody.

Highly recommend! Good old boys shop. These are the guys you want working on your stuff. Emissions test was fast and friendly.

Its nice to have a professional driver back your rig into his shop, then test the emissions quickly. I only spent about 15 minutes in the office waiting.

I recently had a major repair serviced at Diesel’s Only. The circumstances were exceptionally challenging and took extensive time to fix. Despite all the hurdles (most of which were beyond the anyone’s control), the team stayed positive and made considerable efforts in their work lives and personal lives to take care of me.The owner and staff at this shop demonstrated real integrity and went above and beyond to meet me half-way in a difficult time.Bravo!

Always easy to deal with. Especially when you show up half an hour late! Easy tests and very professional. Highly recommended!

Dont recommend this place for any worki spend around $10000 on a two transmissions rebuilt first one was on a bus ford and the second one was on box truck ford both trannys fails with in the first month and when i took them back they tried to fix them and they couldnt plus they charged me for some parts they put inside the trannys on the second time and charged for the labor even i paid the first time for a full rebuilt with warranty part and labor and still the didnt fix the problem and i had to take them to another shop to get them fix, plus they had the trucks down for over a month on the second time. this place is a total rip off

I took my isusu npr to them for e-test they charged me 300.00 for nothing,they wanted an other 600.00 here i am with no e-test these guys are bunch of ripoff never go to this shop again or recommend any body to go there,back in old days they had good guys working there not any more.

I do not recommend bringing your diesel here. Joe and has staff are nice enough and knowledgeable enough however completely careless when it comes to locking your vehicle. My truck was unlocked overnight, stolen and totaled. It was stolen on a Friday, dieselsonly didn’t inform me till Monday that my truck was gone. When I went to file a report and meet with Joe, another customer came in pissed off about his truck also left unlocked with all of his tools inside. Really just unacceptable. Try TSC Ford. At least Wayne and Nick have brains.

I went in there looking for directions I have no diesels they work on primarily it looks like big tractor trailers

I brought my truck here because it was smoking I was charged over $300 to diagnose the problem. They said I needed injectors and glow plugs. So I had them perform the work as well as oil change and all my filters changed. When that didnt fix the problem they called me and said my turbo is seized. I had trouble believing that because my turbo work before I dropped it off. So I brought the truck back to my shop turned out the turbo was not seized they did not change the air filter as they charge me for they did not change the gas filter the injector lines were leaking fuel all over the outside of my truck. I spoke to the owner and ask him for a refund and he said to call a lawyer. This happened in February of 2016.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Beware. This place is a total scam and takes ZERO responsibility for their actions. I just filed a POLICE REPORT and will be going to court to sue them because they parked my car on the street not even on their own property and my $4,000 generator was stolen and my truck vandalized and they refused to pay for it and STILL MADE ME PAY A $300 bill for an emissions test and simple water valve cap. Insane. Total ghetto chop shop who will rob you blind. They don’t even own the location they put my car in. After promising up and down when i left it there that the vehicle would be kept in a secured locked lot or inside when not being worked on. TOTAL LIARS AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Wish I could give negative stars. They will take you for all you’re worth. Avoid this place like the plague.

I took my 2002 Cummins, I just bought it about a month ago but it had some problems. They said it was the lift pump so I payed them to replace it. The truck was still running poorly. turns out it was the vp44 which I had a mechanic install at my home. now my truck leaks oil everywhere. thanks to them, when I bought it the truck was clean the owner moved chairs with it. I saw diesels only rev the hell out of my truck while it was cold. my experience with them was terrible but I cant do anything about it cause they say it wasnt them.

Took Another One of the Shop Diesel Trucks Here for my emissions Test, Like usual the guys assisted me right away. Taking my Keys and getting down to the paperwork. No Appointment needed I was in and out in under 30. I Read a Previous Review with someone complaining their truck had no power and took it into Jim for a look over, then continued to complain that the guys revved the engine cold....???... You drove it there they drove it in the shop and they checked for themselves Its power state by revving it looking for hiccups at 1000s RPM. Over all These guys Treat me like my shop is your Shop.. come in let us take care of you and Send you out happy. The place is a little older and could use some updating but its a diesel Mechanic Shop Ive Never Seen a Perfect one. Thumbs up boys The fleets growing so will the Work.

Dishonest owner hired me and stole most of my tools over the weekend. Allen is his name. Horrible service as a mechanic shop! Do not come here!

Lot a lot of parking but they usually dont take long.

All they did was clear the code on our car and did not fix a single thing we still have all the issues and the car has been in the shop 5 different times unacceptable ridiculous and very very very poor customer service!!!!!

Took my work truck to this place and a day later it wasnt running again. Called the owner and he laughed at me. This is the worst place to take your diesel truck. Spend over 10K to fix my truck and he didnt bother to look at the truck. I guess he needs me to take him to court.
