Kevin in tool rental is the worst. Had multiple tools break and when i say Im frustrated he asks why i even rent from there. Pretty sure hes the manager. I literally never have a tool work that I rent with them and their customer service is even worse than their tools. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere

I received good customer service from the tool rental department. I needed to use one of the Home Depot vans on short notice. They were very helpful.

It seems that a detached, uneducated staff has really shown us how disappointing Home Depot has become. Purchasing a garage door from this particular store was such a hassle due to pushy associates trying to up-sell us on things as simple has shipping. To make matters worse, the door showed up damaged. Upon contacting the store to resolve this matter, the staff seemed to not care, whatsoever. An associate basically told us to rent one of their trailers for an extra cost to get the door faster, and that wed have to pay for another door. After years of shopping, and supporting Home Depot, this may be our final trip shopping there.

I find the staff generally helpful and this Home Depot has decent stock of inventory, but Im always stuck waiting in a long line for tool rental. Theres so many employees walking around the rest of the store it seems like they could cross train a few on tool rental to help out during long lines.

I stood in line for 30 minutes and watched the staff take care of 2 people in tool rental... Piss poor attitudes, and no will to get customers in and out. Cant wait to get back to the shop and explain how terrible the service was...

Tool rental department sucks. They told me a tool wasnt in stock. When I told them the website showed it was in stock, rental agent said tool was broken. What BS. Company policy: we cant reserve tools, even if you agree to pay full charges in advance. Cmon, Home Depot. Why are you so bent set on making it so difficult for your customers?

If you are thinking about renting tools at this store either dont go or have at least two hours of your time to wait in line. There is only one guy working most of the time and they are super slow. I rent tools very often from different stores and this is always the worst. Avoid going there if you can
