I cant say enough about RMS Cranes. Each year I take my nephew out for his birthday, and this year he wanted to go to a crane museum so I reached out to RMS with an atypical request. One of their inside sales reps, Ryan, responded immediately and helped me coordinate an amazing day for my nephew full of big equipment, lots of information and even a crane operating mini-lesson. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, patient, and just outstanding. Ryan, Jules and Sparky went WAY above and beyond to make a kids day and I can only imagine they do the same for their customers. Incredible!

Awesome place phoned ahead to let them know when I was going to be there drove in the yard fireman meet me in a pickup took me out back right under the crane unloaded and was leaving 15 minutes later
