I’m impressed with this business, both the owner (Brian) and Craig (clerk), who are kind and helpful. I’ve brought in a variety of very dirty items (apparel and otherwise), and they’ve always come back in excellent shape. They’re timely and very reasonably priced, and their communication about items ready for pickup (usually early!) is helpful! They’ve earned my loyalty and I set up a business account with them!

Decided to give this place a try and regretted big time. Brought a few items including canvas bag. When I came in to pick up the order, I was told that half of the order is not ready. I drove from another part of the town so it would be nice to get a courtesy phone call. Oh well, came back the next week to pick up my canvas bag and it looked identical to what it was before the dry-clean. And I gave them the benefit of the doubt again thinking that maybe the stains were that hard to remove. Well, this Morning I needed to wear the dress that was dry cleaned by them and I was just shocked. It looks like it wasnt touched at all, all the dirt is still there. It doesnt even smell fresh! I had to spot clean under the running water and all the stains came right out.And its not about $12 that you guys charged for that dress, its about the lack of respect for your customer time and absolutely unacceptable service. Stay away from this place.

Changing cleaners. Used to love this business, but In the last year, the customer service has gone down hill drastically. Multiple times, at least three, minimum, I asked that my pants not be pressed because it leaves a weird sheen on them. Each time, the guy at the front counter acted like it was unusual request. Each time, my pants came back pressed and with a sheen. Why is it so hard to simply not press the pants? Im not convinced the man at the counter even made a solid attempt to communicate my request to the teams cleaning the clothes.Arrow points to where the change in the material happens. Top of pants are not pressed, bottom are pressed after requesting no press many times.

I came for some patchwork to stitch up a hole in my jeans. I like nice clothes but I’m still at rough guy and they were able to salvage my favorite pair. Will definitely come back. Very friendly staff and quality work. Thanks again

In a town full of over-priced, less-than-stellar cleaners, these guys have stood out repeatedly. Ive been going to them for years now and have had nothing less than stellar experiences here from the little jobs (great prices and attentiveness to keeping my clothes safe and clean) to the bigger ones (removing wine stains splattered all over a designer dress). Even after having moved across town, I make the drive because they keep impressing and I want to support the good businesses in this town. Keep up the great work, guys!

I am a new customer and this is the second item I have had cleaned here, 3rd time in the store. When I dropped off/picked up the last 2 times, it was on a Saturday. The gentleman working on Saturdays is delightful. I paid in cash and he said how much he appreciated that as a small business. My dress was cleaned and presented perfectly. Today, a Wednesday, was a very different experience. The guy working refused my cash payment and didnt seem to care when I told him that last Saturday my cash payment was preferred. I dont require change and let the business keep the difference. But I was required to pay with my credit card today. When I turned around to pick my cleaning off the rack, my shirt was hanging by one strap. I fixed it before walking out. I expect when I have things dry cleaned for them to be treated with care. Im sure it probably came loose when he placed it there, but the guy working didnt seem concerned about customer service. I will probably go back again to give this place another chance, but will make sure its on a Saturday.

Had a great interaction with this store! The process is quick and easy. Their prices are affordable. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful.They utilize a digital system that tracks your cleaning order and sends you updates via email to let you know when your order is ready. Pretty convenient.I would recommend them to anyone in need of some high-quality and efficient dry-cleaning for sure.

On one of my favorite ties (yes some of us still wear them) I somehow acquired a most prominent grease stain. I took the tie to The Cleaners. The owner Brian D. advised Lets try one round of cleaning and if needed will retreat and clean again. Initial cleaning worked, tie came out beautifully and pricing quite reasonable considering removing a prominent grease spotting from a silk tie. My former cleaners (Gigantic in Cherry Creek) closed due to redevelopment; nice to have The Cleaners w/in walking distance and easy on-street loading/parking if needed when dropping off or picking up bulkier items.

In a bind and unable to go to my usual place, I dropped my order off (at 8th) on a Tuesday, and it was expected to be ready by Friday afternoon. However I received an email notification on Thursday afternoon letting me know that it was ready a day early, which was great!My clothes came out fine, however my only issue was that the final price I received in the email notification was literally 50% more than the quote I received at drop-off, which was frustrating because I even took specific items out of my drop-off bag to go over them in detail/in-person. So I was disappointed to see the final price differ so much from the quote from only two days before.When I came into the store for pickup, I finally saw an itemized receipt, and the gentleman working (a different one) adjusted the final price for me due to the misinformation I received at drop-off. I really appreciated this, because if that didn’t happen, this would have been my first and last visit. Next time I plan on asking for an official quote, if they can provide one (vs. just going off of someone’s word), so that way I can decide right then whether to proceed, or to just wait until I can go to my usual place. Overall happy with the resolution.

UPDATE - Brian got back with us super quickly and found our clothes - they got put under previous account. Changing to 5 stars for previous good service and stellar, timely resolution.ORIGINAL - Normally I would give them 5 stars. Weve used them for about 3 years on and off, and theyve never been anything but awesome. However, this morning I went to pick up our order (about $1500 of clothes including alterations) and they couldnt find it. They also didnt give me a time frame for when they would find it. They also dont have an email posted anywhere so this is the only way I have to contact them. Hopefully the owner sees this and gets in touch? Well see.

The Cleaners does a great job. It is also very affordable. I did have one issue here, but Brian (the owner) went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I would highly recommend the Cleaners.

The owner of this shop is friendly and consistent. This is why I choose local/independent businesses every time. He has always finished my dry cleaning sooner than the expected timeline he gives you, and I love that he emails me when its done. My shirts and pants are always looking great when I pick them up. And the prices are fair. Wont go anywhere else.

I have been bringing all of my work clothes here for dry cleaning every two weeks. They are extremely professional, do a great job, and almost always have my clothes ready before the day and time they give as an estimate. The pricing is also much better than all of the other places I have tried - highly recommend them, in case that didnt come across in my previous comments. :)

Used to be my go to dry cleaner/place to launder shirts. Had some staffing changes about a year ago and not for the better. They had this lady at the front desk who was a bit...rough around the edges. I kind of suspect she lost a shirt of mine as well. Bring back those two younger dudes from a while back! They were great!

The new guy is rude and wants the customer to do his job for him. He asked me how many shirts I had...I have no idea, its his job not mine. Also it always stinks in there. The cleaners job itself is great! Customer service not so much. He never smiles anymore seems unhappy.

Came in here today dropped my suit to get it dry cleaned urgently the guy on the front desk told me he can get it done by 7AM prices were really great i loved how the guy explained the prices definitely coming back again the prices are very reasonable if you compare them to other laundrys in the area

Cleaners is under Laundromat but isnt, it is a dry cleaners that will do your laundry for a charge. Desk person could have suggested a real laundromat in the area but didnt.

Theyre just the best!!
