Merhnoush is so incredibly sweet and talented. She did an absolutely amazing job on my dress and just had the warmest most welcoming energy. She is very responsive and squeezed me in sort of last minute. She was recommended to me by a friend and now I will recommend her to all my friends! I almost never write google reviews but I was so nervous looking for a good tailor that I wanted to let all fellow Denver brides know that Needle me Knot is 10/10! I couldn’t be more happy :)

Merhnoush is absolutely wonderful! If you would like your couture wedding dress altered by a professional who will listen to all your concerns please do yourself a favor and go see her. She has a lot of experience and will be honest with you about her opinions. She will put in as many hours as necessary to make sure your dress fits you perfectly, it doesnt matter how hard of a job it would be for her. She does everything with a smile. I went here to get a dress altered to fit me at 7 months pregnant. The person there could not tell me an approximate price or finish by date, and hadnt heard of a corset style so I drew a picture. After she took measurements, she wrote take in instead of let out. .....I took the dress and left. Those terms are crucial. Waste of my time.

I took my dress here to be cleaned. They said they would call when it was done, but after a week and a half I hadnt heard anything, so I called them. The lady on the phone couldnt find my dress in the shop at all, and had to hang up and look for it. Finally I heard back and it turns out it was still at the cleaners, and they had forgotten to send it back to the shop. I went to pick it up, and again they couldnt find my dress! I explained that it had to be there, and she finally found it in the back. When I tried to pay, I was told they only accept cash or check. Not a big deal, but after the previous experiences it was the last straw for me that led me to write this review. I own a small business as well, and there are numerous ways for small businesses to accept cards. Pull yourself together, Needle me knot! Your punny name only gets you so far...haha.
