Great prices & friendly service. Ignore the old reviews they are from 7 years ago. Give these folks a chance. They brought our boots back to life & charged us half of what another cobbler had quoted.

Did a great job getting new soles on my shoes with a quick turn around. He even polished my shoes for free and they look better than ever.English is not their first language so be patient and ensure you are communicating clearly.

Ive been coming here for over a 13 years and I returned for a reason. The gentleman who repairs the shoes always took care of me from drop off to pick up; reviewing his work with me after the work was complete. I had always received great, quality work and customer service. In recent visits they would just hand me my shoes when Id pick them up and the quality was going downhill. My last repair resulted in a heal falling off the shoe the first time I wore it. When I went in to have them fix it, the woman at the front wanted to charge me. I told her it had just been repaired but she could care less. I reminded her how long I had been coming in and that still didnt matter. In a world where, thankfully, there is geneousity without the expectation of anything in return, taking care of a loyal customer is a given. Its unfortunate to see this happen for their business and their customers. Im taking my business elsewhere; to a small, locally owned business who values their customers and takes pride in their work.

Wonderful and friendly! Realized I was down to the metal on my heels as I was headed into work this morning, so I called them up to see if they could replace my heel on my pumps. $12 and 10 minutes later, I was out the door! They even gave a quick wipedown and polish of my leather pumps before giving them back. Professional and quick - I will be bringing all my shoes here from now on!

This place does a good job. The prices arent the cheapest but they seem to know what they are doing. They got a stain out of my suit jacket that I forgot to even mention to them and had been to a different dry cleaner who failed to remove it. The staff are also friendly from my experience. I went in once to get shoelaces, and the guy behind the counter had me take off my shoe, took out the lace, got a measurement, and replaced the lace for me. Great service.

As others have mentioned, the woman at the front desk is quite rude. I brought in a belt for resizing and was told they would have it ready by Saturday AM - came in Monday around noon and it still wasnt ready. No apologies, no notice that my things would not be ready, just a it will be ready when its ready, we are busy.

Amazing shoe repair. Took several pairs of heels to have caps done and they looked like new. I used them when they had Colfax location, now drive to Hampden for repair.

I am so pleased with everything I have had them do for me; I.e. Alterations, shoe repair/soles, dry cleaning & laundry! Amazing people work here! So nice and friendly!

Great tailoring, repairs, and dry cleaning. A wonderful family owned business.

Took in three items to have looked at, a vintage suitcase for some broken elastic, some boots to have altered, and a gun holster to have sewn and polished. They told me it would be weeks wait. Came back one week later and the kid forgot about all the items! WTF? He told me to come back the next day and it would all be done. Picked up items the next day to find not all of the elastic in the suitcase replaced, gun holster sewn but only half polished, and the boots werent even touched. Charged me $80+ for all the work. Take your money and your time elsewhere.

Used them for a leather ski glove repair. Not the most friendliest people in the world, but they did a nice job and on time. Now bringing in some pants for alteration. Would recommend.

Shoe repair - They get the job done well.. dress shoes, boots, womens boots, etc

Tell you one price then when you leave the luggage and have to actually call them to check on status they tell you a completely different higher price. No customer service.

Rude and nonexistent customer service.I took in a pair of shoes to be repaired. The woman told me they could not be repaired and by my waiting so long to bring them in You have ruined them!When I questioned her if there wasnt any way they could be fixed, she said shed have to have the shoe repair guy look at them.So first she says it cant be done, but then apparently shes not in a position to decide if the repair can be made or not.

I have been using them since 2009 and have been satified with their service from dry cleaning to garment repairs. I have no complaints
