Arrogant and irresponsible business. The workmen called early to announce - contrary to plan - that they were coming an hour earlier than the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window. We started scrambling to move items as a courteous customer does before carpet cleaning. Then they showed up even earlier! Just 15 minute after the early time theyd announced.But even worse, they were extremely RUDE. They not only arrived with no masks, but smirked and angrily refused! “ We don’t wear masks!” We politely offered them masks, which they brushed aside.Colorado is under mask mandate based on the current deadly spread of Delta Covid Variant. Whatever their misguided position may be on Covid masks in their own lives, they were entering our home, which requires courtesy - at least minimal courtesy - to us in our home! As workmen here they would be guests.We called the owner, who was no better. “We have no policy on masks,” he snapped. No apology.My wife has used ChemDry franchises elsewhere for 35 years. They were always courteous and responsible. The others came on time, did good work and treated her courteously. They were tge opposite of these people, it would be a mistake for any homeowner to use them.

Karl from ChemDry came out clean our upholstery, and he called the owner On site, saying “never ask me to do this again.” He believed he ruin the chair, apparently this is the first time he do dry clean,He mostly does wet clean. The owner told him it is fine, the chair will dry next day, if not, we can call him. The next day, of course the chair still look ruined, my husband emailed and I called 6 times, because this is my favorite chair. No one answered. I left a voicemail, still have not hear anything. We just spent $170 for them to ruin our $2000 chair, and they are not even giving us a call back.

We have purchased their cans of spot cleaner for YEARS, it works AMAZINGLY WELL and they are always extremely prompt in their home delivery of it!! Fantastic service!!

We have a puppy, we have kids and therefore a gross carpet. We had previously hired a professional cleaning company and it was worthless. So I wasnt real excited to dump a lot of money into cleaning my carpets, but I havent had time to do it myself.Justin came over and was very nice and kind. I thought I needed the extra clean, but when Justin looked at our carpet he said we didnt need that kind of service. I really appreciated Justins honesty and also the fact he saved us money. He was here for about 2 hours and our carpets look brand new. I had given up hope that they would ever look this good again.Not going to lie, it wasnt cheap, but it WAS worth it. The puppy smell is gone, and my carpet looks like new. Super impressed with the results and would recommend to anyone!

The technician who cleaned my slate tile did a phenomenal job cleaning all the dog urine, grease in the kitchen and all other soil particles out of tile and grout. Corry, was professional, hard working and detailed to doing the job right. My wife is quite happy to see the white color in the grout again instead of the yellowish color and odor that is no more. You can see the true color of the slate pop out and just beautify the whole floor of our ranch home. Thanks Chem-Dry of Colorado for doing a superior job. I will definitely recommend you to others.

Andres cleaned my carpet, and he couldnt have been more friendly and hardworking! Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning that I feel can really clean my carpet. It leaves no residue and actually removes stains that I thought were impossible! I have been a devoted fan of Chem-Dry for about 7 years, and I wouldnt use anything else. The service I received from Chem-Dry Colorado was fantastic. When I called to schedule, they got me on the schedule within 2 days, and were so polite and professional. We moved into a new house and the carpet smelled strongly from pets. Corey from ChemDry came over, gave us a very thorough estimate of what could be done, and got to work right away. He was pleasant and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right and made clear that he wasnt going to do any unnecessary work. He ended up recommending pulling up the old carpet and sealing the floor, and it worked well. No smells, and its one less big project we have to do. Highly recommend!

We tried this company today after reading all of the positive reviews and I cannot agree more with them. The guy that came out was friendly, handled really well my kids and dog being curious about him the whole time, and he treated my daughters room that smelled like pet urine after she went on our brand new carpet. I would use them again to clean our whole carpet next time and especially recommend them to anyone with a pet odor problem.

Chem-Dry was prompt and we had lots of pet stains and other spots. My house looks great and drying time was minimal. John Paul was great and really worked hard, my husband was super impressed! We will go back to this company!

Andres was great. He called a half hour before he arrived and was right on time. He quickly measured the area and quoted me price that seemed pretty reasonable. Great Guys, fast, care about your carpet, walls, furnishings, super careful and reliable. Andreas was the tech and he was really conscientious, knew the product and process very well and most of all, was very, very courteous and respectful. There are many companies out there who will hire any bonehead and put them in a uniform -- not these guys, and it shows.Also, the process they use is soap free -- soap in a carpet solution is like putting oil on the carpet -- it will attract dirt, and guess what, then your carpet looks dirty again in a few months -- it then becomes a cyclical problem. If you have ever used carbonated water to get a stain out of your clothing, this is the same process, so why wouldnt it work better? I highly recommend the company and the process.

I am so very happy with the results of the PURT process and the regular carpet cleaning. My rugs are now clean and soft and smell good,also! Justin was the tech. that came out to give me an estimate and also, to do the cleaning. He was professional and courteous and hard working. I had never used Chem-Dry before but I certainly will from now on!

I had both red wine stains and stains from a sick cat. All came out beautifully. While I had them here I all had 20 year old tile cleaned and stained. Looks brand new. Rene has been cleaning my carpet for over 12 years. He has always been prompt, professional, clean-cut and exercised great care and professionalism with my carpet and furniture. I challenge anyone in town to find a cleaner who provides more attention to detail and has more experience and skill.My carpets still look fabulous even though I have not replaced them in that time, and they are white. I always have him put protectant on the carpet so that it will retain a tremendous level of cleanability. Id put him up against any technician in town.

John Paul came out this afternoon and did an amazing job on our carpets! There was an area with urine stains from our dog and cat. John Paul treated the area with ChemDrys PURT II treatment, explaining the process and answered all of questions. I would highly recommend their services. I also greatly appreciate that they made time for me so quickly and even came early!

Nick came today and cleaned my very old carpet. He made it look like new. Well, almost. some of it is 29 years old. But, chem dry does a much better job of other companies I have used over the years. I think the powerhead really makes a difference. This is my second try with ChemDry and I am sold!!! Never going back to my old company.
