If you have Navaho or Oriental Rugs, you will get the best care and repair that you could ask for. I wouldnt even consider another place in the area. Over the years my my Mom or I have tried them all.They can also identify where and usually when your rug was made and the approximate value. They are able to identify if you have a Navaho or a copy and whether the rug was made for sale at the markets or are an upper end rug.

I am writing this review not because I have used him personally, but because I am another professional in the field, and have visited Roberts facility and have used his expertise on certain occasions. I have got to say he runs the best rug facility that I have ever experienced, with the most knowledgeable staff not just Robert himself. It gives me something to strive for every day to get better. His staff is so professional and helpful, they have never turned me away for advice and are always willing to help. His team has a true passion and love for rugs and just want to make sure that all the correct things are being done to these works of art. Every person I have met from the office staff, rug washers, and repair staff are second to none. Fabulous work. My oriental rugs were expertly repaired and cleaned so well that they are vibrant and lovely once again. Pick up and delivery were easily scheduled and on time. Great staff, helpful and informative.

They do such a great job! They’re so knowledgeable about different rugs and fibers and won’t hesitate to discuss the best option for cleaning your rug. Both teams who picked up and returned the rugs were extremely respectful and friendly. Art and Jon delivered my cleaned rugs and new pad. They even removed their shoes! Ya thats exactly what you get when you send your rugs here to Robert Mann, I had a beautiful nain rug I was cleaning here in NC and unfortunately it had serious issues to the point where my skill level could not help. I like to think I am good at what I do but when I need help there is only a couple Id trust and Robert is #1 on the list. He is well respected in the rug clean and restoration community. He was able to advise me on what made some area rugs less valued than others and on what type of rugs were more valued. He also educated me about different types of rugs and prices on the market today than in the past. My oriental looks great and Robert Mann Rugs was excellent to deal with. They showed up on time to pick up and deliver the rug back. A rare occurrence these days.

Robert Mann Rugs staff, are professional and knowledgeable. I had a very old rug I got years ago. I was surprised at how soft and shiny it was after the cleaning. There was also a small cigarette burn in the rug and you can barely tell its there now. I would recommend using Robert Mann Rugs for all your rugs.

We have used Robert for cleaning and repair on some Navajo rugs a few months back. The whole process was very smooth and of course the rugs came out looking great! I couldnt even find where it had been repaired! Very courteous staff to deal with over the phone as well. Great company!

We had a small Indian rug that hadnt had any attention for 80 years. Robert Mann Co. cleaned it and brought back the vibrant original colors. We were very pleased and will be having some other Indian rugs washed and repaired.

Everything about my experience was amazing from start to finish. I had an oriental rug cleaned with several stains on it. It came back with the stains gone but the colors were also so much brighter. I also had a wool, woven table runner that my 2-year old cut with scissors. They repaired that as well and neither my wife nor I could even find where it had been cut. The prices are a bit higher than other places but I was very pleased. The standard cleaning price was $4/sq. ft and the lowest I found was $3.25/sq. ft. What really sold me is that I read a review of an out-of-state rug cleaning store that sent a rug they had problems with to Mann Rugs to have it fixed. Amazing!
