Ever since Jace took over this business it has been fabulous! My carpets look immaculate and luckily won’t have to be replaced now that the cleaning has removed so many stains that I thought were irreparable. They also clean out dryer and air vents and clean tile, so I’m definitely looking forward to working with this company in the future!

If you are looking for carpet cleaning, Beware: Late to appointment, BAD TAPE MEASURE, and lack of counting skills. Carpets were cleaned very well. However, the administration side of the project was very a very unpleasant experience. I received the recommendation from Home Advisor (which is a paid advertising service). I spoke to Brad on the phone and was quoted a relatively low price. I cant remember the exact amount because I called 3 companies and he seemed the least expensive and easy to work with. Brad stated he would need to see the house before a final quote could be completed. The technician who was supposed to complete the work had an emergency and left work for the day. Brad himself came out to the house to complete the work and was 2.5 hours late from our original scheduled time. Thank goodness we called him or he would have not know to call him employee to learn about the emergency and we would have been left high and dry. When he arrived to my home we never received an apology for the tardiness and then he calculated the square footage and the price almost tripled. I was in a bind due to house the house going on the market. I accepted his price and allowed him to do the work. Once my husband got home he measured the house and found a difference of approximately 50sf. When he called Brad he was apologized to and told it was due to a bad tape measure. Brad wasnt sure how the measurements could have been off so bad. He offered to refund $30. He also never mentioned the online special of 4 rooms up to 400sf for $109. Then it was $.35 for each additional square foot. Which would have been less expensive if he had calculated the number of stairs in the house correctly. I was charged for 18 and we only have 15. I give Brad credit for attempting to make it right, however I feel the honest review serves the community better than him refunding me some of the money. 750sf for $320 (We received a $20 discount for being late, which we actually had to ask for.)

He does a great job in a timely manner. I have large dogs and the hair & spots are always gone.
