I am one of the lucky people whom has been waiting on my unemployment benefits since DECEMBER 27TH. There is a glitch in the software that is not allowing me to request benefits and I have been waiting for months. I have nothing! Ive lost everything and am homeless. Thank you for nothing!!

They cant manage their way out of a paper bag! it has taken them three months to correct something that wasnt broken!!!!

Deloitte is the company that implemented portals for the department of labor and employment in several states. In 2013, ya’ll launched a portal called ‘CONNECT’ for Florida which was a disaster. It failed again last March immediately and repeatedly. The Tampa Bay Times reported, It crashed constantly and job seekers went weeks and months without receiving benefits. You were, also, responsible for the data breaches earlier this year in Colorado, Ohio and Illinois. You can find articles on an Ohio woman filing a suit against them. The point...they dont have a good track history of rolling out these programs. They have been paid hundreds of millions of dollars across the United States to create and implement these programs for states. This looks like a potentially large class action lawsuit, transiting state lines, for the amount of financial harm that has been caused to thousands, if not, millions of people across the country.Ya’ll are literally at fault for all the people in Colorado on phase 2 through 4 who are losing everything they have right now, all bc ya’ll chose to update the CDLE system right after the extension of benefits was approved, which seems like poor planning on your part at this point.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst tech company in existence.
