The employees are carrying the company on their backs. However, the company is unfair with the employees, and have past ethical issues and unprofessional ways with dealing with problems. Recently the employees are required to get the covid vaccine, even if religious reasons, health history, or at home working employees refuse to take it, however they are terminateating employees who dont comply no matter the reason. Sounds a bit messed up.
