I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I found the process of having the activities then the live session to be an excellent way to learn. I would definitely take another course if given the opportunity and highly recommend their work!

I found the content to be extremely helpful and hit on all the points and areas that I needed support on. The live sessions facilitated great conversation and created a shared experience with other members of the organization who I now see as peers and as a source of support. I also appreciated the 1:1s which helped dive deeper into applying the course to real life situations.

My coach, Lynda, helped me take my resume to the next level, gave feedback on my cover letters, answered various questions I had, and sent links to articles that dove deeper into my questions. I felt I could ask any question and entered job interviews better prepared! My coach was kind, helpful, and encouraging - what every job searcher needs! I highly recommend ICC!

ICC should be every HR professionals right hand! Ive utilized their services on multiple occasions, both as an organization and as an individual, and cannot recommend them enough. Every interaction with ICC is top-notch and completely personalized to the individual. When conducting a large RIF, ICC came in to ensure each affected employee had a personal support group in whichever way best served their needs. Many of our remaining employees actually requested to be signed up with ICC as well! If youre not working with ICC you are likely working with the wrong company.

My coach was fantastic. She had so many good ideas and was very supportive during every phase of my job search. She even handled my calls and texts over the weekend when I was making some big decisions. Any time you are looking for a new opportunity due to a prior situation that was beyond your control, (ie. Company was sold) it can be a very stressful time.My experience with Kim Robinson was simply put, AMAZING!She was so attentive, kind, compassionate and great to talk to and really helped put me in the right frame of mind as I completed my job search. I was able to jump back into the work force very quickly as compared to many of my peers and I attribute that to Kim and her team.

For the short amount of time that our coach had with us, he really got to know us and helped us individually to overcome the stress of the layoff. For me personally, I remember his words about fit being an important consideration by the employer in the hiring process. This statement helped to keep me motivated to pursue many interviews, even if the job description wasnt quite right. This way when the right opportunity came along, I was prepared to pursue the right job with the right fit.

Jill was super helpful in getting my resume polished and helping me with interview prep. I definitely got a lot more responses after working on my resume with her. She was extremely friendly and professional. I really enjoyed working with her.

ICC has been a great help to me in my latest job search. From the initial contact, in order to pair me with a coach that would be the best fit, to the final follow up to see if I ended up getting the job I mentioned to my coach ICCs coach Amy Twiggs was FABULOUS! Amy made me feel very comfortable at our first meeting and provided some very helpful information on my resume and interview skills, things I was really concerned about at first. Amy even offered to allow me to use one of their conference rooms for interviews as I did not have a quiet place to do video conferences. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again!
