I was lied to when I was told that my car was running fine. It wasnt when I picked it up. But he said drive it around a couple of days. Yeah right the battery light was on when I picked up the vehicle. He said he tested it . My antifreeze was leaking he said he overfilled it. My battery is dead and I am sitting here. With no heat. In my car that was supposed to be running fine.
He was a good person. I know I didnt say good bye to him. Jesse the owner he past away.
Very professional and especially to performance fast. Thanks emmisions crew and Blessings to All 🌹💖😍🙏❤
I heard about this place from someone at work and I have to say, I have taken my cars to one guy for years, now that I have relocated to the Denver area I was really worried about finding a new mechanic. Jessie, the owner and all the guys there were so professional, they do fantastic work at a reasonable price and they are all really cool. Just a small town hole in the wall shop, but they do everything with pride and it shows in the work they do. They are honest and I am now a customer as long as I live in the Denver area.
Had an excellent experience! Fast and knowledgeable service for a great price.
Jesse at performance auto charged me for a carburetor rebuild after they had installed a red chemical in my tank that clog up the carburetor this should have been a free repair. The rebuilt carburetor is leaking when I went to pick up the vehicle it was out dead battery and the drag link was rubbing on the tire he was also paid to do the suspension work as well. I cannot even put this vehicle in my driveway think twice before you hire performance
Great mechanics......you can tell these guys are busy...an old school shop that is comfortable with a 46 Chevy or a 15 Audi.
This is the most inexperienced/unprofessional place ive ever took any of my cars. They actually found a way to make my car worse and didnt take any responsibility for it. Said theyd send a tow truck for free to come get it And fix way they had messed up, they have yet to come.... Its been 2 weeks. Dont recommend this place to anyone.
Good workers, responsibles on what they do. Reasonable prices and allways on time. Ill recomended for shure..!!
Poor quality in workmanship, service and lack of try. I sent my friend there for a timing belt replacement and within 2 days it came loose. They offered ZERO assistance. If you dont believe me just stop by there and peek in their shop. Its dirty nobody is ase certified. Be aware they can mess your engine up to the point to where it needs to be replaced.....
Horrible service.. These guys have no buisness working on cars.. They tried to sell me head gaskets on my Subaru and they werent leaking.. I just had them replaced at my local mechanic. Dont trust them
Great work and good price.
On 10/05/13 I dropped my vehicle off at JC Auto Electric to have some work done on it, as it had not passed emissions. When I picked it up on 10/07/13, the mechanic and owner, Jesse, assured me that it was fixed and he had replaced the catalytic converter and that it would now pass emissions. I had it retested for emissions the following day and it once again failed, and I had to pay an additional $25 out of pocket for a retest. At this point I dropped it off with JC Auto Electric on 10/14/13, and Jesse said that he would stand by his warranty (1 year on parts and labor) and fix it so it would pass emissions. My car stayed at the shop for exactly 1 week. Several times throughout the week I called to see if my car had been worked on, and what the diagnosis was. Whenever I would call Jesse would give me the runaround, saying that they were busy and that they still had not had the chance to look at it.Finally on 10/21/13 Jesse called me and said that my vehicle was done, and that I could pick it up. When I arrived at the shop, I once again asked Jesse if my vehicle was fixed, and he assured me that it would pass emissions. When I got in my car to leave I immediately noticed a shoe box, an apple core, several gum wrappers, a pair of glasses that werent mine and some chewed gum stuck to my dash. I found this a little disconcerting, but I was going to leave anyway. When I started up my car I noticed that my gas tank was on empty and that someone had put (driven) 196 miles on my vehicle. I know this to be true, as I filled up the gas tank and reset the tripometer right before dropping it off at the mechanic. At that point I confronted Jesse with the evidence that someone had been joyriding in my car and had drained my gas tank. He adamantly denied this, even though my vehicle was in his care, control and custody the whole time. The work that was being done to my car should have involved minimal driving on his part, so 200 miles more on the odometer is egregious!I then drove home and thoroughly inspected the vehicle inside and out. While doing this I discovered more trash, including empty beer bottles, in the vehicle along with gum embedded in the carpet and several stains to the carpeting that I could not remove. I contacted the Denver Police Department and filed a police report for unlawful use of a vehicle and theft of gasoline. On 10/22/13 I once again took off work early and drove to the emissions testing station and paid $25 for a restest. For the third time my vehicle failed the test. This time the vehicle actually failed worse than the previous 2 times I had it tested!I then drove immediately to JC Auto Electric and showed Jesse the 3rd failed emissions test, confronted him with the additional evidence that I had of him joyriding in my vehicle, and demanded a refund. Jesse once again denied joyriding in my car, so I confronted his other mechanic. I got the mechanic to begrudgingly admit that he was the one driving my vehicle around unauthorized. At that point I threatened to call immigration on the second mechanic and he blew up on me, got in my face and then disappeared somewhere. When I once again demanded a refund from Jesse, he pleaded with me to let him fix it. He said that this time he would definitely fix the problem. I responded by telling him he was crazy if he thought I was going to leave my car there again after it had been driven unlawfully, they had trashed the interior and still had not resolved the problem.I once again demanded my money back and told Jesse that I had already filed a police report. At that point he became enraged and told me that I was not going to receive a refund. I then called Denver Police Department to resolve the problem. The responding officer said that he would testify on my behalf when I take Jesse and JC Auto Electric to civil court.
Stopped in there to get general information, checking play out to get Auto Repair, will take my vehicle there to get repairs done and then I will read it again
