This is overdue, but worth writing still! I bought a used car from Carvana a few months ago (wouldnt really recommend, but besides the point) and was nervous about some of the things I was finding. I called Pearl Street Garage hoping to make an appointment, and they told me to stop by just came out and looked at the car and gave me some of the most honest, straightforward advice Ive received as it relates to cars. No charge, no appointment, just very clearly trying to help out someone buying their first car. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!

I called to get some info so I could compare pricing on a bunch of work I need done to my Escape. WOW was Scott helpful - he broke everything down, told me what was most important and what could wait and what wasnt necessary. So helpful to someone who doesnt pay attention to car maintenance until theres an issue. :) I will now be bringing my car in for oil changes and maintenance needs.

This auto shop is hands down the best one in the Denver area. I wont go into details but my Jeep repairs are always WAY less expensive here and the quality is WAY better. I never feel like I am being cheated or sold on unnecessary services. Customer service is great as well. I highly recommend Leos!!

Ive been getting my vehicles serviced at Leos for 5 years now. I wouldnt take them anywhere else. They consistently quote the same or lower than other AAA-certified mechanics in the area and their work and communication are excellent. Theyve worked on both my 1999 F150 and 2012 VW and have kept both my vehicles working and on the road. Jason is an excellent front office manager. Couldnt ask for a better local mechanic. My engine seized down the street and I needed oil. I happened to walk to Leos and they were very friendly and helpful. I received a container of oil, which they normally do not carry. They did not even charge me, after I insisted, and I was able to start my engine and get home safely. Thank you so very much for your kindness and help! I was also impressed by how incredibly clean their garage was!

Leo’s Auto is the absolute BEST in Denver. This is the second year in a row that I’ve driven from Virginia Beach to Denver and my Chrysler Town & Country has had engine trouble. I called Jason at Leo’s and being a tourist headed to The Grand Tetons, he got me right in and completed my repair in the same day. Jason is professional, ethical, and exceeded my customer expectations. If his boss reads this, please give him a pay raise. Leo’s is fair and will not rip you off. Don’t hesitate going there. Yesterday I was driving on I-25 when my car completely shut down - not an ideal start to my day. I just moved to the S Pearl area, and I decided to get towed to Leos, since its at least nearby. These guys were thorough, fast, fair, and friendly. I got a new alternator and battery installed by the end of the day, at a price that was lower than expected. Definitely will be using Leos for all my automotive needs as long as I live in the area. Highly recommended!

Wow, what a great experience. My wife’s car stalled on her way to Colorado Springs. AAA said they would tow her to Leo’s. I called ahead to make sure they had time to look at it since she would be stranded there. They were able to look at it right when it got off the truck. It was a minor issue they resolved quickly. Test drive it and got her back on the road. I can’t say enough good about Jason and his customer service. He kept me informed of everything going on, even making suggestions for my wife to try before getting the tow. Before leaving for the evening Jason even called me to make sure my wife got down to Colorado Springs safely and without trouble. Again, customer service like you don’t find anywhere else any more. I highly recommend them.

I own a 2001 Ford Taurus with over 155,000 miles...the suspension was making noise, my transmission felt like it was slipping at times and passenger automatic rear window would not go up and remained open. The automotive shop that I had used previously had since moved a number of miles away from my home and so I researched, found and scheduled an appointment with Leos Automotive on 10/22/19. As it turned out, I required 2 front struts and coil assemblies, 1 ball joint, a serpentine belt, right and left front sway bars and a torn outer boot that required a front axle shaft. The motor had gone out on my left rear window which I decided to close the window and get the motor fixed at a later date. Bottom line for great review...the total cost for all of the above, from my perspective, was very fair and reasonable and the technicians quality of work is outstanding! My Taurus drives like a new car! Now, I dont typically write reviews...period...but I was so impressed with everything that I wholeheartedly give Leos Automotive my highest rating and endorsement! Heres why...the curb appeal and cleanliness of their establishment, their honesty, the highest degree of professional customer service and communication that I received from Jason and Scott and, as important to me, the highest level of quality workmanship performed by their outstanding mechanics/technicians! The folks at Leos Automotive have a customer for life in me!!!! I recommend them without any reservation!!!!

I went here the other day after concerns that my car was leaking fluid. Even during the first call Jason was able to explain that it probably wasnt anything of concern, but still offered me an appointment the next day. They checked out my vehicle and recommended some repairs that could be done, but werent necessary at that point. I really appreciated the honesty they had with me from the initial point of contact and throughout the whole process and would highly recommend anyone going to Leos for something. Weve been going for years and have never had a bad experience

Had an ongoing electrical issue with my wrangler that I had taken to many other places that couldn’t diagnose the problem. Leo’s figured it out no problem and tested it many times to make sure everything was fixed. Great customer service, I was kept updated and informed throughout the process.

Had a wonderful experience at Leos! Everyone was so friendly and helpful with my cars transmission and did everything they could to try and save me some money and give my car a few more months or even year on the road. 100% recommend!

These guys are the best. They cleaned up the mess caused by a different shop, and for less than half of what that shop was going to charge me. I wish I never had gone anywhere else. Theyve got a customer for life!

Really excellent experience here. I had a stripped drain plug on an oil pan and had called 8 different garages in the metro area to get bids on repair or replacing the oil pan. Leos was the only one of those 8 who even entertained the notion of repair, giving me an honest appraisal of the damage and their ability to fix it as well as a fair quote both on repairing the drain and replacing the pan. In the end they were able to repair it and saved me about $300 in the process. Certainly earned my business and I will be returning there for future service, both for the integrity and great customer service I experienced and for the great quality of work performed!

I cant say enough nice things about Leos. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They got my car in right away and completed the repairs fast! Scott gave me upfront, clear pricing and advised me about what should be fixed immediately and what items could wait a bit. Leos will be my go to auto shop and I would highly recommend them.

Got my car towed here this morning from AAA. These guys are awesome, just good energy right when I walked in and obviously dealing with car issues can put a damper on your day. They got back to me super quickly after taking a look at my car and can even get my car done by end of day. They were up front about what I needed right away and what was more preventative. Honestly just really appreciate how nice they were about everything and so so helpful!

Best shop I’ve ever frequented. Cleanest too. Honest, professional staff. They got my car through a rear main seal replacement that came early in my the vehicle’s lifespan and it’s running great. Only shop I’d trust to do such a repair.

I take my new truck to Leos, when I can still get free maintenance on it from the dealership. I think that says it all. They are great. Update 5/22/20 - Ill never take my truck to another place again. Jason and Scott over there will treat you right and fairly, and they are a great group, do fantastic work.

Love love love these guys!Full disclosure, I work next door and live on the street, so I have a little Pearl St bias, but when I called them this morning about my dead car, they came to jump it, replaced my battery, and moved it back to my parking spot all within about an hour while I was at work.They are always SO helpful and SO friendly and I never feel like theyre trying to upsell me or convince me to do work I dont really need. They always explain things honestly and simply without making me feel stupid, even though I totally am when it comes to cars.Leos customer for life.

These guys are great. Our family has two cars and I get both of them serviced there. One our cars is old, but paid for, and we just want to keep it running for a couple more years without putting in too much money. Jason (manager) never pushes to do unnecessary work. Instead, he helped work out an approach that will keep the car running with the minimum amount of maintenance. That honesty goes a long way and will keep me coming back for years.

Cant really recommend Leos. Took my truck to have an engine light addressed and AC fixed. The AC service was over $200 for a recharge which is way on the upper end. The AC stopped working two days later. I have to think that a leak of that size shouldve been noticed while doing the recharge, especially for the price of the service. I was then told that a new O2 sensor would address the engine light. I gave them the go ahead to replace it (again, a $500+ repair which most shops will do for $300 at the most). The engine light came on two days later as well and they told me it was the catalytic converter that needed replacing. These parts can produce similar diagnostics readings so I dont have much confidence that the problem was diagnosed correctly in the first place. All said, I walked out of Leos paying a little over $700 with nothing to show for it but an oil change and tire rotation. As a side node, the last two fixes that they recommended (new hose for the AC and new catalytic converter) were well above market prices for repair so I finally opted to go elsewhere and have had much better luck.

Love Leo’s. They always take such good care of my car, are incredibly transparent with what I need and the costs and have saved me money. They have great customer service and I will never take my car elsewhere!

This shop is great! I came in for an estimate on a clutch overhaul and they ended up diagnosing the problem and giving me a lower estimate than everyone else, which they stuck to. After a one day turn around, I noticed my brake lights werent working and even though it wasnt due to the repair they did, they fixed the problem free of charge, no questions asked. Great service!

I took my 1998 Subaru to Leo’s because it was making a horrible clunking noise, and they were able to quickly identify the broken piece in the driveshaft that was causing the problem. They offered to have it repaired for 1/3 of the price of a brand-new driveshaft which was highly appreciated. Jason even showed us a diagram of exactly what was broken and he explained the problems it could’ve caused, which I’ve sadly never experienced at another shop before. He also gave me an estimation on when I need a new battery, instead of insisting I need a new one immediately like a chain auto shop told me a couple months ago! I highly recommend Leo’s. I’m sure I’ll continue to use their services!

My family had traveled to Denver for the weekend, when our vehicle’s water pump went out right as we were leaving town. Being AAA members, we looked up nearby AAA certified shops and started calling around to see who could look at our vehicle. We called nearly 20 shops before reaching Leo’s – who was the ONLY shop that would even entertain the idea of looking at our vehicle that same afternoon. Being from South Dakota, and needing to get home that night, we were so grateful for Leo’s. Every other shop we called, just dismissed us, and said that they could maybe look at it in 2 to 3 days – which is something we just could not wait for when we had to get back to work the following day, and were still 6 hours from home. Jason was so accommodating and went above and beyond to get us back on the road that same night. So glad we came across Leo’s. They definitely provided us with 5 star service!

I can very much appreciate an honest mechanic. I took my 92 3000GT Mits here for an electrical problem and because they were the only shop that had the scanner for my cars computer. Unfortunately the head mechanic who handles the scanner was out all month and they couldnt plug in. I did leave the car with them in the morning to see what could be done about a fuse blowing. They had my car all day and couldnt figure out the issue and when I came for the car the next morning I wasnt charged anything because they couldnt figure it out. Any other shop would of charged me for a diagnoses. Def will be back knowing they operate with integrity.
