Made an appointment for a free estimate. Arrived, guy was nice enough, but when I started asking questions about why my insurance company would reimburse me the whole estimate amount instead of the amount of the estimate minus my deductible, guy started acting disrespectful, and condescending. Finally, guy tells me they dont actually do free estimates, so my hour drive was worthless. Beware, seems like maybe an insurance scam.

So happy I went with these guys! Made the whole process so much smoother. Just moved to Colorado got stuck under a pretty bad hail storm and these guys got every dent out. My car was brand new so was a little worries but man did they do a great job. Definitely recommend them!

My welcome present to Denver, big %$#@!ng hailstorm making my new car look like the surface of the moon. I called these guys who got me in, dealt with my recalcitrant insurance company, arranged a rental, drove me to it, and returned it for me when done. The only thing I did was sign my name twice and give them a copy of my insurance card. I was unsure about traveling 25 miles to go, but I made the right move. The work was impeccable. Found and selected this shop on Google map and main reason is the good reviews, and bonus is the distance from DTC area. In general, very good experience, and Jack was very easy to work with. The initial estimate from insurance was only 1.2k, and they worked with my insurance company to fix more than 2.2k cost of damage. They covered the rental car cost as well for more than 3 weeks, and it took such a long time because its right after a hail. The rental car was a compact SUV, not some economy class. When I picked up my car, its in prefect condition, not only all the hail damages went away, but also the inside detailing. Ive recommended my colleague to have his car repaired there as well. I would definitely recommend this shop!

I got nothing but amazing things to say about this shop. It has great customer service, great work, and friendly staff members. Jameson was a major help to this process. 5 star experience from beginning to end. My first advice for those that have hail damage... DO NOT contact a dealership body shop to get hail damage repaired because they will take forever to get back to you or not at all. Second advice is go to American Auto Hail repair to get your damage fixed because they were amazing. When I called I spoke with Jack who made the experience very easy and stress free. Within two weeks they inspected my car, got me a rental (that they paid for), communicated with my insurance, and returned my car dent free! On top of that they paid my 500 dollar deductible with no strings attached. Amazing work, and prompt communication throughout the whole time. I honestly could not be more happy with my experience. Had to repair my car while out in Colorado. The staff was great to work with throughout the entire process of my repair. After a big hailstorm, there was a stampede of doorbell ringers who wanted to give estimates of damage to house, roof and cars. I took my Ford-150 to them after the in-laws recommended this shop. My truck suffered hail damage on the 4th of July. Initially, I reached out to my insurance and they gave me a rough estimate that was a joke! When I arrived to the shop, I was greeted by Jameson, who was very professional and by looking at the damage on my truck he stated the damage was way more than my insurance quoted. They offered me a rental at no charge, I declined because I already have too many cars. Once I dropped off my truck, they took care of the rest. The results after the work was done were flawless. They did forget to swap the third brake light since the light was on back order from Ford. Once the light arrived, Jameson came to my house and installed the brake light. I have to say this was one of the best shops Ive ever dealt with! They are very polite the communication was 100% and the work done to my vehicle was nothing less than extraordinary. I definitely recommend doing business with them you will not be disappointed. Too bad i cant give more than 5 stars because they honestly deserve more.

Zach and his team of repair technicians did an amazing job repairing the hail damage done to my car this past April. It was so easy! They met me at the rental car company so I didnt have to arrange for a ride, they kept in touch while they had my car with updates, and were very professional! If I ever need this type of work again, I will definitely be back!

I came across American Auto Hail Repair on Google based off a simple search of hail repair facilities near me. (I had actually called another company first but wasn’t impressed by the phone interaction with the company, leading me to call American Auto Hail Repair.) I have to say from the very first phone call interaction with Will to picking up my car once repairs were complete, American Auto Hail Repair was extremely professional, timely and courteous across the board. They worked directly with my insurance company to ensure all the damage was noted and had all the repairs completed within one week of my insurance company finalizing the funds. My car looked phenomenal when I picked it up, every ding was gone and the entire vehicle was detailed inside and out (including endless amounts of dog hair in the back seat). I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs hail repair completed!

American auto hail repair did an amazing job on my Camry and Kia. I took some pretty heavy damage on both vehicles and they made them look like nothing had ever happened. Jameson helped me out personally and he really made everything super easy. From the rental car to the insurance claim he did it all. He was professional and very easy to talk to and work with.
