I went here to have 3 rings re-sized, including a 1.5 carat diamond with a platinum band that is a family heirloom. This was my first experience at a jewelers shop and I had been told by everyone I know not to let my diamonds out of my sight.Well, the owner explained to me that I didnt need to worry about having my diamonds switched and proceeded to educate me and how I can identify my diamond. He took a lot of time to show me exactly what was unique about my diamond so that I wouldnt worry about having the ol switcheroo pulled on me.He was very kind and patient even though I was initially paranoid about leaving my diamond heirloom in a strangers hands. He made me feel very at ease and was extremely professional.One hour later all 3 rings were sized to perfection, polished and better than I had left them. Not only that, but his pricing is extremely reasonable and his work is superb. I paid exactly what he had originally quoted me.I can not recommend Jewelry by Meza enough.
