It is definitely fast. I went in for a ring resizing where in 15 mins we decreased the size from 9 to 8.25, refinished it, and polished it. Extremely happy with the quick turn around and professional service.the owner is a very nice gentlemen, he has earned my business and I will definitely come back again!

I brought in two broken necklaces, one that is very special to me (and very delicate!), The professional and kind gentleman behind the counter had me out of there in 15 minutes for a great price. Stopped by to ask about getting a link added back on to my watch band. He said he could do it in 5 minutes, and he did! I had to wait 45 minutes to get it adjusted at a different shop, after they told me it would take 30 - and they charged over twice as much for the same service! An added bonus was that my young daughter loved looking at all the sparkly things and getting a free peppermint candy while we waited!

Today was my first time coming here and literally I was out in 3 or 4 minutes. He replaced my watch battery very quickly and I even asked if he could do my other watch which is a hybrid smart watch so it takes a unusual battery that I have to order online and replace myself. The hybrid watch isnt hard to replace the battery but it is a annoying inconvenience but he assured me it was no problem. Definitely coming back if I need anything watch related

I had a half-mechanical watch needing to have a battery replaced...the manufacturer and other local jewelry stores were hesitant to even open it up and they advised me it would have to be sent off, sent to a specialist, etc. Fast Jewelry Repair changed the battery in twenty minutes for a great price. Great. Fast and Affordable. Ive been in twice already to have work my watches done. 2nd time I walked out with a watch for my wife. Didnt even see my wife and took the right amount of links out and fits. The man knows what hes doing and I will definitely be back.

I had just bought my fiancée an antique ring from a pawn shop- exactly what she had been wanting except that it was 4 sizes too big. I brought it here to get it sized down, for a very reasonable price, the man gave me a lot of info about the ring and did an excellent job. It seemed like he had to completely remake the band and it now looks better than before! He also cleaned all my other rings for no charge. Recommend 100%!!!!!

Let me tell you about this place. My mom has a pendant necklace that my dad gave her FOREVER ago that she wore religiously. I don’t blame her, it’s gorgeous! Yesterday she showed me that the chain wore down the hooks and she hasn’t been able to wear it anymore. I am telling you this because while she’s on her shift caring for other people this Christmas, I got the idea to see if I can make an appointment for her to get the necklace fixed next week and have them charge me once I’m back in Houston. They offered one better! I told them the reason for wanting it repaired and they opened their store ON CHRISTMAS DAY to give my mom this gift. Who does that? I’m tearing up just waiting and anticipating her reaction tonight. It’s yet another Christmas miracle this year and I’m pretty sure my dad is helping to pull the strings from heaven.
