I had the most amazing experience creating a custom ring with Brooke at First Peoples! We had inherited a diamond that was originally in my husbands great grandmothers wedding ring from 1915. Brooke went above and beyond to get me the ring of my dreams, which reflected the Art Deco style I was looking for. Seeing it brought tears to my eyes! This piece will be a family heirloom to pass along to future generations. I cant recommend Brooke and First People Jewelers enough!

Brooke, the manager, her dad, Frank, and their whole team is so friendly, helpful, and does everything they can to get you the best prices! They worked with my budget to get me two beautiful pieces I absolutely love!

Sad experience. After looking at all the good reviews I took an item there for repair. They quoted me an amount to repair it and said it would take 2 weeks to get to it. Took it to another place they had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes and at a fraction of the cost quoted here

I have now been shopping with First People’s Jewelers for roughly 6-7months. I will not shop anywhere else now. Frank and Brooke helped me pick out my fiancé’s custom engagement ring 1.52 center stone radiant cut shaped like emerald cut. The stone is all natural and absolutely amazing. I have now gone back and bought my fiancé one caret diamond hoop earrings, I was going to have her mom give them to her the day of our wedding but I couldn’t wait and already gave them to her. I had two rings that are skulls and they are stainless steel I was not able to find someone to fix the empty and Hollow areas on the backside of the Rings I brought it to these people and they filled them with an epoxy because silver or gold would not a here to the stainless steel the Jeweler did a great and wonderful job on my ring thank you so much First Peoples jewelry Keep On Keepin On with the good work will see you in the future

First Peoples was reccomended to me by an old manager and they were not a dissapointment. They were friendly and resized my heirloom ring in less than 3 days.I tend to be rough on jewlery and my ring broke a few weeks later. I cannot recommend this place enough! I bought my wedding set from an online jeweler (and I wish Id gone to this jeweler!), and my husbands band was a family heirloom. We got my band and engagement ring sized here, and even though my band and the shared-prong diamonds on the shank were very delicate, they did a really wonderful job. Due to weight loss, I had to go down almost 3 full sizes on my rings and theyre still in great shape. My husbands band was sized and refinished (from a high polish shine to a brushed finish).They really went above and beyond our expectations. Their customer service is wonderful, they were always nice, funny, and professional. They were able to size my rings before the expected finish date, and did the same for my husbands changes to his ring. We will definitely be going here for all of our future jewelry purchases!

My finace and I got engaged 2 days ago and I needed the ring resized. I called FPJ to see if they would resize a ring that wasnt purchased there and they said yes. We went in yesterday 6/23 in the afternoon and they were so friendly and ready to help! They asked questions and seemed genuinely excited about the engagement and complimented the ring more than once. It was less expensive than we thought wich was flipping amazing and the time-line they gave me for the ring being finished was 1 week (2 weeks less than anyone else I called)! Fast forward to today 6/24 and I get a call that my ring is, get this, READY TO BE PICKED UP. I know, I freaked out too! it was less than a 24 hour turn around and I couldnt be happier. Thank you First Peoples Jewelers for being absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, and so fast!! If anyone reads this and decides to visit there for new jewelry or repair, ask for Jessica, you wont be sorry! We will be back to purchase our wedding bands simply because of the customer service. Had a great experience here. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, beautiful, unique jewelry. I had my wedding rings re-coated in white gold, which I do every few years. This was my 1st time using this jeweler and I will absolutely be using them from now on.

I did not buy my ring from them, it was passed down from my mother. Even so, the workers at First Peoples Jewelers were extremely kind and professional when I went in to get it sized. I was so nervous about sizing it as my mother had the ring 2 1/2 sizes bigger than my finger and the ring has SO MANY details. When I got it back it was honestly better than I could of imagined. I waited a week to get it and called about three times asking about it ( I was really anxious) and each time they were nice and answered my questions.

This jewelry store stands alone at the top of the food chain! As soon as you enter the doors, you are treated like a member of the family. I purchased an expensive watch so, it was purchased as is. But I noticed there is something wrong with the watch, I brought it to First Jewelers attention, and with no questions asked and no hesitation they gladly took my watch to repair it. Went in to ask some questions *i had purchased a stone and ring separately and they were both perfect and very thought out, this would be the ring I proposed with* almost instantly all 3 ladies laughed at me and informed me nothing could be done except to buy new stuff, and on my way out they made sure to shout across the store to make sure I knew they couldnt help, that was unnecessary. Anyway went to NASR and they are currently fitting the stone with no problems.
