I decided to take one of my less valuable rings to have it rhodium plated and see how I liked the quality & service of Ehrharts. After a good experience with that ring I requested a custom wedding set.I had the design details and the stones. We spent a lot of time communicating about the specifics because Im VERY picky! There was a quick adjustment to the final product and now its exactly what I had in mind. The rings are a minimalist look bezel setting with matching band in yellow gold.

Rude and unprofessional. Did not appreciate the lack of respect and how the staff outright refused to provide service before even allowing me to enter the building. Told me through the glass I needed to make an appt in which I attempted to do but never recieved a call back. The lady over the phone was very short and unfriendly.

Ring repair was done beautifully and very friendly staff.

Took a citizen watch in to have a hand that had fallen off replaced. They told me that the watch needed a new movement, which would cost me $250+, and it would take at least two weeks to repair. Took it to a guy in the mall, who replaced the hand in less than an hour and charged me $30.
