All the nail techs are amazing, but the older man with black hair did my friends nails and he cut her four different times. And each time he did it he got onto her for moving her hand. The nails themselves look great, but she’s bleeding. And the nails are different lengths, she got extensions and each nails are different lengths. Some are crooked and different shapes as well

It’s a beautiful space but horrible customer service. My nails where lumpy and I had to have them redone. When I called to reschedule they were very unprofessional and rude. I had to go somewhere else to have them done so it was really a waste of money.I try to give the best reviews but I wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON, THE MANGER IS ABSOLUTELY 100% rude and will walk off in the middle of a conversation when you are trying to speak to her about poor services that one of HER nail techs did. I went in last Thursday to get a dip nail manicure( as I have for years and at many different places) I had to go back Saturday to get a nail fixed that had already cracked and then back again today after a whole nail broke off, and the rest are already cracking and it hasn’t even been a week since I had them done. I’m very unhappy with this nail salon and the services I received here and will not be returning.

I have been coming to Gateway since they opened and absolutely love them. I get my pedicures and dip nails done every 3 weeks and have never been disappointed. Im a nurse and Im hard on my hands. Ive never had a chip or crack on my nails or toes since Ive been seeing Dan. I reccomended to everyone who asks and get nothing but compliments! Salon is very clean and staff is friendly too!

Loved it! The place is absolutely beautiful, it’s spot clean and very modern, one of the men doing nails didn’t really know how to do what I asked for so they traded for a lady with short blonde hair and she was so nice and lovely☺️ I did feel that the price was a little too high for it, but they turned out pretty well. I loved my nails and will definitely be going back again ❤️

I went here a couple of days ago to get my valentine nails done and i absolutely love it! it hasnt chipped or anything and its still holding up pretty well. its a new nail salon and i wanted to try it out and i am impressed how well the nails turned out. its super cute!! they handled covid pretty well, i got my temperature checked when i walked in and all of the staff were wearing masks correctly. also, i see them disinfecting surfaces between customers. overall, service here was really good! the nail tech lady was super nice and took her time with my nails to ensure that i like it. if you are ever in the area, i would recommend going here if you want to get your nails done!

I almost dont want to tell you all how good this salon is but they are too good to keep to myself! Nicky was 100% committed to making my nails amazing! She listened to what I liked or didnt like and never made me feel rushed or feel bad for speaking my mind. My pediatrician was so luscious. I got the Heavenly Chocolate and Wow!!I Have found my forever salon!!

They were amazing! One of my favorite things they did was the pedicure for my 7year old. They have kid chairs and made her feel like a princess.

I ask for a certain set a certain way they told me they could do it and it looked like a child done it when they were done and charged way too much

This is your go-to nail spa! I really enjoyed my time here. It was super clean and organized. They have a variety selection of colors and designs for you to choose from. The nail techs are super skilled and can pretty much accomplish your dream nails. I came in previously for flamed nails & they did a phenomenal job. This time around I got Chanel inspired nails and I love them! 10/10 recommend.

Very rude and unprofessional! It took 3 people to put a fake toenail on me that they had already messed up! I do not appreciate how iwas treated and talked to at all...they all looked at me and laughed! How embarrassing! I will never be back...I already deal with PTSD and severe anxiety so thanks for a horrible experience that I thought was going to be relaxing!

So glad this son is finally open. I have been wanting to use a new salon and this ace is great.Prices were great. Staff was friendly and my pedicure was heavenly. So, relaxing!

Friendly people, very clean, wiping down seats after every customer, the lady that did my pedicure almost put me to sleep, and they look great. Im a fan! If they served drinks Id live there!

Had a very pleasant experience at the new Gateway Nails! Staff was attentive, professional, kind, and efficient. The services are also very well priced! highly recommend visiting this newly opened spa.

Absolutely terrible. completely messed up my nails. don’t recommend if you want any type of design. they didn’t put the color i wanted. you have to repeat yourself many times, and even then they won’t do what you want. also extremely overpriced for the quality of their work. go anywhere BUT here.

I was there 1 time before and it was absolutely amazing but I went back for fill on nexgen and my nails are different shapes and length some to thick. It was so busy and it was getting close to closing. I think it was just a rush job.

I had an appointment today, at first I was impressed with how they did my nails but once they added the black, it looked great until some dude did the hot towel and messed up my nails. Girl with short blonde hair kept leaving me to go work on another client. That’s not professional whatsoever. The girl blamed me for messing up my nails when they looked great before the hot towel. The lines are janky looking and not straight. Today was my graduation day and i was so excited to get my nails done, but now i’m kinda upset with how rushed they acted towards the end. This was my first time here but I won’t be back again. Do not recommend.

Terrible Service. 4 walk-ins and they serviced the last walk ins first?! All I wanted was a simple gel manicure and my daughter wanted a pedicure which they said they couldn’t do a manicure bc the time, okay I get that but to keep us waiting and service the people that came after us even though we asked for the exact same thing. Not okay. Definitely felt like I was being profiled.

The facility is stunning. The inside of the salon is beautiful, clean, modern, with 1,000 different colors to pick from and plenty of large TVs to watch different programs. Im very happy with the service! My nail tech was Autumn and she is so detail oriented and took her time and did a great job. I will definitely be back to see her. They have on face coverings and have plexiglass all throughout. Yesterday was their grand opening. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Wasn’t happy with the way that the lady did my eyebrows. she did them way to quick to the point that she didn’t care about my eyebrows, like i see many other people in town that care like my main lady in san antonio. when i sent the lady just did the wax not didn’t go back by closely looking at the eyebrow hair to make sure there’s no extra hair that was missed or needs to be fixed. would definitely recommend see other people in denison or sherman area.

This was the second time we came to this salon. Gave them a second chance because we werent happy the first time but they all seemed b new This time the pedicure was rushed and awful and my nails turned out horrible. My nails are not even the same shape we will definitely not be back. We even paid for two heavenly pedicures and nexgen and a heavenly manicure.

I waited over an HOUR with my feet in the water, which got really cold and my feet where purple. I still had to pay full price and no “sorries” or anything. i don’t think i’d be so mad if they didn’t work on other walk ins who came in AFTER me. i wouldn’t recommend for a pedicure and i definitely will not be going back.

The facility is very clean, spacious with plenty of TV, and the staff is very nice. I went for first time and it was a very pleasant experience.

Poor customer service!!! The owner is VERY RUDE his workers tell you one price he says it’s another. Way over priced & since when did a pedicure only include your feet in water and nail polish? For $29 I could paint my own toes!!!

Beautiful, clean, atmosphere with friendly staff. Pedicures were nice and attention to detail was great. The polish color selection is great. And the dip color selection was extensive & incredible but the dip manicure left a little to be desired. I will try again next time since they’re new :).

Extremely unprofessional and rude manager. Had nails and toes done on a Tues and by Friday I had a broken nail. I went back in to have it repaired and the manager was extremely rude and short with me and made me feel as though I was a bother. He addressed several other clients that walked in and took them right back but had me wait 30 mins to have 1 finger nail repaired. NEVER again will I go to this salon.

This place is my go to for anything nails now. My pedicure was top notch and the place is so modern. There are so many colors to choose from here and the place is super clean. I’ll definitely be back and would refer them to anyone looking for a mani/pedi. They do everything else too like waxing, but I didn’t have that done this time.

They did a horrible job on my daughter’s nails and still charged us $55 when they saw how terrible they looked. They advertised a “plaid” nail design, but our nail tech had never done it before and completely ruined her nails.

They harassed me on Facebook messenger and on their Facebook business page. Just look at the below response where they call me “unpleasant” for leaving a 1 star review and not leaving any comment. Makes you question positive reviews because they bully you into trying to delete your review. If only positive reviews how many negatives were deleted due to harassment? Take with that what you will. Save yourself and just go somewhere else.
