I have been here several times to get pedicures. I love the little princess panda chairs, for my daughter. I have had great experiences.Today we went in and they worked us right in. I got a set of dipped nails. I will not got back for this service. The technician seemed to know what she was doing. (I havent had a set of nails in years, but Im going to a wedding Sunday.) The nails have a groove on the top, they caught in my hair when I go to fix my hair, & they make a few of my finger looked crooked. I was very sad of the job she did for $50.I will go and try their pedi again.

I love 5 star, go there often to have my toes cared for. Today Andy and Christine were out to attend a funeral. Rare occurrence. However, the girl taking over was my tech and she could not handle the business and a customer. I have never felt so in the way in life. She tried, I give her credit for that, but...this taught me just how good the owners are at making sure everyone is a top priority and cared for in a very timely manner. I will keep going and encourage all to do so, Andy makes sure he visits with all, that every one is made to feel important and that you are appreciated. All while doing nails and not abandoning his client.

I went on sunday and now on thursday three nails are already off and the rest are loose. Some of the nails are bumpy. Really disappointed that they nails were bad. (I paid $45 and tipped $15)

I actually had a pretty good experience. I hardly ever get pedicures because my past experiences have been bad. Hana did mine and she was super gentle. It would have been nice to have more of a massage rather than a rub but I understand why she would be more gentle than rough. I got the Express for $30 & picked out my nail color. I would return based on this experience. Thank you!

This is not a 5 star salon by far I came in with my sister an mom they did a great job on our feet but a really bad job on our hands my finger bleed an the side swelled up we paid 71.00 each. her french manicure came off an we were dry they touched our fingers 142.00+tax never will ever go back an we were their Saturday 15 th am they were not busy

I usually have good experiences at this place but last night, not so much. Got there about an hour before closing time but they said they could still help me. An hour later I’m still waiting. When I finally got called back she rushed during the entire process. Didn’t finish the job properly and left my nails jagged and sharp. Waste of time and money.

Will not be going back. I needed a full set, with gel polish on top. The guy rushed through the entire process, acrylic was dripping from my nails and he would go back and try and fix it but the shape was terrible. When it came to the gel instead of doing one coat at a time and going under the light he literally globbed it on in one coat and had me go under the light. It was dripping all on the sides of my finger and he had to clean it up multiple times. My usual place was closed and I decided to try 5 star out but this place was the worst Ive ever had my nails. The next day the gel polish has started peeling off and is still wet under the top coat. Definitely will not be going back!

Employees are friendly...my daughter had a great experience with Tina, I had someone else who was friendly and done a great job however due to communication issues I didnt get what I wanted and when I tried explaining that wasnt what I wanted she still couldnt understand me.

My sister got married last Saturday so we decided Friday to go get her nails and a few of the wedding party’s nails done. We chose 5-star based on a recommendation but after our experience I will NEVER be back. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a man who immediately pushed full sets. I expected this but what made us mad is even after telling him one of the bridesmaids could only have polish due to work, he kept pushing a full set for her saying we can cut short. We finally got the point across that she can not have acrylic due to working in the medical field so they had her pick a color and sit down. My sister and I were sat next to each other and showed the technicians exactly what we wanted. They wasted no time getting to work. After they got the tips put on they resumed shaping the nails. Never once did they ask what shape we wanted. My sister is very partial to coffin shape and so she was upset that the had started to round hers off and it was to late to say anything when she realized this since we were talking about the wedding. Next came the design that she wanted on her ring finger. Just a simple triangle from the back of the nail and pointing at the tip. Her technician tried 2 or 3 different times, wiping the messed up one and spreading color from the triangle all over the other color. Finally she got a tiny triangle shape but there was already so much messed up on it that you couldn’t even tell. Fast forward to when we were done, the technicians told us to wash out hands. We still had left over dip powder on them and we assumed that would come off. Wrong. Our hands were stained red around our nails and on the tip of the nail bed. The over all experience at this salon while there was horrifying and my sister was so upset with her nails that she literally stressed all night about them. Lastly my sisters nails came off in 2 days and the nail underneath looked like it hadn’t been touched at all, mine are lifting and causing my nail beds to be sore and tender and the bridesmaid that just had polish sent a picture to her mother who asked if she let her 12 year old sister paint them. We will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

I went in around 430. I asked if they could still see me if not it was ok I could come back tomorrow I understand. The lady said no your ok Helen will do your nails. I only got my dip nail polish changed nothing special. I tiped and paid before she started cause they all where in a hurry to leave and I was the last one. I was done by 510pm. They closed at 5. This was the end result .I had the red dip all over my hands and arms . She didnt clean up the excess dip around my nails. I will upload the pictures one I can figure that part out. There is no option on this page to upload pictures at least I cant find it. 40 dip polish change and a 10 dollar tip soooo unhappy with the outcome. I didnt even tell her anything cause she had her purse out on the nail counter with keys in ber hand after she asked me to rinse the oil off my nails.

I got the deluxe pedicure and I enjoyed it very much. Very clean and professional, this is my go to salon. Everyone is very nice and polite. Highly recommend.

Just got my nails redone free of charge due to bad quality the first time and Christina did an exceptional job and really took her time and paid very close attention to detail! I was trying to delete my previous review since they completely blew my mind this time! Thank y’all for the great customer service and concern of your customers reviews, etc. That Speaks volumes Of the business, manager, and employees, thank y’all again!!!

All four of the people in my group were very disappointed. I got acrylic nails, While we were there she was working on my thumb and my nail ripped up off of my finger, and she pretend it didn’t even happen. Also she put on both of my pointer finger nails crooked and told me my nails were crooked and filed the side and said there, much better as it was still very crooked. My toes got ingrown toe nails the same day after I got them done there as well. My little sister got her toes done and the same day her toe nails were chipped off the top. My little cousin got the gel nail and she wanted baby blue; she ended up with about five different shades of blue between both of her hands, also there was some pink in there! They are chipping, peeling, and they cut her fingers all up! And while the lady was doing my feet she was re using stuff that already had dead skin on it and then washed it off in MY foot water and placed it under my chair so hopefully it was out of sight and out of mind, and when I was getting my nails done she grabbed it and put it back in her bucket and walked away! I DO NOT recommend this place what so ever! The service was terrible they were rude and when I tried to say something about my nail again she pretended she couldn’t speak English!

This is my home town and I am a licensed MAnicurist. It makes me sad to hear alot of stuff that is easily taken care of with good customer service and proper education. I hope that it gets better .

Every single time I come to this place, they are always closed 30 or 45 minutes before they actually closed. The last time I went in today to get my daughters nails painted. I asked, Can you paint my daughters nails? The whole time I stood in the door while my daughter waited in the car. They looked at each other and spoke for a little bit amongst themselves then said, Were closed but accepted someone who I watched come in after me. My daughter is 3 and will sit quietly and calmly when getting her nails painted.

They are so friendly very clean and always do a wonderful job!!

First time. Not impressed. Tina did pretty good on pedicure. But Amy was too busy talking and half did manicure. They both acted miserable to be there. The message that was supposed to be relaxing was rough and jarring and couldn’t relax. It was just weird. Won’t be back and I’m very easy to please and not picky, but not worth $100 spent.

Very responsible, call before entering, wear a mask, sanitize. Plus a nice pedicure.

Me and my mom went for nails and a pedicure. My mom got solar nails and they were super sloppy. The manager of the place did them. My pedicure and DIP nails were good. I love my toes but my nails could be better. But I recommend Anna. She did a amazing job.

I drive from South Sherman, passing our two newest saloons to come here. They dont push you in and out. The are very kind, caring and not rushing. Very satisfied

I had never been here before so was happy when I didnt have to wait. Everyone was nice . The lady that gave me a pedicure was very nice but she cure my big toe and scraped skin above my heal off. I could only wear my flip flops for three days . She left me sitting after she painted my toes and went and worked on another lady . After about fifteen minutes she came back and helped me out of my chair ! My polish was still wet and came off as I was getting my sandals on!

Scheduled an appointment for 1:35 and only had an hour to get my nails done on my lunch break. Asked multiple times if they could get me right in and they said they would. Well 30 minutes of waiting and being reassured someone was coming I didn’t have time to wait any longer.

Its an ok place it doesnt matter if you make an appointment for a certain person you get who they want you to have.

Great nails last was slighty rough but other than that amazing job will be going back

Andy and his wife did an awesome job! There were 4 of us and they got us in quickly. Friendly and clean location. We will be returning to this nail salon the next time we visit Lake Texoma.

I will never return to this salon. I always get shellac on my nails and it normally lasts three to four weeks with no problems. My normal nail salon was closed and thought I would try here, bad decision. My nails began lifting within 3 days, by day five 3 nails had peeled on parts of my nails and all others were lifting and ready to come off. They also left polish all over my fingers, it was not painted to the sides of my nail and had ripples in one nail each time. I returned to get my nails fixed and not any better. You can see the white tips of my nails through what is supposed to be a dark red. Not even a week again and already have three peeling up. Very unhappy!!

1st time getting my nails done here and it was a wonderful experience! I have been using nexgen for a while now and I havent been able to find a place that I really liked until now! They have a huge selection of colors of nexgen! I even took my 3 and 1/2 year old niece to get her nails painted they were very sweet to her little wiggly self!! Will definitely be back!!

Worst experience of my life!! Owner was rude and had me in tears. Said they couldnt get ALL the skin off my feet and proceeded to argue when i said they did before. I would never recommend this establishment.. worker did her best, with owner telling her to hurry n b done with me!!!

Have a permanent scar on my finger from when drilling finger. Slipped off my nail onto finger. Thought it would never stop bleeding.Pedicures are wonderful.

Please dont go there to get eyebrows waxed!!!! The pits!!! She waxed so much hair off in between my eyebrows that I can literally put 3 fingers in the space and dont touch either one of them. Only giving one star because I have to, to post.

So I had my daughters nails done and the lady cut and made bleed the cuticle on 4 or 5 of her fingers and all the owner said when I pointed it out was oh it will heal in couple of days...like seriously ...and i paid 30 for a pedicure and my toes seriously look like my 6th grader painted them....will never ever use them again

Worst experience ever . Three different people tried to do my nails like I wanted and didnt get it . I finally went with one color to be done. Said they had the matching color for toes and colors are tottaly different. 3 hours there and 80 dollars later to be dissatisfied.

Went to get Nexgen nails and they were uneven and looked terrible. One broke before a week and when I went back to get it fixed the manager was very rude and said it was my fault that they looked grown out cause my nails grow too fast. He just took them off and wasnt even concerned with fixing the problem.

That is the place to go. You feel very welcome and important. Go there every time

Went last week with my friend for a manicure it didnt last but three days, went back today for the same thing the girl completely messed up on my nails, the manager quickly repainted them, walked out still not pleased... Lines are not straight, bubbles, swirled spots and rough...Will not be returning..

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible service. I went with my daughter to get manis and pedis for a daughter and me day and the lady that did mine was very rude and missed half of my nails on my toes and try to tell me that was my fault when I asked her to fix it . The polish they use I guess was very cheap, after less than two days it was already chipped and had to be removed,will not go back at all.
