I was looking for a new hair stylist, so I decided to give Bella Fontana a shot. Kelli, is AMAZING. So kind, talented, and professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done, and she nailed it. I then decided to get my nails done. My nail lady is Hailey. She too is an absolute joy to be around, and is very very talented. Now, Bella Fontana is my one stop shop when it comes to all things beauty service related.

I had a wonderful experience at Bella Fontana. Haley was great. This will be my go to salon from now on. Great employees!

Ive been twice. Ashley is precious. She waxed my whole face wonderfully and shes sooo sweet. Amanda did my nails. Ive been getting acrylics and dips for 25 years and this was the cleanest and healthiest service Ive ever had. She had a cool color one of the techs mixed. Plus shes funny as heck. I do wish they had more dip color options though.

They did such a great job on my daughters hair! The color came out even, they were very helpful, and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

When you describe, in detail, how you want you hair cut I have the expectation to have my hair cut that way. I was mortified then to have my chair turned around and not see what I asked for. When Kelli asked if I liked it and I said, “NO” and pointed out the problems. Her response; “Well, at least it’s short for Spring and Summer. It will be OK by Summer.” SPEECHLESS! I will never step foot in this place again. If the bad hair cut wasn’t enough the indifference was the icing on the cake. BEWARE!

Bella Fontana is where its at. I had my first visit today. I got the red carpet package as a gift for christmas. So today was the day. I LOVED IT! Staff is amazing and very good at all they do. They make sure your visit is perfect and well worth your money. I Will definitely be back Ladies! Yall rock!

My favorite place to go to pamper myself. Staff are the greatest. Hailey can do anything when it comes to nails. She is a very talented artist. Kelly is awesome doing hair. The massages are wonderful and so relaxing. My niece, sister and myself all spent a full day getting all the treatments and they even provide us with drinks (even alcohol if you like) Then they had a nice meal brought in for us that was awesome, they even had dessert. If you aint tried this place you just have too!

Full service spa. HANNAH does a great job with eyelash extensions and facials. Love her and she is very positive and personable.Kelly does magic with hair. Amazing staff. First for almost everything, I got the red carpet for Christmas and had no idea what I was doing. They have me advice, explained what I didnt know and communicated very well through each process, answering all questions. They worked with me respectfully and were very friendly. I loved my all day visit, thank you all so much this was also greatly needed.

You must try this spa! Everyone is so kind and friendly, they make you feel comfortable and very relaxed! Treat yourself and get a spa day package...you wont regret it! Massage, Nails, and Facial treatments are incredible. Everyone did an outstanding job, above and beyond what they had to do. Ambiance and decor are spot-on as well. They offer gift certificates too so treat yourself and a friend!!

Thank you Bella Fontana for making it possible to schedule a Saturday appt only two days away.Update: I had the worst experience when I went to this appointment. When Bella Fontana was in Sherman, my experience was always amazing, but the Denison location was terrible. The whole time I was in the room getting my massage, it was very loud in the hall and you could hear every foot step taken and every conversation going on. To make matters worse the masseuse made me feel very uncomfortable. We discussed focusing on my upper and lower back because thats were my pain was, but instead he had me lay on my back the entire time. focused on my legs only and then when we did work on my back it was for 6 minutes and he made me lay on my back as he dug his whole arm up and down it. I have never had a back massage like this. Why would you ever want someone to lay their whole back on top of your arm and just move it around? It was very weird and I have had this service plenty of times to know the process. I felt more violated than relaxed the whole time and I was way too nervous to ask him to stop so I could just leave. I am leaving this update so other people are aware of the waste of money this place is now. The male masseuse that worked in the Sherman office was amazing and was always professional, but their current male masseuse is not that.

I came in to get my hair dyed lavender and to have the dark areas bleached before the lavender. I girl bleached my hair 3 times and refused to bleach the dark under the back, saying it would fall out. Then NO Lavender was ever put in. I walked out with grey hair and no color. The haircut was fine. I was there for over 4 hours. I spent $183.00 with the tip for a haircut and grey hair. I was about to cry it was so bad, so I just paid and left. I will be reviewing Bella Fontana online, so other people do not have to go through this Horrific experience.

Ive been an off and on customer for the last few years. Ive had massages and hair cuts in the past, but last week I decided to try something new, the Brazilian Blowout.Im a curly haired girl, love those curls too, and I have fine, thin frizzy hair. The frizz was outta control. I swear I had like an inch of frizz above my hair on any given day at any given moment. My daily hair products would only temporarily control the frizz. As in, the second I walked outside, POOF, there went the frizz ball.I chose a salon I trusted, Bella Fontana, and a treatment they recommended, the Brazilian Blowout. Why do I trust Bella Fontana? Well, their stylists are contemporary! I know that I can communicate a look/style that I want and they can deliver. Sara, Wendy, Stephanie. I know these ladies and they do great hair. Why did I do the Brazilian Blowout? It was a treatment that would significantly reduce my frizz without killing my curl.I must say, Bella Fontana made a great recommendation. The Brazilian Blowout was perfect for my hair. I have BETTER hair. Like, I wish I were born with this hair. And now Im reborn with this hair, haha. Its smooth but still curly (and I can even get cool beachy wavy looks now too). It looks healthier than ever. It feels healthier than ever. Im all too happy with it. Best salon experience ever. Best result ever.

I took my wife here for her birthday. Paul fell asleep while working with my wife. The people in the hallway talked the entire 90 minutes. The hall reeked of onions from the whataburger which was brought in. It was a waste of our time and money and certainly is not the facility it was in Sherman. Should have never changed owners.

Bought Spa Week gift card for my wife for $50 dollars. She went to Bella Fontana Day Spa and got her nails done, they were falling off by that evening. She went back to get it fixed the next day but the only girl that is available is the one that ruined her nails to begin with. She asked for a refund and they refused because they dont make enough money off of the gift card. My wife talked to the owner and she said that she doesnt deal with that kind of stuff.... it is her managers job. Lol... owner has no backbone. They offered her a gift card for a facial or a massage. Wife refused because of the terrible service. Would rather loose $50 than go back there. Lesson learned.... never go to Bella Fontana in ShermanTexas. What a shame. Would give 0 stars if that were an option.
