After waiting 3hrs at another location,I took my car here. I had a nail in my tire, they checked me in, I waited 5min, someone came to me, took my keys, took the nail out, patched it up and I was out of there in 40min max. Service was flawless and staff was polite and professional. I cant believe I wasted my time elsewhere. I will only take my car here in the future.

I have a life time balance on my tires through discount and have gone to most of the metro locations.I went in for a simple balance and I told them and paid them for to dismount a tire and get the mud and water out and remount it. Turns out they didn’t get the mud out so no idea how it “balanced” but sent my Jeep into death wobble. Which was very dangerous.Solid 1-2 star as they did make it right and refunded me the cost of what it was to have another shop fix it. BUT the manager seemed to have a bit of an attitude about it so probably won’t return to this location.

Steven was very helpful when I called to ask questions about replacing my daughters tire.I was waiting for All State to replace the spare so I could getting up to DT, and called to see about making an appointment. Shane has a great attitude and willingness to take care of the customer. And the gentleman Jacob has great customer service as well. Thank you all for staying a little late!

Went to get my tires fitted on 10/26/2020 and all was good until I washed my car today (11/06/2020). Found damages on all 4 of my wheels. Honestly thought they would do a better job at being careful with a customers set of wheels when mounting tires. This review does NOT reflect customer service or sales, they do a fantastic job.

Excellent service. The techs were friendly and speedy. I expected a long wait but they started work 15 minutes upon my arrival.

I would give it to zero stars if I could. They only care about trying to sell you new tires. I still have plenty of tread left. I needed a bolt removed and patched so I could get to work- nope you have to have new tires. So I went somewhere else and they fixed it. I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT THIS PLACE.

Great service. Friendly employees. Quickly found and procured 2 matching tires for my car, and I couldnt find it any less expensive ANYWHERE online or local.

Not my normal location but service was okay with the wait time. If you ask to be called when tire was replaced you might not get a call like I did and had to revisit the next day to see what was going on. Most likely because of how busy they are but could be improved on.

Over a hour wait to plug a tire I think is excessive. They did a good job once they got it into the bay. Theres a new app to get in line definitely a must have to skip the wait to get checked in cause its not your next to the bay but next to tell them what you need done to your vehicle

Theyll plug your tires free (unless its side wall or unrepairable) and give you a free rotation. I always get in and out really quick. Bought and had installed 4 tires for my camper and they had it done faster than I could walk nextdoor and get a coffee. Very thorough, professional, and personable.

We always buy our tires at discount tire because they seem to always have the best prices and they have locations all over the place. Also you get some perks if you buy thier tires theyll rotate them for the life of the tire as long they still have tread. The staff is here is super friendly and very hard working. From the moment they unlock the door in the morning theyre pretty flooded with customers but they still manage to get you done in a timely manner. Also if you decided to stay they and wait on your car they have plenty of seating, free coffee, and noticed bottled water.

Usually they render great service. The young man, karl(I think) didnt want to check air pressure. He said you have 3 good tires I can check, but the front one is too old. Well ok, check the 3. Maybe new rule?I informed him I had asked the other clerk if there was a Good sale going on. I will not purchase from that location.

Had an appointment to rotate and balance tires and wheels on my pickup. Got me right in and out in 45 minutes! They said a walk-in would be about an hour and a half wait, so I chose to make an appointment.

I consider my self a life member of the discount tire club. They always go above and beyond expectations. I honestly dont see me buying Tires any where else. My last experience was 17 Jul. 2021 I severely damaged a wheel and tire on I 40 in Dell city Oklahoma. My car A 2018 Acura came equipped with a compressor a tow hook and a funnel for the OVM kit. Not a jack tire tool or a spare. I drove over to discount tire in Dell City, they had what I needed to get me back on the road and I was on my way in about 2 hours. Note they didnt have a factory rim but did have one that is the same size and fits the same size tire in stock and of course a tire. Another job well done .

They would not let me in the door and i was wearing a mask, I didnt bother telling them I was there pay for tires I had already ordered the day before from inside the store. It was clear they didnt want my business. I went to Firestone, they were happy to take my 2 grand cash for 2 sets of tires

Called on the 5th to set a appointment and the guy said they had to order 1 of the tires and they had the other 3. Got here for the appointment the guy forgot to order the tire and we are heading out of town tonight. Manager stepped in and took care of the issue and we ended up with a better set and was only charged the original price. So all in all were happy customers 😀

Absolutely impressed with the service I received! They were very busy with the holiday weekend and still managed to offer fast quality service and every employee was friendly and helpful!

I needed a tire to match the set I had on my pickup. They found an exact match for $20 less than the competition. I called to schedule a time to put it on, they suggested I come right away and they would get it done quickly. I pulled in the bay and within seconds someone was working on my pickup. By the time I was done with the paperwork they were almost finished with my tire. They put the spare tire back under the bed, check the pressure in all 4 tires, reset my onboard tire pressure system and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. Seriously from arrival to on my way back to the office in 20 minutes or less. Great job guys! You earned my business.

They were incredibly busy, took me 30 minutes to get an under-warranty tire replaced, but they were polite and professional every minute.

Ordered wheels and tires and they had them on hand within a week and gave me a call to get them installed right away. I had an appointment within 2 days of their arrival. Overall fantastic service experience, technicians were very helpful, I was in and out in about an hour, & I was able to wait in my car while they installed.

Taylor was an amazing employee and helped us the very best he could and took care of me and my wife well, Henry was our guy helping us put the tires on, he had a very possessive attitude and was quick to take care of us, even offered us water while we waited! However the five stars are for those two employees, not for the manager Michael which needed an attitude check, he smiled with everything he did but had a bad attitude the whole time. Pulled in had a long line in front of me, checked in outside told to wait in van. 15 minutes later sales guy came out got info went in paid and left. Now I didnt have an appointment and this place was busy busy but I was told they would get my tires on and text me when they were done. Couple hours later sales guy called and asked if I was going to get my van it was last one in parking lot. This was my work van with thousands of dollars worth of tools in it. Told him i lived 15 minutes away and Im walking out the door. Arrived and found out the text system was messing up and van had been done for a little while. This guy was last one there and waited on me well after hours until I got my van. Any where else would of locked up and left. Thank you for a great first impression of your buisness and I will continue to get my tires here. I didnt catch the guys name that waited on me but Thank You for going the extra mile and took time away from your family to watch my van.Oh yah the tires. Only one complaint I have to wash my work van now because the good looking clean tires on it really makes the dirt on the body stand out.

I couldnt afford new tires and I had a nail in 1 tire, a hole in another and just a really bad tire in the front passenger. We thought one was patchable but turned out none could be fixed. They gave me two of the cheaper tires for $30 off each and when the hole was found in the third one where it couldnt be patched, they gave it to me free. I will go back there before I go anywhere else.

Michael the manager is incredible! Had a terrible experience last time and he went above and beyond to correct it today. I cant express enough how much I appreciate him and the salesman Tyler for taking wonderful care of me today. I hate dealing with anything when it comes to my car, its stressful and they both made this day stress free! I was even more expressed with how well they are running curbside service. I got here a little early and waited in my car. Of course 5 minutes before they opened the parking lot filled up. At 8 the whole team came out and Michael started reading off cars, i assumed it was cars with appointments so I just waited till he came around to me. When I told him what I drove he replies with oh you were forth to pull in 🤯 mind blowing. They were writing down cars as they pulled in for line order. Again I cant say enough great things about my experience today. Thank you guys!

I made an appointment so it was quick. I got 4 new tires and I was able to sit inside my car while them put them on.

I came in with a flat about 15 mins before they were going to close thinking I was going to have to pick it up the next day but no! He said they could get it done today before they closed. They were quick & efficient! There customer service was AMAZING!!. Would definitely recommend!

For my first time being at this discount tire they have Good customer service and rickey was helpful with providing helpful resources.

The store closes at 6 and I had run over an object that had my tire deflating fast! I pulled into Discount Tire two minutes before close and received stellar service.

The guys were great! They took care of my truck like it was their own. They got me in quick and fixed up my tire and replaced the spare.

I got a nail in my tire and stopped by to get it fixed. The greeter wrote my name/info down and asked me to wait in my car (approx. 2 hour wait). After 2 hours, I was told they couldnt fit me in because I didnt go inside to check in and they werent taking any more walk ins. The staff was nice but I didnt feel like my time was respected during this visit. If they were too busy they should have initially told me and I would have came back another day or went somewhere else

Stopped 5-3-2021 to get pressure check, no one came out to the check in here table.

Went in because my tire had a slow leak. They check it, patched it up for free and then balanced/rotated my tires for $40. Decent prices and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Everyone was wonderful and got me in fast . Process took less than 30 minutes .

Nobody likes having to get there tire fixed.😳🙄 But, these people have made social distancing and great customer service a thing. Very Friendly drive up service. Very friendly and clean showroom. All out awesome making a bad situation not as bad. Thanks guys!

The Del-City location was the best decision I couldve ever made for tires. From the phone to entering the store I was treated with the best customer service ever. They care! Everyone was very kind and genuine. It was like the Chick Fil A of tires. Your safety is their concern. They say my pleasure and take good care of you and plus they get super swamped at the same time. I watch as they clean in between. They wore mask as well. I received a great deal and that helped bc I was on a budget (as a single mother every penny counts) for two tires though I was riding on 4 bad tires. Lets just say I left there smiling with 4 new tires feeling and knowing my toddler and are safe. A guy named Reno and Skyler were the amazing and I wish they could receive a big reward for going above and beyond.
