I stopped by his shop after googling Black Owned Mechanic near me. He was not open at his posted business hours of operation so I called. I told him the problem, my lights went out and my engine light was on. I asked if he had the equipment to do a diagnostic on my car. He responded yes. I asked if he did it for free. He said it would be $100. I then processed to ask him if I could go get a diagnostic some else. And he hung up in my face.I know I can go get a diagnostic for free at the Auto Zone. Before he hung up in my face. I was going to simply ask if I could get the diagnostic and come back and tell him the problem and I would pay him to fix it. As you know I didnt go back.I did just that, went to Auto Zone. Come to find out my light bulbs just went bad. My gas cap was loose was the reason my engine light was on. I replace my lights and got my gas cap repaired. Now I have lights and my engine check light is off. I guess I should thank him he saved me $100.

This shop is one of the fastest and friendliest tech in the area. He explained what was going on with my vehicle in a way I could truly understand, and got me back on the road quickly and safely. Jonathan is the best mechanic Ive found in the Oklahoma City area for my 2008 Subaru Forester XT. I found him because he is highly recommended on an OK Subaru Facebook group and Ive used him to replace my radiator, do a full timing belt job, and diagnose some fluid leaks. He was super flexible when I called his cell phone on a weekend and asked I could have my car towed to his shop after the original radiator had cracked and he took care of everything. He is really familiar with the quirks of Subarus and had good recommendations for what parts need to be replaced and where I could reasonably save money. I trust him and would recommend him to others.

Jon has horrible customer service skills. He got mad because I questioned a machine shop quote. Now he refuses to finish my vehicle. Im left w a vehicle in pieces and unfinished. He was very unprofessional and actually yelled at me. I had to call the police and now they are going w me to go get my vehicle today. Now I have to find another shop to finish this. Im out over a thousand dollars and my vehicle still does not run. I highly reccomend avoiding this shop due to his very poor customer skills.

Smart mechanic at making easy money.Said he would fix the problem. Just put in new parts. Problem not solved. Car wouldnt start. Still charged more than agreed. After a whole month. Even lied about taking the vehicle for a test drive. I had tow the vehicle away. I dont know why I trusted all those positive reviews. The guy even sprayed fire extinguisher all the front cabin of my chevy truck and didnt clean up. Very rude and angry guy. Unprofessional. He had told me to put new spider injectors for extra costs. I refused. Turned out I was right. He misdiagnosed the problem. It was fixed elsewhere fast.
