So I took my car in to have the passenger door worked on a week ago. Still no car. Even though they sent updates saying my car would be ready by the target date. When I phoned to ask why I received a message saying my part just arrived? She said it was just ordered that Tuesday but I was receiving messages as if they were near completion. She told me that was an automated system and its not the real updates. She claims I should wait for the body shop department texts. I have yet to receive an update. Ive used them in the past. My vehicle was done in a week. The damage was way worse than now. Ill NEVER use them again.

I understand the need for a business to maximize profits for the least amount of work. But my experience was pretty poor. I was notified an hour before closing that my vehicle was ready, with no way to get my rental turned in and get to the shop before they closed. The next day when I did get the rental turned in and showed up at the shop, my vehicle wasnt ready. The quality inspection found an area that needed to be reworked. After the work was done, I showed up and the orange peel on repaired areas looked as though it was never wet sanded. It seriously looked like they sprayed the color, clear coat and friction buffed the orange peel. It nowhere even remotely matched not only the surrounding areas, but did not match ANY other areas on my vehicle. I refused the vehicle. The excuse was that it was a newer/younger employee. Poor excuse. Anyone, especially the quality inspector should have clearly seen that the repaired areas were poorly finished. The next day... the repaired areas were better. However, they only finished the large areas above the body lines. At this point, I also noticed overspray in door jams and in other areas. Again, I refused the work. The next day, the vehicle looked much better. Unfortunately, i couldnt pick up the vehicle at that time. I had to come back later. When i did, the interior had an eye watering/ sinus stinging odor of body shop chemicals. Not to mention it looked as though they sanded body filler with all the windows down on my vehicle. There was such a thick layer of body filler dust all over the interior, that it turned to mud as I attempted to wipe the dash and door panels with a wet wrag.Long story short, poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail and lack of situational awareness.

Great. They keep you updated on all repairs and are prompt and efficient. Guess that explains why they have so much work, word gets around.

Putting the car back together seemed harder then expected Im guessing, airbag light now blinks meaning they wont deploy (didnt after the wreck but after the repair estimates), heat shield rattles horribly (didnt after the wreck but after repair estimates), and alignment is off more then when I took it in for the driver door to be replaced, but they totaled the car out over $200 when the paint job was over half of the repairs cost what a joke 3900 to repair 3700 total value of car.

Had my vehicle towed there per insurance and never received a phone call from here in regards to it. I had to call to get any information and after a week they hadnt even looked at it after my scheduled appt.

They do really good work, keep you in the loop, and stay pretty close to schedule.

They had my car for over a month, I was told repeatedly that it would be ready the next day. I turned in my rental because I was told my vehicle would be ready and still waited a week. The day I finally got the car back I drove to work and the oil pressure light came on, so I had to take the vehicle to another shop where I was told the body work had triggered the sensor. There are multiple bolts not connected where they did the repairs. I paid out of pocket to have both headlights replaced so they would match. Now the headlights arent working. I will be taking it to the dealership to have them fixed because I would never let these people work on my car again.

I know Im a female and it is implied that I know nothing about cars, but I was raised to know how to diagnose a car off of sound and driving a vehicle. I can thank my dad, which could repair anything that had an engine, and my mom for working at a body shop for a number of years.So when I drop my car off here after I was rear-ended, I have certain expectations. The first problem Collision Works in Del City has is lack of communication. I should not have to call to find out if they have done their job. Secondly, I dont think I was ever rude to them, but the service advisor assigned to my vehicle seemed like he could careless if he had my business. Most of the time he had the receptionist return my calls because he was either with a customer or out of the office.They are over priced. They quoted me a price for a part which I know how much it cost, because I called around before having them replace it. The initial quote was 60% higher than every where I found it, but I didnt have time to replace the part myself so I was willing to pay. I was told that I wouldnt have to pay for installation for this part since it was on backorder. By the time they installed it and I go to pick up my car, I was charged double what the part cost. Another $30 in tax apparently was added to the quoted price. I dont know what the tax is, but $30 on a part that was quoted at $135 seems high to me.Anyway, all in all my car is fixed (hopefully) and I do not recommend Collision Works in Del City, nor will I have them fix anything else.

The lack of communication is not okay. It took almost 2 months for my husbands truck to be fixed and I had to call over and over again after each estimated time was not met. The lady at the admore location seemed to be irritated that I was calling for a status update. I had originally took took truck to the Del City location but it was taken to the admore location to be fixed. The lack of communication is definitely a problem.

Collision Works is my go-to shop for auto body repairs. They do outstanding work and their prices are reasonable. Kody was my technician and she was very impressive.

When they fixed my car I got it back but it wouldn’t start for the next couple of days, they took the car back in and fixed the battery that day! But I do feel like I still here nosies coming from my front bumper where it was suppose to be fixed and I hear a clicking noise randomly now, but I can’t miss anymore work for them to take it back in again.

The worst experience in my life, Cody is a horrible person, and they file fraudulent claims and charges. I will never return.

I took my vehicle in to be repaired at Collision Works Del City and from the time I walk in the door the estimator and front office staff was very courteous and helpful. They explained the process and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the repair process. I will absolutely bring my car back to them if I ever need there services again . In my opinion they are a five star operation and I strongly recommend them if anyone needs collision repair.

I took my car here after getting into an accident, the body damage was fixed just fine it looks great but that’s about it. No matter how many times I asked if they could check out the entire car I’m pretty sure they did not. After it was “fixed” the first time, it was shaking really bad and riding funny the very next day. I took my car back and after talking and checking it out it was determined that the additional damages actually under the hood (that they never thought to check) were from the wreck, only to find out later that they told the insurance company they do not think it was from the wreck so I had to go through a whole ordeal over the phone to get my insurance company to approve another supplement to fix the damages that were also from the wreck. After dealing with insurance and the shop both agreed to work on my car again. I took my car for a second time and it was there for about a week and they told me my motor mounts are broken so they were going to fix them once again I asked if they would completely check my car to make sure there was no other damages due to the wreck which they did not. I picked my car up for the second time and it seemed OK again for a few days then it was shaking but even worse this time. I took it back to the shop for a third time and told them what’s happening and they looked at it again and told me it could be more broken mounts or a broken transmission mount nothing I understood much(which the were probably well aware of). My insurance company approved supplements to work on the car for a third time, so they told me they were fixing the other mounts. All three times that I picked up my car nobody came out to the car with me to explain anything show me anything or talk to me about anything I just started my car my own and left just to hear and see the problems that were still occurring. Once I picked it up the third time it seemed better the shaking wasn’t as bad but now when my heat or air conditioner is on my car makes a weird clicking noise that it did not make before. Honestly, to me it seems like they were trying to maximize their profits which I get because that’s what businesses like this do but to a certain point I don’t understand why they just did not care at all. All three times the insurance company sent plenty of money for my car to be completely fixed but all it seemed like they did at the shop was halfway fix stuff. On top of important issues, My windshield washer fluid container was broken due to the wreck which they knew the first time. They told me it was going to be replaced but all they did was seal up the crack so when I poured new fluid in it leaksleaked straight to the ground again, when I took it back the 3rd time they said it was Cracked (obviously). They sealed it again & ordered me a new one which I do not understand why that wasn’t done in the first place seeing that they knew it was broken. I am so very disappointed with my experience here, all I would like is for my car to be fixed properly & not to have new issues upon picking my car up.

I took my vehicle there after someone backed into it in a parking lot. I have had vehicle paint and body repairs done in the past leaving me unsatisfied but this was not the case with this business. To start, the professionalism by the staff was outstanding! They were very polite and understanding when walking around my vehicle and assessing the damage.I emphasized that I love my car and I would like it returned to me exactly how it was before the accident. They ensured me that they would do a great job and I would not be able to tell the damage once they were done. The car turned out great once they were finished! I have to also say that I am very picky when it comes to my car and I was completely satisfied. They also sent me updates along the repair process to keep me informed which was nice. Lastly, they detailed my car and buffed out some blemishes on my bumper before returning my vehicle.I must say that I have a really hard time trusting anyone these days to perform quality work but they did just that! I will be sure to revisit this company in the future for any paint and body repairs. I give this team of professionals a solid 5/5!

Very fast and professional. Dropped off my SUV and 12 days later it was ready. And they washed, waxed, and detailed the entire car inside and out including the tires and rims! I will definitely use them again if I have another accident.UPDATE:Well it happened again with my new 2015 Yukon Denali XL. Same results as last time from this amazing company. Well Ive got excellent service but its so far overprized and so out of range of anything that you want to pay out of your own pocket you must use your insurance easier to get your car fix where are some places you can actually save your own money and actually pay to get your car fix here too expensive this is an insurance place if you have insurance and one let it go up sky high go here though make sure you give you a nice good deal but the bill is not worth it lol but they do excellent work

Just picked up my vehicle after a minor accident. So far, very pleased with the workmanship and repairs to my vehicle. Also, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle, which I did not expect. The lady at the front desk wasnt the warmest person to talk to, but was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall quite satisfied.

We have been using this location for over six years, but recently the people working there are rude and unprofessional. They consistently waste our time, do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Took my F-150 in for light body work Melanie was assigned to me and quickly handled my claim. Truck was done right on time and looks awesome. I have a 3 stage paint with the pearl look and it is a perfect match. I cant even tell where the small spots were that needing repair. Melanie kept me in the loop throughout the process and could not have been more professional. I hope I wont need any more body work done but if I do Ill be back!!!

I recently bought a used car from a dealership and after getting the car home realized that the front left headlight assembly was completely covered/fogged out with condensation on the inside. Seal had gone bad. Aftermarket headlight had been installed by Collision Works as previous owner had been in a fender bender. I called and talked to the manager, Josh, he looked up the work invoice and stated that the light was still under manufacturer warranty and that he would contact the company to make sure they would cover it. (Normally work doesnt transfer to anyone, only original owner). They agreed to cover it. Josh immediately ordered a new headlight assembly, got it in within a week, immediately got me an appointment scheduled, had me bring the car 2 days later and changed out the entire assembly while we waited. In and out of Collision Works in under an hour and light looks and works perfect!!! That is the way a customer service oriented company should be...doing what is right for the customer!! Josh and his team were AWESOME!! It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them!!

Had my car hit/run in front of my house, causing pretty significant damage to all drive side panels, bumpers and wheels Thursday night. Dropped my car off Saturday morning. Had my car back next Friday. Workmanship appears to be proper, polite employees, kept contact with me via text during the whole process and had my car ready in 6 days. Will be recommending.

When I went in they gave me a lower estimate the day I picked up the car the estimate was way more than what they said that it was my door was not a lie so when I open it it messed up the paint the strip in the inside of my car was warped and there was dark Fingerprints Long the interior in the inside and when I asked her about it she said that the heat was so warped it there was dent in the back part of my car they said that the pictures they had showed that they were in there when I brought the car there Ayo pictures that does not show defense before I took it in I have pictures I have pictures the show that the dent was not in there before I took the car to them and they didnt even want to see it

I took my brand new car to collison works in 2018 after somebody made an improper u-turn and hit me on my side and collison works did everything they could to get it back to factory look and the paint is a difficult color to paint and match and once they realized they couldnt match it then contacted a mazda certified painter and had him come down to paint it just to get it back to factory finish. I love how they pit that extra effort and going the extra mile just to get the paint matched and the car looking extravagant!

My car was done a week early and the job they did was fantastic. My car had also been vacuumed and wiped down on the inside I really appreciated the effort they put forward to getting my car back to me in awesome shape and every one I talked to was helpful and kind and kept me updated on what was being done to get my car repaired.

Gave me a quote for $750 to fix $2000 of damage to my car. GEICO made me go here first. 2 other shops gave accurate quotes. Avoid this place.

Had my vehicle repaired here at the beginning of the month, I wasnt for sure who I wanted to use until I went to get a estimate from Collision Works. At least three people had asked if I been helped in a matter of me just walking in the door. The estimator Kodi was the one to look over my vehicle with me she explained the repair process with me and made me feel very comfortable with this whole process. I scheduled to drop my vehicle off that day. She was amazing with making sure I was updated through the whole repair process and I knew where my car was at, at all times. This team definitely goes above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend this shop and if you go in please tell Kodi I said Hi!

I was involved in an accident June 6, 2019. My pickup was hit from behind and damaged up the passenger side of the vehicle. My insurance co.(Gieco) recommended Collision Wks. and turned out to be excellent advice. From the start with Jeff the Adjuster looking over my vehicle carefully and helping with a rental car, and to the finish with Josh the Shop Forman making sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way until the work was completed on my pickup.Collision Wks. also kept me informed by text how the work was going never leaving me in the dark about the progress of my vehicle.My pickup ended up looking like, what another customer said, like it came off the showroom floor. I can guarantee you if you have a concern about your vehicle Josh will do everything to make it right and that you are completely satisfied with your experience with Collision Works of Del City.

I hate to rate anyplace on only one instance. BUT, when my vehicle was done, after getting it home, I found tools in the engine compartment, the fence wasnt aligned properly and I had to take it back TWICE to get it right.

I had a very minor fender bender and they told me it would take 2 days to repair the bumper. That was 6 days ago. Theyve also been incredibly rude every time Ive called to check on it, in addition to not even calling me back when I called today. Will not use this shop ever again! Update: they told me the car was in being detailed, but when I went to pick it up it was filthy! Turns out they were waiting for the insurance check which had accidentally been mailed to me. So, theyve been lying to me for days about the progress because they didnt have the payment.

** Absolutely do not, under any circumstance, have your car repaired at this shop.**Two things that most people look for in a car shop are quality and timeliness, among other things. This shop should receive 0 stars in every category.Collision Works fails on every aspect of running a business. After bringing my car into the shop I was told that it would be ready in 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called and checked on the status of it and was told that it would be 1-2 days more. Only after 4 full weeks did I call Geico and get them to figure out the status of my repair. The repair was then complete 2 days later.Waiting a full month for a car repair is absolutely ridiculous but that is only the start of it. The repair job on my vehicle was absolutely horrible. Some things were not even fixed and most things were done incorrectly. The car still had obvious flaws and made noises that did not exist before I brought the car in. When I brought this to the employees attention I received attitude and told that they would not fix it because it should not have been repaired (Geico covered the repair in the claim).I usually do not waste my time reviewing anything but I want to help prevent others from having an experience like me. Trust me, DO NOT GO HERE. I really do not know how this place stays in business with how awful they are.

Horrible experience. Theyve kept the vehicle for coming up on 4 weeks when it was only supposed to take 2. No status updates, nothing. Last step of the process was supposed to have been done 2 days ago and now we have to wait again for the last step. People need their cars. Mind you, they quoted us 2 weeks for everything to be done. No updates then and weve had to call to find out they were keeping it another week, still no update. I call again to get pushed back even longer. This is absolutely ridiculous and if youre going to keep the vehicle longer, it should be your responsibility to provide a rental on the company due to the companies mistakes.Edit to replyYes, I spoke to a manager named Phillip and all he could say was well the reality is that its just not done yet. I had even told him that we werent getting updates and he did try to fix that and we got one call apologizing for not updating the same day, but still had to call almost every day to get the same run around I was told days prior. We finally got the car back at 4 pm this past Friday. It was kept almost a full EXTRA 2 weeks with no compensation.Update! The main manager contacted us to have a resolution and he did good. I wasnt going to write a review but after reading the others, I must! Please do not respond with Were sorry, please call us.Truck was taken in on Monday Dec 3, 2018. Truck was ready on Monday Dec 10, 2018.Had to take it back because while driving once a high speed was reached, the truck would shake vigorously. Also scratches were on front bumper & removed parts were left in the truck.Had to take it back a 2nd time because the rim replaced, did not match the other 3 rims. New rim was ordered. I was supposed to get a call on Wednesday Dec 19 that it was in & ready to be installed.Monday Dec 24th Phillip told me the person (Kody) dealing with my rim situation was on vacation.Friday Jan 4th I called to see if I could bring the truck in on Monday Jan 6th. She said, Sure, well be here. No apology or anything for this mistake of theirs going into a month. Truck does not drive nearly as smooth as it used to. Never again will I use this place & no I will not reccomend it to anyone.I did the survey emailed to me. Gave 5s. Kody called & asked if I was ok bc she got the survey. She informed me the low scores will affect her and her pay. All I can say is it should not have taken that long & do better the next time, please. Had she said Ill be on vacation, let me call you when I get back, cool. But no, there I was calling & checking. Like many others stated, never again.

Its never a great day when someone backs into you in a parking lot, let alone your prized vehicle. However, after dealing with the folks at Collision Works in Del City, I will no longer dread if/when any kind of accident happens again. They were as professional, curtious, and quick as could be. They partner with Enterprise and Geico so dealing with them completely eradicated any worries whatsoever. I literally dropped my truck off, was immediately handed the keys to a similar style vehicle, had multiple text updates each and every day, and never had any issues. Best of all was they went above and beyond in many ways. My truck was freshly detailed and some unrelated scratches were also repaired. From now on I will never have anybody else handle any situations like this. Professional and customer oriented to a T. Thank you again CW.

This place is terrible. First they told us it be 4 days. They ended up having it almost 2 weeks. To change the back hatch. Then they call me and say “hey your car is ready” I drive up there mind you I live 45 mins away. And they tell me it’s NOT ready bc for some reason she can’t get it to start. but give me 50$ back and let me keep the rental. The next time I get a call saying it’s done I say “ ARE YOU SURE?” The lady laughed and said 110% I get up there AND AGAIN they tell me it’s not ready bc something needs buffering. I storm out get home and 2 hours later they call and say it’s ready. I go and get it the next day and my radio isn’t getting signal!!! This is a brand freaking new car! I take it back up there and set for about 30 mins she says it’s fixed. I sit in the parking lot and check and everything seems fine so I plug up my phone to it. The next day we’re driving in downtown NORMAN when we turn on the radio and it doesn’t work again!!! This is the WORST place and experience of my life and I’m tempted to change insurance companies bc they recommend them! 😡😡😡

Took my car here and my rental was there at the shop ready. They had a gentleman outside ready to look over the damage and get my car pulled back. I received multiple text messages about the status of my car and that alone took their customer service over the edge. Definitely will go back.

This dealership had my vehicle in repair for over two months, my original exhaust got stolen, and their front desk employees were rude and very unwelcoming prior to picking it up.They did give me a brand new exhaust; however, the original one I had was given to me by my dad and he went through several to find the right sound. The one they have on here doesnt sound as good, which is why I am going to have to swap out the muffler. They told me the parts to my exhaust were mistakenly thrown away the day of pick up which I certainly do not believe. I called this shop MANY times to let them know of the work my dad did inside the hood was customized and fabricated before they dropped my exhaust to finish their work. My car is not running the way it was before I dropped it off because the programming got reset and now we will have to find time to re do everything. They did compensate for their mistakes and made it right, but I hope in the future this owner chooses employees that wont give his shop a bad reputation. The head boss handled it well and made it right in the end. I personally dont recommend taking your vehicle anywhere in del city.

Would recommend this shop to anyone. I think everyone would agree that most people only write reviews for a company when something has gone wrong. No business is immune to this. My wife ran her new car through the garage door after only having it for a few weeks. When she met with Geico at the body shop, Brad with Collision Works, made all the right promises to put her mind at ease and he delivered! It did take about 2 weeks to complete the job, but there was not a panel that did not have something wrong with it. When she went to pick her car up, they even knocked $300.00 off of the deductible for a flaw in the paint on the hood which I cannot see without it being pointed out to me and then it still takes me a minute to find it once I start looking again. They pay attention to detail here! Very pleased!

So far the experience has been less than stellar! If you are not actually going to be open at 7am, do not schedule a 7am appointment! I showed up just before my scheduled appointment and by 7:05 the door was stil locked, since it is 37° outside I sat back in my car. At 7:11 I saw people inside and called to confirm you were open and treated like you had been there all morning. 7:11 is still late! No apology, terrible customer service!
