Terrific! I am a road warrior and travel all over the United States via a truck for my construction job. I get my truck inspected quiet regularly so I have lots of experiences with mechanics. My truck is high mileage and older and the shop could have taken me for a ride on repairs but they didn’t! This shop stands out as a very transparent and fair shop. I wish I lived in OKC so they could work on all my vehicles.

Connie is so super nice she explained everything and told me to go get a new battery and I havent had any issues since. I really appreciate them being upfront and honest with me. I will definitely be taking my car there in the future

As a single female, mechanics often try to take advantage of me, but that was NOT the case here. Connie seems very honest and fair with all of her customers. I was driving across the country and needed some repairs. I was in and out quickly and back on the road in no time. I feel lucky to have found this place and would recommend it to other travelers and locals.

We are so happy we found this shop.We were in town for business when our truck broke down. We went to several other shops and were told they couldnt get us in. Jacks said even though they were booked bring it in. We were there less than 10 minutes when we were told what the issue was and it was fixed within an hour!!!!!Best place ever!!!

Turned my truck in the morning to have basically the front suspension rebuilt. They inspected it and told me what needed to be done. All four shocks, both lower a-frames, tie rod ends and a belt! Said it would be a day or two to finish it. Got a call that afternoon it was finished! Great service, honest advice, Connie knows her stuff! Used them to do all my major repairs to our vehicles and will continue to do so.

Connie and the mechanic was amazing! They found a gas leak after fixing my radiator, I would of never known I had a gas leak, the car could of cought fire with me in it. Ive never been an actual customer of theirs but I have made inquiries on service and cost. Also a long time ago my roommate did take her car to them and I must say its no 10 bay shop just a little hole in the wall place with AMAZING customer service and EXCELLENT prices. I was going to save around $500.00 to get my alternator fixed through them. I called at least 4 other shops and by far they had the best estimate. When I went with my roommate she was sure it was the transmission b/c several places told her that was the problem. At Jacks he told her, Im not going to fix your car! As she looked confused he let her know that she just needed to go to the part store and get something and she could do it herself instead of him charging her for fixing it and just waisting her money. That stuck with me and hopefully I dont need anything fixed soon but when I do, Ill be calling them.

My dad took his truck in to have the water pump fixed.the repair lasted about a month. He was driving it and putting lots of coolant in cause he thought it was a hose since he JUST GOT THE WATER PUMP fixed.he took it to another mechanic and coolant was gushing!! He called to see if they would fix it aince it was wrong and they said the part was covered but wanted an additional $400 for labor...DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!

Brought my Equinox in for a battery replacement because the terminals were so badly corroded. Great experience. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. Definitely recommend them.

My car had broken down a mile from here had it towed! From that point on Connie welcomed me helped me and kept me updated through the whole process and always assured me that she would fix my issue which is one not many mechanics would take time out to do had taken it several places and they could not figure it out took it here they really wanted to fix your my issue and provide the best possible service! My clutch master cylinder was going out. After I couldnt nurse it along anymore, I dropped it off with a new one to replace it. Truck had no other issues when I dropped it off. When I returned to pick it up a few days later, they claimed my Yellowtop Optima battery was bad and that my car wouldnt start without a jump. My guage cluster and stereo had also stopped operating and all they did was blame it on my dead battery (that I read with a multimeter minutes after picking it up which was charged to 12.6v). After debating whether or not it was the battery, I decided to go somewhere else. Aside from the other problems, the clutch master cylinder replacement was satisfactory. Spending $125 to create other issues was not satisfactory.

We have used Jacks as our mechanic for 10 years plus. Very honest and up front with you. The mechanics do excellent work and the very best to deal with.

Had car trouble headed West on I40 and stopped here to have it checked out. The mechanics were very helpful and took a look at our vehicle even though they were busy. They let my wife and I (and our dog) hang out in the air-conditioned office while they fixed us up and we were back on the road in no time. Very nice folks, very knowledgeable and highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about this place. I was broke down while trying to get to Little Rock and was lucky enough to have a co-worker recommend Jack’s. Connie and her technician stayed almost 2 hours after closing to make sure I was able to get home to my family that night. Highly recommended!

We broke down while traveling home to Colorado. This place was awesome. They sent a tow truck to get our car. We was starving so they gave us a ride to get something to eat while they worked on our car. They done a wonderful job and got it done very quickly. The owners was very nice and sweet to us. Very quick and very reasonable. Father-in-law came into town and his car was showing oil pressure problems. Dealer wanted around $300 to diagnose and fix it, and they wouldnt get to it that day and maybe not the next. Took it to Jacks and they diagnosed and fixed it for less than half that price and had it in and out within half a day. Excellent service and very quick. Good people and easy to deal with. Would recommend to everyone I know

Extremely helpful! My car lost power steering 100 feet from Jacks. I pulled in and they immediately knew what was wrong after lifting the hood. Unfortunately it was almost 6 oclock, so they couldnt fix it until the next day. The owner drove me home and picked me up the next day so I wouldnt have to get a cab. My car was fixed the next day at a great price. The prices and service were all excellent! Would definitely recommend Jacks.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago after I thought it was a starter issue. They not only found the problem wasnt the starter but instead a simple fix that only cost me 42 dollars. They could have easily put in a new starter and charged me for it but instead were incredibly honest and fast with their service.I would not hesitate for a second to bring your car here, they are helpful, honest, quick and do a fantastic job for a fair price.

Connie was the sweetest and helped my friend and I when we were in a pinch, the water pump broke in her car and we needed to leave early for Dallas the next day to catch a flight. Ms Connie is the best! HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY business which is damn near impossible to find nowadays! Dont spend all of your money trying to fix the problem yourself (like I did) take it by her shop and I promise she will hook you up! The mechanic I took my Acura to before Jacks told me they was going to charge me $175 just to hook up a Diagnostics machine and Ms Connie had my car completely fixed for $67!!! I guarantee I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but Jacks. I always say good business always comes back and thats exactly what you will get from here Thanks again Ms Connie!

The service that I got all around from Jacksons Auto shop was not pleased at all price estimate was outrageous

I took my car here TWICE and they did the same thing to my car BOTH times and charged me two different amounts for THE SAME SERVICE this was within one week of my first visit. I will not be going back.

Not giving any stars (Had to leave one star to submit review). We paid $4,000 for engine replacement and vehicle still has issues (have taken back numerous times only to get vehicle back with something else wrong). First when vehicle was returned us after engine replacement the a/c no longer worked (or held Freon) and still had same issues with hesitations and problems in engine. Was also told it would cost $300 to repair hose for a/c and Freon. Second time taken in for same issues we were told the mechanic had checked it and there was nothing wrong (have recording of phone calls) vehicle had white smoke coming from tailpipe and vehicle was overheating (even left me stranded on highway, vehicle would not hold water or coolant). Needless to say Connie and Jacks Auto Service have been unwilling to honor warranty and repair things that have been caused from engine repair. We took the vehicle to another certified mechanic shop (dealership) and so far have been informed of a misfire on cylinder 4 (old misfire on cylinder 6) and now (since the vehicle has been a paperweight killing grass) the hoses were not connected correctly when engine was replaced (which will cost another $1,050 at a dealership, not to mention the $300 to fix a/c, before they can check the rest of the repair work done by Jacks Auto Service). This vehicle has been very costly because repairs done by Jacks Auto Service and has left us without our vehicle (or stranded) since April 2020.

Yes it a great place to get your car repaird

Weve been taking our vehicles to Jacks for several years. They are always honest about what the problem is and work with you to find the solution you can afford. My car is in there right now and I honestly expected a call saying you need to have your engine rebuilt... $$$$$.... But, its only bad belt tensioners (I have no idea what that is). It will cost $430, versus having to buy a new car. I am relieved and THANKFUL that they are honest and arent trying to make this into something worse than it is! Highly recommend Jacks, theyve always treated us well.

I have been taking our vehicles there for years. One Connie time Connie went to Pull A Part to get a window regulator for my truck because she thought a new on was over priced. Great people, fair prices and timely service. Only place for me.

My husband took our car there spent $1,600 the car is still doing the same thing But now will not start My husband called in the lady said we didnt do anything electricalThey change the heater core which includes taking the dash apart to get to it and they changed a motor For our window I believe thats electrical work. I believe the battery Its not tightened but we cant even get the hood open now.The engine light is blinking on and off but when we get it back from them the light doesnt come on for a little while all theyre doing is clearing the code. We took it in the 1st time for the repair we took it in a second time to complete the repair I dont even think they looked under the hood.

I spent too much money to mention at a dealership and still had the same problem. Was told i should trade off a car I loved. Jacks was referred to me by a friend. They not only fixed a very simple problem that should have not been overlooked and were very very reasonable, fixed it in a timly manner and were very professional. They have my business for life!

Took my 2006 Volvo V70 in for a timing belt change and new struts. Got the car back running well, but it had a check engine light and a slight rattle in the front. Asked the shop about it, and they invited us to take it back in to get everything checked out. Got it back again the same day we dropped it off, all problems fixed, free of charge. Service was fast, friendly, and affordable. Highly recommend.

We bring all of our vehicals to Jacks and the service is fair and honest. The rates are very competitive!! Where other shops quoted us $2000, Jacks got the parts and did all the labor for much less. Connie is very helpful and explains any work that needs to be completed and ensures that youre in and out quickly and without any crazy extras that you dont really need!!!

Bought a car long distance sight unseen so had it brought here to get checked beforehand. This place said it was in great condition. Got the car shipped to my location to find the ball joints and tie rods were bad. Car had the wrong rear end with the leaf springs bowed out and the shackles welded onto the frame. Afterwards, the seller said he knew the owner of the shop for 40 years. Just coincidence since I picked the shop. Either the mechanics were incompetent or the owner was looking to hide the cars problems due to the relationship with the seller.

I spent almost $6000.00 on an engine. Due to my car kept running hot. I was told by Connie it had a blown head. I let them do the work in December. January same issue, to be told by Connie its not covered under warranty. Just to remind you this the reason I bought the car to your shop. She than said well I put some sealant in it, only a shop can purchase. If that the case I should have paid for sealant instead of an engine. My car still running hot. I will be taking legal action

I had my car break down in Del City. I called around and they where the only company in the area that would actually talk to me about my options. Connie told me she would oversee my repairs and she kept me filled in along the way. While it was unfortunate to have had my car break down in a town I am not familiar with, she took care of me as though I was family. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place really sucks at first they couldnt find out what was wrong with my truck. Then they diagnosed it wrong and almost made me pay for a fuel pump. Then they tell me its the ignition switch and wanna charge me $438.00To put it in and I looked it up on you tube and put it in myself in 30mins. I WOULDNT LET THEM WORK ON MY BICYCLE! STRAIGHT CROOKS!
