When I called the lady was so nice and friendly but most importantly she was so patient with me and guided me through the process and explained all my options. I highly recommend this company. They are not only quick but professional but the best part is they are the best price in town from other lawn and termite companies.

We have used their service since we purchased our house in October, 2016 and renewed their termite service from the previous owner. They are responsive and wonderful to work with so I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

BUYER BEWARE. We communicated with PestDepot and its owner Larry to get termites we had exterminated. PestDepot came to inspect the property and sent us a quote for tenting. Price was slightly cheaper then most. Tenting was done professionally and quickly. We inspected 2 days after, and once safe, and all looked fine. We came back a week later to inspect, and it looked like the home was never tented. I reached out to PestDepot and spoke to multiple people, including Larry. They blame everyone else but themselves. We did not know, the inspection you had done was not correct. They sent another quote for similar money for the same job, and claimed what we REALLY needed was drilling and to get rid of the Carton. I would always be careful to make sure what kind of termite you have before contracting with PestDepot. They do not stand behind the service they provide.Added 9/25/2021Much of your response is not accurate and never happened. If litigation is the way you would like to go, your free to spend your money how you like. I will not be taking this post down.

The woman who helped me named Sarah was so polite and accurate! She had someone come out right away and they took care of all my issues. Good place to get rid of pests.

They came in and didnt inspection and offer to take over my warranty.they never sent me the renewal notice and when I reached out to them to find out why I havent gotten it they told me that since it was 2 weeks too late they needed to do a reinspection. they set a date and didnt show up and pushed it off for two more weeks until they finally showed up walked around the house and found old termite damage that they have already knew about from when they took over the warranty because we had had our house tented to get rid of those termites and they decided that I had to pay a fee to treat the non-existent termite problem that their inspectors admitted there were no termites anywhere near there in order to renew my warranty with them again. There are a bunch of extortionists and I highly recommend everybody go elsewhere

Please Listen Customer Do not ever use this Company Regardless what they say...of course they are going to contradict what im saying because they want Customers but who should you listen to? If u have money to throw in the garbage the Pest Depot is the best way to go. First the manger is so rude and not to mention Lisa she is even worst. The job that I paid them to do was never successful horrible service just horrible..in my opinion they are writing there own reviews. How are they able to stay in business is beyond me..horrible experience...horrible service..horrible..simply horrible. I would never ever use this Company again. I would rather live and sleep with Rodents. Horrible Company to do business with.

This company was hired to do a Termite Inspection for a property that I was purchasing. I received the WDO report thay stated there were pellets and galleries scattered in multiple areas. I then called Pest depot and the lady that answered the phone was not polite at all. She then asked me to send her a copy of the report due to them being behind in entering that she didnt have it in the system. This inspe tion was done on March 16th a week in a half later??? Okay so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and sent it to Eimer. She called me back to tell me they can do a termite treatment for 590. I was okay with that but she could not tell me where the termites were exactly. I asked her to have the inspector call me. I was told that he sees alot of houses a day and that he might not remember. I went ahead and discussed this with my husband. He recommended we call another company because I really love this house. So thats what I did. I had Command Pest Control come out and do another termite inspection without telling them. I had one already. And guess what??? No termites I was issued a clear report. I have contacted the Department of Agriculture amd submitted both WDO reports. They woll ne coming out next week Tuesday. They stated they will inspect the property. Apparently this company has alot of complaints with the Department of Agriculture against the. Please if you find yourself in this situation please call the Department of agriculture. Its sad that during a pandemic people are trying to scam other people. Its just NOT RIGHT!!!!. THE OWNER LARRY SHOULD BE IN JAIL. Who wants to steal from people at a tome like this. Heartless and no shame what so ever. When I contactes Pest Depot to let them know that I received a clear report I was told that this could not be accurate Latry stated he has the best inspectors. Which to me was so unbelievable. The inspectors that came out one looked loke he was up all night and he was zoned out notting out in the vehicle. The other smoked about 20 cigarettes and was at my property less than 10 moms. They didnt even go in my attic. Scam company.

Second year using them, service is great. Have not had any bug issues since beginning their service. They came out today to spray. Their team was very polite and courteous. They wore face mask when inside the house (this is mid 2020 for future readers). They were very quick, efficient, and thorough. We look forward to using them next year.

I called just before closing for a rodent issue in my attic. Very professional on the phone. Looked to his team for a volunteer and had someone at my home in 15 minutes. Problem was resolved quickly. And they are coming back to inspect exterior entry points and traps in a few days.

I have been using Pestdepot for about 6 years. Recently it was taken over by a person named Larry.I purchased a $300. guaranteed package for them to come to my house & spray for tiny ants that were dominant in the kitchen & bathrooms. I had tried everything on my own and nothing worked.Larry sent his guys out to my house several time. Each time they came over they sprayed here & there, not doing a thorough job. They clearly did not like their job & would rather have been somewhere else. They didnt even pretend to go through the motions.I still have ants, asked for my money back which they refused.I highly do not recommend this company.
