We called Excel to come out for an inspection for ants. The office staff were polite and easy to work with. Hunter called us in advance and was quickly able to find the source of our ant problem, he was even able to write up an estimate and service our home same day! Very pleased with their responsiveness and knowledge of the problem! Very happy to be working with Excel!

We have lived in our home for 15 years and have never experienced bees in that time. We called Excel and Hunter came out, he was very knowledgeable and professional, he was quickly able to identify the problem and offer a solution for treating the bees. He explained the process in depth and also what we should expect over the next few days after a service. Everything he explained to us happened in the desired timeframe. He came out a week later and was able to seal up the small gaps where the bees were entering and since then we’ve been bee free. He was able to bundle the bee service with year round pest control at a discounted rate which isn’t something most companies will do! Highly recommend Excel!

Totally thorough. Did complete preventive services. We never have issues with insects. If bees ever return they come immediately and remove them. Today there was evidence of mice and the tech quickly discovered their entry point so I could fix it. Quarterly service very reasonable and all work is excellent. I always recommend Excel.

Excell pest services do a great job. Thorough both in and out of our condo building. Technicians are neat and professional. The board decided to choose Excell after our past exterminator retired. I would have given five stars except for the fact that the technicians are given schedule electronically and the office struggled to input a monthly schedule. That has been our only issue so far. I would recommend them.

Had complains from my tenant - roaches... Originally made an appointment with another exterminator, but they didnt come in time and I had to call to find out they were behind the schedule. Even worse, they told me to wait till they get to my place (whenever it happened to be) and gave me impression I have no other choice but to do whatever they told me to do since I was the one with problem... Already have wasted more than half of my dayoff waiting for such vague service, I cancelled the service and the appointment and called Excel.... I was glad I have called Excel... They were professional - from answering my call, consulting, and got back to me within reasonable time of waiting. The exterminator came on that same day. The exterminator knew what he was doing - kindly explained every questions we had and what he would do to resolve the problem and what he will do in the future. He assured us he will work hard to make everything to be ok. I really am happy with the service I am getting.... Thank you for your hard work.

I called Excel Pest Services about some roaches in my car, that I don’t know how they got in. The guy came out and thoroughly explained the process. He then sprayed the inside of my car, and put some bait out. I wanted to thank you guys for getting these critters out of my car and not having to worry about the German cockroaches anymore!!!

The people that work for this company are incompetent. When asking questions about the service they are going to provide, they are unable to answer them. How can you come to do a service you know nothing about? They just want to reel you in to sign the contract. LOOK FOR OTHER BUSINESSES! Do not go with excel post control.

I purchased a home in Cooper City that unfortunately had termites. The kitchen cabinets were full of termite droppings and the wings. Excel did the WDO inspection on the house and tented the home for termites. I am back in my house now and am glad to see that the termites are gone. Thank you.

Jason came out for a last minute termite inspection and was thorough, professional, and very detailed in his synopsis of findings. This was for a home buying inspection and he made us aware of some issues that we were able to bring to the sellers attention immediately. As first time homebuyers, this initially freaked us out (because you always hope that there is nothing to find!) but after his findings were disclosed, we can now work with the seller to get fixes in place prior to closing. We wont have money leftover after we buy our first home, so this extra peace of mind that we are moving into a sound structure is priceless!

GREAT sales job. AWFUL service. NON EXISTENT customer service.A while back I signed their annual service contract. I was to be billed quarterly $ 90.00. After the first service, I never saw them again. I still had rats and ants. I called to complain. I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I eventually called to cancel my service contract. I was told that a manager would get back to me. Never did. I eventually caught the manager on the phone. He said that the gal who did billing was away but, that hed get back to me. I was told this twice. I called again and again to cancel. Nothing. Then one day, I noticed a service bill on my front door notifying me they had been there for service ! The Gall !!Of course, I was charged the ninety dollars. To this day, I am in collections with these guys. Dont use these guys. They are there for the sale and thats it.

I am a new client to Excel Termite and Pest Control and let me tell you it was a great decision for me, not such a great decision for the pests around my house. I used to see a few pests here and there but since they were here, those pests have most likely gone to the roach motel in the sky. Not only that, Excel goes above and beyond than any exterminator service Ive ever dealt with. Today I went to the side of my house only to be greeted by a furry dead carcass. I didnt even want to get close enough to see what it was. Anyhow I contacted Excel never imagining they would help but when I asked if there was anyway they can come out and remove whatever it was (it ended up being a squirrel) they were out here in less than 90 minutes to remove it. If I were you, exterminate the company you are using now and call Excel. Im glad I am a client of theirs and I can rest assured my house will be critter free, dead or alive.

Had a problem in my 93 year old Moms home. Jason came, inspected everything and gave us his opinion on the problems we had. He called on the way as promised and arrived at the prescheduled time. He was thorough, capable and was extremely patient and kind when explaining the issues with my Mom. A pleasure to deal with!

Actual product service was OK but when coming to cancel account an absolute chaos including illegal debits being taken from my account, rude staff, people not doing what they should have done and just overall ineptitude. Recommend using someone else. Awful service.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever delt with. After the first time we never saw them again. Called to cancel and they still billed us. They said since they went paperless they dont leave notes saying they came. Billed us again... Called again and was told to write an email to cancel, never heard from them. Today we get a call saying they are coming out monday...Obviously they havnt gotten the message. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

The treatments are (at least sometimes) sub-contracted, this can produce communication problems. We had problems but as they say in French, Tout est bien qui fini bien (All is well that ends well!) They re-retreated the house as part of the guarantee and replaced damaged plants. I recommend Excel termite and Pest Control to anyone considering treating their property.
